Pinehill Pavilion is a wedding venue located in Youngsville, North Carolina, conveniently only 15 minutes from Raleigh. Surrounded by a serene rural landscape, this venue provides couples with an idyllic setting in which to tie the knot. For owner Gina Hill, Pinehill Pavilion is a dream come true. Following the sale of her previous business, she meticulously crafted the pavilion amidst a 160 acre pine forest in order to create an enchanting haven for couples to unite in marriage. Together with two of her three children, Gina Hill oversees Pinehill Pavilion, inviting guests to celebrate life's most treasured milestones amidst the expansive and picturesque grounds. Facilities and Capacity The pavilion, spanning 8,400 square feet, is surrounded by lush woods and sits on a courtyard adjacent to a scenic two acre pond. Scattered throughout the grounds are stunning ceremony spots offering multiple unique options and picturesque views in each one. Couples have the option to exchange vows beneath their choice of one of 12 arbors provided by the venue. The spacious pavilion is adorned with elegant chandeliers to provide the perfect ambiance for dinner and dancing. With large glass doors spanning each side of the venue, couples have gorgeous views of the property at every turn. The property is covered with twinkling lights that truly make you feel like you've stepped into an enchanted forest. The venue is fully equipped with amenities including a prep kitchen, a bar with sliding doors opening to both the pavilion and cocktail patio, and is ADA accessible. For wedding parties, two charming cottages are available. Beverages and a grazing tray are provided in each cottage, to ensure a welcoming and cozy place to relax on the morning of the event! Services Offered Rental of Pinehill Pavilion comes with 10 hours of access to the property and comprehensive services to make wedding days as stress-free as possible. The venue comes with a venue manager who will assist with set up and ensure that the venue is operating at its highest standard for each event. Setup and breakdown crew, bartenders, and parking attendants are also provided to assist throughout your event. The venue includes tables and chairs for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception for up to 250 guests, though we happily welcome guest counts up to 400. All beverages are required to come through Pinehill's exclusively partnered beverage service, The Burly Bartender. Pinehill also presents a list of highly distinguished and trusted local vendors as well as providing the flexibility for you to bring your own. Additionally, Pinehill offers wedding planning services, decor, and other exclusive rentals available to take your event to the next level. Gina has lived in North Carolina for over 30 years. Retiring early from the grading business she built with her business partner was just not fulfilling enough. She decided to build a wedding venue on family land. The land is close to the Raleigh area but had a wonderfully secluded feel. Two of her three children helped make this venue a reality and have made this family business their career. For Gina, this is her dream job! Working with her children is just icing on the cake.

I recently hosted a 400-person wedding at Pinehill Pavilion. I cannot express enough how incredible the entire experience was from the moment we toured the venue to the very end. The facility both indoor and outdoor is stunning, the decor was beautiful. They had a spacious layout that accommodates bigger weddings. The staff went above and beyond for us. I was so happy to that they were flexible to allowing us to tailor the wedding to our traditional cultured way. Special shoutout to Jazlyn who made our day unforgettable!

Pinehill Pavilion was the prettiest venue we found! It was very clean, open and the grounds are beautiful. There are several places to choose from for the ceremony and the venue was perfect for our guests. There was plenty of parking and the staff was very helpful and easy to work with. The bridesmaid's cabin and the groomsmen's cabins were stunning. It was the perfect place for the party to get ready for the big day. Our daughter was able to have the wedding of her dreams and we were able to sit back and enjoy! Good job Pinehill!! Thank you!!

