Right when we toured Pinecroft Estate, my husband and I knew it was the one. The property and venue is gorgeous and unique, it was just what we were looking for. The owner, Shelley, was so nice and helpful during our first meeting and we knew we would be well taken care of. Throughout the planning process, Shelley was incredibly organized and responsive, and was able to accommodate what we were envisioning for the day. It felt like a very personalized experience. Pinecroft provides many of the decor you might need, like tableware and ceremony decor. This saved me a lot of time and money! On our wedding day, Shelley, our day of coordinator Shawna, and the rest of the staff (shoutout to Christopher!) made our day perfect. The on-venue bridal and grooms suites were spacious and cozy. Pinecroft brought all of our design and timeline visions to life. The food was absolutely amazing and we got many complements from our guests! Drinks were also amazing! We loved our experience with Pinecroft Estate and can’t recommend this wedding venue enough!

Absolutely beautiful venue for our fall wedding! We had our wedding at Pinecroft Estate in late November and it was truly a wonderful experience! Shelley, the owner, made the entire planning process a breeze, meeting up with us several times during the year and answering our many questions. She held a tasting event in the spring so we could try a bunch of entrees and appetizers for the menu, helped us in choosing decor and in general worked closely with us every step of the way. Shauna, our day-of coordinator, was also amazing to work with and really knows what she's doing. Everything went very smoothly and we were so impressed with the staff! The service was first-class, and even a week later we still have guests raving about the food. We opted for an indoor ceremony, due to weather, and the lighting and setup inside the barn made for an intimate, magical atmosphere. Thank you to everyone at Pinecroft for helping to make our day so special!

Pinecroft Estate is an absolute dream come true! Shelley (the owner) has true insight and is a master of her craft. She worked with us and made our wedding perfect right down to the smallest detail and addressed every question we had and replied no matter how many we sent her (there were a lot...lol!) Her team is also a pleasure to work with and we didn't have to worry about a thing as they made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. They even personally checked with each of our guests that had food allergies to address each individual's needs! The food was excellent, literally five-star quality, and the amount of apps you get is astounding! All of our friends (and us too!) are still raving about how perfect everything was! We would absolutely recommend Pinecroft Estate without hesitation. Truly an amazing venue!

Pinecroft Estate was absolutely amazing! It was the first venue we viewed, and we immediately knew that’s where we wanted to get married. I can’t say enough good things about the beauty of the venue, and how accommodating both Shelley and the coordinator Shauna were. They go above and beyond to make sure the couple is taken care of. The food was incredible! Something our guests keep talking about. I’m so glad we decided to get married here, and I hope this review can help other curious couples decide to choose them. You will not be disappointed!

Meeting Shelley and her crew was truly one of the great experiences our family has ever had. We were blown away by the professional staff, the sincerity of the staff and kindness. We were made to feel special and at home. The venue was charming and romantic, food was outstanding. My daughter and her husband had the best time , very fun and romantic, as the mother of the bride that is truly what I not only expected, but received 100%They made it seem like it all just magically appeared and without any hiccups , the true sign of a professional!

Our experience with Pinecroft Estate could not have been better! Shelley and the Pinecroft team were super helpful with everything from recommending and coordinating with vendors to picking out linens and table decor. We loved how much they provided - food, drinks, lighting, linens, arbor, decor, etc. Not wanting to spend all of our time planning, we appreciated the one-stop shop nature of the venue. Beyond that, the site was absolutely gorgeous. We loved that the outdoor ceremony area overlooked the water, and the indoor space provided the right level of rustic elegance we were looking for (other barn venues we had looked at felt too rustic in my opinion). This was truly the perfect place to have our wedding!

Pinecroft Estate is a five star wedding venue. They exceeded every expectation I had and the day could not have gone smoother. Shelley and her team are so professional and I got so many comments on how good the food was and how nice all the staff were. Shelley was so responsive to any questions and flexible about any request. The barn is beautiful on it's own but it comes with so much decor that I knew even if I brought nothing, Shelley would make it beautiful. You get so much value for your money at Pinecroft and you could not be in better hands.

My husband and I absolutely loved Pinecroft estate!!!! It is an all inclusive venue including catering, decor, bar, arch. Shelley and Shauna (and their husbands) were fantastic. Shelley went above and beyond through the entire process with regular zoom meetings. Our wedding was September 30th and it was supposed to rain- they provided a tent over the patio and made sure we were able to have outdoor ceremony (which we were lucky enough to only have some mist). The rented tent for the patio is a must!!! Shelley and her husband moved out the lounge areas to the patio which was beautiful and gave our guests more room inside fe barn/reception area. This venue included tables, chairs, center pieces and an arch to decorate. The only things I physically brought were our party favors, welcome sign and table chart. I couldn’t believe they provided everything else which was such a relief. They partner with a specific caterer which the food was phenomenal. Our guests were RAVING about the appetizers and entres all night. The bridal suite is also so beautiful, and there is a groomsman room as well!! This was the best night of our lives and wish we could relive it over and over.

