r. My wife and her bridesmaids enjoyed a luxurious bridal suite for their preparations, replete with a private restroom, ample sofas and seating, and a loft reached by spiral staircase. My groomsmen were treated to an equally luxurious and comfortable suite, with direct access to the screened-in front porch, television, piano, and refined masculine décor throughout. The venue also offered a sprawling green where our guests relaxed with lawn games and cigar circles. I can’t praise the venue itself enough. However, that amounts to less than half of what made Pinecroft Estate such a spectacular venue for our wedding. The venue’s owner, Shelley, and her staff were indefatigably professional, eagerly serving our guests throughout the night and navigating through the phases of the event seamlessly; it seemed no task was too small nor daunting for Shelley and her team. What’s more, they truly appeared to be enjoying themselves as much as anyone else present! Of great importance to me, Shawna, the day-of coordinator, and truly the entire staff eased my beloved bride’s mind of her concerns around coordinating everyone and everything on the wedding day, taking care of it all and making the day effortless for her and I. And as if their stellar performance wasn’t enough, they did so in apparently perfect synchrony with all of our other vendors, who also worked so well with each other that we might have thought them all long-time friends. Altogether, they gave a life to the wedding from behind the scenes that elevated the experience to heirloom quality. We want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for crafting such a perfect day for Nicole and I, and delivering to a degree that we thought we could only dream of. On the day of the wedding, our coordinator, Shawna, was an absolute superstar. She handled every detail with grace and calm, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the day. Since our ceremony was held off-site at a church, Shawna and Shelley attended the rehearsal to make sure everything went smoothly. On the wedding day, Shawna was there to keep everything in order and on schedule, and we were so grateful for that extra level of care. We’re still getting compliments from our guests about how stunning the venue is and how incredible the food was. Even when a little rain came into the picture, the Pinecroft team didn’t skip a beat. Nothing affected how seamlessly everything came together. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to book this venue, and we’d recommend it to anyone looking for a elegant, rustic, magical wedding experience!

Throughout the planning process, Shelley was incredibly organized and responsive, and was able to accommodate what we were envisioning for the day. It felt like a very personalized experience. Pinecroft provides many of the decor you might need, like tableware and ceremony decor. This saved me a lot of time and money! On our wedding day, Shelley, our day of coordinator Shawna, and the rest of the staff (shoutout to Christopher!) made our day perfect. The on-venue bridal and grooms suites were spacious and cozy. Pinecroft brought all of our design and timeline visions to life. The food was absolutely amazing and we got many complements from our guests! Drinks were also amazing! We loved our experience with Pinecroft Estate and can’t recommend this wedding venue enough!

We were made to feel special and at home. The venue was charming and romantic, food was outstanding. My daughter and her husband had the best time , very fun and romantic, as the mother of the bride that is truly what I not only expected, but received 100%They made it seem like it all just magically appeared and without any hiccups , the true sign of a professional!

We loved how much they provided - food, drinks, lighting, linens, arbor, decor, etc. Not wanting to spend all of our time planning, we appreciated the one-stop shop nature of the venue. Beyond that, the site was absolutely gorgeous. We loved that the outdoor ceremony area overlooked the water, and the indoor space provided the right level of rustic elegance we were looking for (other barn venues we had looked at felt too rustic in my opinion). This was truly the perfect place to have our wedding!

helley went above and beyond through the entire process with regular zoom meetings. Our wedding was September 30th and it was supposed to rain- they provided a tent over the patio and made sure we were able to have outdoor ceremony (which we were lucky enough to only have some mist). The rented tent for the patio is a must!!! Shelley and her husband moved out the lounge areas to the patio which was beautiful and gave our guests more room inside fe barn/reception area. This venue included tables, chairs, center pieces and an arch to decorate. The only things I physically brought were our party favors, welcome sign and table chart. I couldn’t believe they provided everything else which was such a relief. They partner with a specific caterer which the food was phenomenal. Our guests were RAVING about the appetizers and entres all night. The bridal suite is also so beautiful, and there is a groomsman room as well!! This was the best night of our lives and wish we could relive it over and over.

choice after our first sit down with Shelley. She truly cares about her couples, as does all the staff at this venue. Communication was always prompt and helpful, any questions or concerns we had pop up were always quickly addressed, and the night of our wedding, everything flowed very smoothly. My husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing, everything was kept on time and just how we had discussed we hoped it would be. I would absolutely recommend Pinecroft to anyone looking for a beautiful barn venue for their wedding - it's the perfect space! Oh - and the food they provide is phenomenal as well, you just can't lose!

about how perfect this venue was. This is a beautiful old red barn that gives the quaint rustic feel. The grounds were pristine, the barn lights twinkled in the night, and the back patio was the perfect spot to grab a cocktail and chat with guests. Shelley was amazing to work with. Her and her husband Jeff own the property and live on site. She is so dedicated to her clients and will go above and beyond to make it the perfect event. Shauna is the wedding day coordinator and was so attentive to anything we needed on our day. The ceremony can be done right on site followed by the reception using the barn and patio. Pricing was very reasonable for what was included. Food is catered with Pranzi and it was all very delicious. Both the bride and groom have their own suites to get ready in. This venue can accommodate up to 125 guests. I can't say enough about Pinecroft Estate. My only wish is that I could relive this day over and over :)

months of our June date and they didn’t skip a beat. The fact that this venue offers decorations was an immediate yes for me. We didn’t want to have to do a lot and they just took care of absolutely everything. They offer a bridal suite AND groomsman suite which a lot of venues do not. They let us come in a little earlier to accommodate our hair and makeup needs. But honestly the best part is the venue itself. It’s so absolutely stunning, every part of it. The ceremony space, the 1800’s barn, the bridal suite, the yard, the cocktail patio space. When you step onto the property it’s not just the way it looks, it’s the vibes. It feels so homey and warm, like love lives there. We just want to move in. The staff at Pinecroft, and day of coordinator are phenomenal, professional, and kind. Anything you can ask for they’ll try to make it work! Check out their Instagram for pictures and inspo , our beautiful June wedding was seriously stunning thanks to them, but I can’t imagine a season that this place wouldn’t make for a perfect wedding. We loved the catering company and the food was to die for. I could go on for hours. Best experience ever. This place won’t have dates available for long so if you are considering, just lock it in. idal suite and groom areas are great. The owner, event planner, and staff made our daughter’s wedding a magical event from start to finish. Our daughter felt the staff’s kindness, care, and incredible attention to detail throughout the entire process. They listened and helped her realize her dreams. The planning team and caterers also took incredible care with the menu, place settings, bar and drinks and helped review and make decisions. Pinecroft Estate allowed flexibility in choosing the place settings and decor and creating the atmosphere wanted. The beautiful, historic barn with its twinkling lights, couches and rugs, and stunning, but rustic table settings and wildflower arrangements made our guests feel warm and welcome inside. The caterers, wait staff and bartenders were all friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and they managed to accommodate all of our guests’ special dietary requests. We also appreciated that the vendors recommended were top notch, including photographer, DJ, and babysitters. In the days following the wedding, we have been bombarded with “thank-you’s” and praise from our family and friends. The whole experience was magical—we will be feeling the joy for years to come.