We hosted our wedding reception here, and there was not a single moment where we felt worried or concerned with how their venue services were going, thanks to their wonderful team! We had an absolute blast the whole weekend, and we couldn't have imagined a better way to celebrate! Throughout the planning process, there were a few times their team had some miscommunication issues or didn't double check some things we had already confirmed which led to us being incorrectly charged, had my partner and I not double checked. Nonetheless, they were helpful in addressing any concerns. We noted some points below that we felt were worth pointing out: - The venue is so beautiful that we didn't require much decor, the venue itself made the event pop! Many guests talked about how beautiful the venue was! Though it was a bit further out from our other wedding events in downtown Raleigh, the drive was so worth it. - Many guests loved the string lights on the driveway up to the venue! Not only was it so beautiful, but it really helped guide the guests into the venue, especially when it's dark and hard to see. - The cocktail hour space was also a huge hit, especially with the lake in the background--it really helped enhance the venue and the vibes! The string lights, the grass, the beautiful sunset, and the lake all combined made it an incredible evening.

Love this Venue!! Maddie was excellent to work with. She was there for us from beginning to end! We came here for a quincienera when they first opened, and decided this would be the venue where me and my wife would be getting married…. And we did. All of our guest were surprised on how everything came out, very elegant. Staff is always welcoming and met Gina as well who is very lovely. Highly recommend!! My wife and I recently had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at Pinehill Pavilion, and we would recommend this venue to any couple looking to host a beautiful wedding. When we first stepped onto the grounds, we were truly amazed by how perfect this venue looked, and it is even more amazing in person. From the various beautiful ceremony locations, we chose to have our ceremony down by the water, and our guests were truly in love, not only with this ceremony location but the whole venue. The beautiful scenery is not the only thing that makes this venue a great place to get married; the Pinehill Pavilion team (Brooke Hill & staff) was truly amazing as well. They treated us and our guests with great hospitality throughout the day of our wedding, from start to finish. Their team provided our wedding party with small snacks in the two nice cabins they have onsite on the day of the wedding – these cabins allowed a great area for our wedding party to hang out, relax, get ready, and take great pictures. So, if any couple is contemplating where to host their wedding, Pinehill Pavilion will not disappoint!

Pinehill Pavilion was the perfect venue for our wedding and had everything we were looking for! There are so many places to hold your ceremony and there is no wrong decision. The cottages are dreamy and a perfect place to get ready. We had our ceremony in the Enchanted Forest and it was magical. We loved knowing that if there was rain we would still be able to have an inside ceremony with a beautiful view. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Jaz was there for the day of and she was incredible! She made sure everything went smoothly and made sure my husband and I had everything we needed!

I knew that our wedding day would be beautiful because this venue is just stunning! What blew us away was the service of the staff at Pinehill. From our planner, Franklin, that was extremely focused on making sure our day went without a hitch, to the other venue coordinators who made sure we had everything we needed to stay comfortable before, during, and after our event. I didn't have to worry about a thing on one of the biggest days of our lives and it was perfect. Can I get married at Pinehill again?!

We had our wedding at Pinehill Pavilion and it was beautiful. The venue itself has so many options and is a great space. They allow you to bring in other vendors so we found it to help out with our budget that way. Although there were a few hiccups with some seating during the ceremony everything turned out amazing and we had a beautiful day!

As a Hair and Makeup Artist, I absolutely adore this place! It is so beautiful and breathtaking. The bride and groom cottages are a literal dream. Literally anything you can imagine in a bride and groom suite it is in there. I wish the Pinehill Pavilion was open when I was getting married because it is stunning and has so many different options on where the ceremony can take place. My husband and I decided to choose this venue after going to see it in person and interacting with the staff. We decided to do a micro wedding here. The venue is beautiful, we used an outdoor space for the ceremony and then moved into the building for the reception. There were so many beautiful areas for the photographer to take photos, and it was important to us to find a venue with a nice outdoor space. Everything went smoothly and we had the best time! Everything was ready for the day of the wedding, our planner who works with the venue (Jaz) was amazing, and the hors d'oeuvres and drinks provided by the partnered vendors were so good! Our planner did a great job communicating with our photographer and makeup artist leading up to the wedding, as well as having the schedule perfect for us. Everyone working at Pinehill was receptive to emails and calls leading up to the day and at the wedding. We were really happy with our experience here and would recommend it to anyone planning a wedding or needing an event space.

