Pinehall at Eisler Farms is a rustic farm wedding venue located in Butler, Pennsylvania. This family-owned venue opened to the public in 2016 to offer couples a serene space to start their new lives together. The entire property is at your disposal, with several locations to host ceremonies and receptions at this great rural venue.
Facilities and Capacity
Pinehall at Eisler Farms is able to accommodate weddings of up to 180 people. Ceremonies may be held outdoors underneath the shade of towering beech trees, on the lawn of the main house or perhaps you will find a lovely spot of your own. Photos can be taken at as many of our incredible natural backdrops as you can get to! Couples will be able to enjoy their reception in the venue's classic red barn showcasing natural wooden floors and walls and beams, rustic décor, and a lovely built-in bar. This event space also boasts a wrap-around deck and gorgeous hanging chandeliers. A cottage resides on the grounds and may be used as a get-ready suite. The cottage is equipped with air-conditioning a full bathroom, charming kitchenette and two prep rooms. In the rooms you will find full-length mirrors, makeup areas and room to relax.

History
John and Dorothy Eisler found this wonderful piece of land in 1939 and decided that it would be the perfect place to raise a family. They brought up all six of their children while tending to their farm of horses, fruits, and a variety of flowers. Since then, three generations of Eisler’s have grown up and cared for the land.

o peaceful and perfect. We first toured it in the fall and got married in the spring, and it looked amazing in both seasons.
If you’re doing your ceremony there too, you get access to the bridal cottage, which was such a nice bonus. The getting-ready space has two separate rooms (bride/groom or whoever needs them), a small kitchen and bathroom, and even a steamer and iron — super helpful when you're getting ready.
We added the decorating package, and I’m so glad we did. They handled all the decorations, set up the cookie table, placed the flowers — we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our coordinator, Sharon, was incredible. She helped with everything, made it all look perfect, and kept things totally stress-free for us.
Our guests kept saying how much they loved the venue. You can use a bunch of extra features too — we had a fire pit with s’mores, some lawn games, and even a little cigar bar.

Our wedding coordinator, Carrie was simply the best when it came to getting us through the process of lining up vendors, scheduling, picking decor, and anything else we threw at her in conversation we needed help with. She answered everything with a great attitude and genuine care! Pinehall offers so many great options and flexibility in the planning of making your special day perfect! We can't thank Carrie and the rest of the staff for how easy they made the process of planning and executing our big day! Our wedding was perfect and once everything started never once were we bothered or distracted by anything because in the background the folks at Pinehall are relentlessly working to ensure your day goes as pitch perfect as possible. If you are looking for a beautiful country style wedding venue and the friendliest of people, we highly suggest taking a look into Pinehall. Very close to Butler, which allows the conveniency of booking shuttles, hotels, and prewedding day gatherings that much easier because of the proximity to the venue. Also they have goats and if that isn't a selling point for you, I am not sure what can be.

get married again, haha!). The venue was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. But, communication with our wedding coordinator from Pinehall leading up to the wedding was very bad. We were told there were errors with her email and phone, but they persisted for months and while we were told we were being sent things, they would not arrive regardless of the communication method until we followed up several times. We received emails from the main generic Pinehall account without issue. She was tough to find on the day of the event (for example, though she was there in the morning to get everything set up, she had lots of other Eisler Farms events booked for the same day and arrived for line up just 2 minutes before ceremony start time). I always want to give someone grace and who knows, she may have had some personal things going on (which I totally would have understood if she told us)! But since she didn't mention anything, it left us feeling a bit in the dark day of. That being said, she was nothing but nice and accommodating for us. And in the end, she pulled off everything she needed to! The venue itself seemed chaotic due to the number of events they have - for example, they lost our to-go containers for cookies until almost the end of the night because someone shoved them under a table. I think it happened because we were unloading our stuff at the same time the wedding party from the night before was picking up all their leftovers and it was hectic in the barn. All that being said, we were still treated with nothing but kindness from the staff and I would still recommend it as a venue. I think it's just important to know going into things that you may need to be very politely assertive and extra proactive if communication seems questionable. Also important to know that they are a very busy venue, so the more organized you can be, it will likely be for the better. The positives are plenty though! Beautiful venue, lovely getting-ready area, sustainable decorations with the I-do, Re-do collection, and lots of fun add-ons (100/10 recommend the photo booth).

