Beautiful for that country wedding, Sue is very helpful and I recommend doing a weekend package so the day before you can have time to set what ever extra you want set up, Sue does the lights and the main set up, unless you want to hire more help and get a decorator, then they both do it. We had a big chance of rain at our wedding, (its okay rain is good luck). But their is the barn as a back up , we were very lucky for the rain hold off till after the ceremony so we were able to have that out side. One thing we did was got a nice trailer style porta potty, yes there is other clean porta potty that Sue provides for the event including a handicap one, we had about 200 guests and went with a versa size bathroom (3 individuals bathrooms inside the trailer, two unisex and the other one was a urinal for men )they are so nice to have for your guests and nice for your selfs too, and I recommend doing this with any country-style wedding. Pinehaven farm is so flexible with the bride and groom and works with them to give them that dream farm wedding. Okay so at every wedding there will be one thing that goes wrong that you are able to laugh about at the end, ours was that our pastor who was performing our ceramory got pooped on by a bird on the head, lucky for us he was bald and it was a easy clean up ( remind your other vendors and guests that it's on a farm and there will be outdoor environment around them). So another thing was i got busy and left my notecards with my vovls written on them in my car , in the parking lot, right when the ceremony was starting, already had my dress on (my weights about 10 pounds because I had lights added to my dress) a walk to the parking lots for me at that point was 15minutes or more that I didn't have, and I didn't have all my vovls memorized yet, (stressful moment), but then this is one of the best things about this venue , for they are so caring people that they race to my car for me on their go-cart and grabbed my vovls within less of 5 minutes. So if your mind is set on a rustic wedding, this is a wonderful option to check out. Sue was a pleasure to work with and helped our wedding go as smooth "as possible".