Our experience from the first visit with Pinecroft Estate to the last minute of our wedding 12 months later has been superb! Beautiful venue for an intimate barn wedding, relaxed, comfortable, super fun atmosphere. The staff is exceptional, accommodating and great to work with. The food was very good and fulfilling. Pinecroft Estate was the most magical perfect place! It is absolutely beautiful, the entire place is breathtaking, from the gorgeous bridal suite that we were able to get ready in, the field by the house that had freshly fallen leaves where we took photos, to the floating deck where we held the ceremony and said our vows, each spot had its own qualities and all were beautiful! The barn is something to speak of in itself! The lights they added to it made you speechless! All of our guests have been raving about how beautiful it was! It is completely unforgettable!
Shelley and her husband were the sweetest couple and made all of the planning a breeze! I could be completely stressed out from wedding planning but then talk with Shelley and suddenly felt at ease. They were very attentive, understanding, accommodating and they had great ideas and so much available for use! The wedding would not have been the same without them! I am so happy that we chose Pinecroft for our wedding venue, it was actually the first place we looked and I immediately knew this was it! I am still stunned at how perfectly everything went! Their wedding coordinator, Shauna, was AWESOME! I have never felt so stressed in my entire life, but with her guiding me throughout the process, it was such a relief! We were able to enjoy the night and let the evening flow thanks to all of them! The day and night was absolutely perfect and I cannot say enough good things about Pinecroft Estate. We cannot wait to go back there and visit for the After Party Cafe nights!

Pinecroft Estate made all of our wedding dreams come true! I can't say enough about how beautiful everything looked. All of our guests were blown away and couldn't stop commenting about how perfect this venue was. This is a beautiful old red barn that gives the quaint rustic feel. The grounds were pristine, the barn lights twinkled in the night, and the back patio was the perfect spot to grab a cocktail and chat with guests. Shelley was amazing to work with. Her and her husband Jeff own the property and live on site. She is so dedicated to her clients and will go above and beyond to make it the perfect event. Shauna is the wedding day coordinator and was so attentive to anything we needed on our day. The ceremony can be done right on site followed by the reception using the barn and patio. Pricing was very reasonable for what was included. Food is catered with Pranzi and it was all very delicious. Both the bride and groom have their own suites to get ready in. This venue can accommodate up to 125 guests. I can't say enough about Pinecroft Estate. My only wish is that I could relive this day over and over :)

The Pinecroft Estate has exceeded our expectations in every way. The owners of the venue were the warmest, friendliest, most accommodating people ever. We booked this venue within months of our June date and they didn’t skip a beat. The fact that this venue offers decorations was an immediate yes for me. We didn’t want to have to do a lot and they just took care of absolutely everything. They offer a bridal suite AND groomsman suite which a lot of venues do not. They let us come in a little earlier to accommodate our hair and makeup needs. But honestly the best part is the venue itself. It’s so absolutely stunning, every part of it. The ceremony space, the 1800’s barn, the bridal suite, the yard, the cocktail patio space.
When you step onto the property it’s not just the way it looks, it’s the vibes. It feels so homey and warm, like love lives there. We just want to move in.
The staff at Pinecroft, and day of coordinator are phenomenal, professional, and kind. Anything you can ask for they’ll try to make it work!
Check out their Instagram for pictures and inspo , our beautiful June wedding was seriously stunning thanks to them, but I can’t imagine a season that this place wouldn’t make for a perfect wedding. We loved the catering company and the food was to die for. I could go on for hours. Best experience ever. This place won’t have dates available for long so if you are considering, just lock it in. The Pinecroft Estate is fabulous! Stunning interior barn space. Rustic, but elegant. Great location for outdoor wedding overlooking river. Great grounds and patio for cocktails. Bridal suite and groom areas are great. The owner, event planner, and staff made our daughter’s wedding a magical event from start to finish. Our daughter felt the staff’s kindness, care, and incredible attention to detail throughout the entire process. They listened and helped her realize her dreams. The planning team and caterers also took incredible care with the menu, place settings, bar and drinks and helped review and make decisions. Pinecroft Estate allowed flexibility in choosing the place settings and decor and creating the atmosphere wanted. The beautiful, historic barn with its twinkling lights, couches and rugs, and stunning, but rustic table settings and wildflower arrangements made our guests feel warm and welcome inside. The caterers, wait staff and bartenders were all friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and they managed to accommodate all of our guests’ special dietary requests. We also appreciated that the vendors recommended were top notch, including photographer, DJ, and babysitters. In the days following the wedding, we have been bombarded with “thank-you’s” and praise from our family and friends. The whole experience was magical—we will be feeling the joy for years to come.

Pinecroft Estates exceeded all expectations. The venue is absolutely stunning and the grounds are beautiful . All of our guests were amazed and raved about it. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us and assist with our set up and breakdown as well as making recommendations so our wedding was even more special. WOW is the best way to describe this venue! The atmosphere is stunning from the grounds to the barn. The owners and staff went above and beyond to make our night extra magical. All of our guests were raving about the hors d'oeuvres and meals which were prepared and served like a 5 star restaurant.