inehall had a Prop Shop to use (brides leave their leftover table numbers, shepherd hooks, decor, etc. they no longer need for other brides to use). On our wedding day, Sherry was amazing and Pinehall provided the perfect wedding experience. There is a bridal cottage on site for the bridal party to use to get ready, and it's complete with a kitchenette and makeup/hair chairs. While we were getting ready, Sherry, our day of coordinator made sure everything else was taken care of with the florist, caterers, and DJ -- I was able to relax and spend time with my bridal party knowing that Sherry had everything taken care of. Sherry was also very flexible with some of my different/out of the box ideas, which I loved. She was willing to work with me and she made some great suggestions along the way. Don't hesitate, Pinehall is the perfect venue to book for a barn/outside wedding!

anning. We are a pretty low key couple so having a relaxed feeling to our day was something that we were seeking and so grateful to Pinehall for providing. The venue truly felt like our home for the day and our guests felt it, too! Everyone enjoyed having a choice to party on the dance floor, get cozy by the fire pit and have a s’more, or play games outside of the barn. We added on a decoration package so the morning was totally stress free. They gather greenery and fresh flowers from the farm and added some dried greens and flowers that I provided to tie everything together. Their collection of centerpieces and signs made the amount of extras we needed to provide SO minimal so it was also much easier on us for clean up and to head out for our honeymoon the next day. We also added on fireworks and the photobooth and everyone raved about the many ways to stay entertained throughout the evening. They also have the PERFECT spots for photos — gorgeous rows of trees, a dock, a fern patch, beautiful structures... I felt like I was in a fairytale. Thank you Pinehall for making our day carefree and absolutely flawless! No doubt we will be back for a renewal in our future! ecause of Covid, our plans quickly changed and the staff (specifically Christine) was patient and accommodating. They were quick to respond, especially when I was emailing multiple times a day trying to get advice for what to do because of Covid. We ended up having an intimate church ceremony and Pinehall let us use their property on our original wedding day to take gorgeous photos that we will cherish forever. We decided to then continue the fun and move our original reception at Pinehall and to the same date in May 2021 for our one year anniversary. Christine was instrumental in helping us plan every detail of our special day and when that day came, it was nothing short of perfect. The entire day was stress-free as the Pinehall staff ensured we had everything we needed. Thank you again Pinehall for all you’ve done to make not only one, but two of our weddings a dream come true!

Working with Medure’s catering was super simple and the food was amazing. Our guests have not stopped raving about how beautiful our wedding was and we couldn’t have been happier!! She was so kind and incredibly helpful, especially with helping us to figure everything out in the months leading up to the wedding with all things covid related. She was nothing but supportive as we made the decision to keep our wedding day, but just downsize the guest list and take some extra safety precautions. When it came to our wedding day, Christine took care of everything when it came to last minute set up and just overall making sure everything was going as planned, down to the smallest detail like making sure to have a water bowl at our ceremony site for our dog who was our ring bearer. After our ceremony, Christine even helped as we took pictures with our families, the wedding party, and just my husband and myself, driving us around with our photographer in a golf cart to the different locations of the property, and more. We loved everything about our experience with Pinehall and would DEFINITELY recommend having your wedding there!

Meghan was in constant contact with me, no matter the time of day. With so many unknowns, it was such a relief having her support. The reception was absolutely gorgeous. They set everything up, decorated and cleaned up after everything was over. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. r yet. Our wedding was on May 2nd, 2020 and a week before, Pinehall said we could still have a mini ceremony there as we had planned when the virus first broke out which meant everything to us. We still wanted our original day to be beautiful and they made sure that happened. We live in a tiny apartment so having any kind of backyard small gathering just isn’t possible for us. We had a gorgeous microceremony in Pinehall’s barn. We can’t thank the owners of Pinehall enough for being so gracious to help us still make our ceremony happen. Christine is incredible and sanitized the barn and bridal cottage for us to use as well as provided hand sanitizer for everyone so anyone could feel safe and comfortable. We even separated chairs by quarantine group. She was there for any need through email/text/call with quick response as well as helped us decorate and gave us any advice to help make the day flawless! She helped us walk through the ceremony the day before to make sure the timing was right since we had to redo our processional song (no bridesmaids/groomsmen to fill time). We rescheduled a separate ceremony and reception for August and I can’t wait to work with them all again with the rest of our vendors. Pinehall has made this nightmare of a time into something truly beautiful. I can’t stress enough that if you are struggling to pick a venue, this is the one you should choose. They will work with you and go out of their way to put you at ease no matter the crazy circumstance.