Pinehill is a stunning venue - from the pond surrounded by forest to the indoor drapery and woodwork. They also have cottages for the bridal party to get ready in. The staff was very easy to work with and accommodating to my requests. The venue manager for the day of our wedding was fabulous; he worked closely with my wedding planner to ensure everything ran perfectly. As a wedding officiant who travels, I get to see all types of venues across the state. I recently did my first wedding at Pinehill Pavilion and there is so much to love about this beautiful venue. It is secluded and quiet, but still a short drive away from major cities. The grounds are immaculate, and with so many ceremony sites to pick from, it must be hard for a couple to choose, but that means that there are so many great backdrops for pictures! The facilities are clean and spacious with a neutral background for design creativity. My very favorite features of this venue are the "to die for" cottages for the wedding parties to get ready and hang out in. The owners have done an amazing job attending to all the details in design and building, and the competent and qualified staff ensure a wonderful event.

I had the pleasure of working at this beautiful venue, Pinehill Pavilion, as a videographer, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. The venue itself is stunning with so many ceremony locations to choose from. Whether you're looking for a garden/forest setting, a water front setting, or a grand ballroom, this venue has it all. The bridal suites are also worth mentioning - they're impeccably decorated and offer a perfect backdrop for getting ready photos. As a videographer, I always appreciate when the surroundings make my job easier and these suites definitely did. What really sets this venue apart, though, is the staff. The office manager and on-site certified planner were incredibly helpful and responsive. They were always available to answer questions and provide support whenever needed Overall, I highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful and stress-free wedding experience. As a wedding videographer, I love working there and look forward to the next opportunity to capture another beautiful wedding.

It was my honor to have officiated a wedding recently at Pinehill Pavilion. I was impressed by the beauty of the venue as well as the multiple ceremony sites available to couples for their ceremony. The staff did an exceptional job and even though it was my first opportunity to officiate at Pinehill, the evening flowed together as if we had done many weddings together already. Having worked with many of their regular vendors before in other settings, I was impressed by the quality of the vendors that work there frequently. An absolutely amazing venue and even more incredible venue team. This venue was so well thought out and Gina and her husband thought of every little detail. This venue is GORGEOUS! Jaz & Maddie were so great to work with & they helped make the day everything we ever dreamt of. The staff went above & beyond setting up outside and having to quickly flip to inside due to weather. They didn’t miss a beat! I have been working in the wedding industry for a couple years now and of all the venues I've been to/worked at, Pinehill has the most well thought out and functional spaces I've seen. The venue is amazing and so beautiful. They have thought of everything that a bride and groom might need. The cottages are so gorgeous and fun to get ready in. We had a little trouble with the planning/planner but that issue has since been handled and no longer a potential area of concern. My fiancé and I just got married here two weekends ago. The venue itself is stunning. Plenty of spaces for ceremony locations and the reception area is huge with beautiful included décor. I highly recommend this place to get married at. The bartenders- Susie and Lisa- are outstanding. They went above and beyond for my special day. Franklin- is a true rock star when it comes to planning at Pinehill. He was on top of everything. The venue itself is still new so there are kinks that need to be worked out but after giving constructive criticism, they appreciated the feedback and made note of the errors that occurred. I am highly pleased that we chose Pinehill for our big day.

The venue is amazing, so beautiful and the staff is just outstanding . Everyone is so nice. The owner, Gina was amazing to work with even when we had our back up plan and didn't end up using some outdoor items they worked hard to incorporate some of the items inside and made everything just as beautiful as I could imagine. I also used an in house day of coordinator Which happen to be the owner's daughter and she was just as amazing. It was so simple that she had knowledge of the venue already that working with my vendors and myself seemed seamless and there was absolutely no stress! My day was relaxing which I think is hard to say for a bride. I would highly highly recommend this venue to anyone I know. everything was perfect even on a rainy/windy day.

The Pinehill staff, especially Gina and Olivia, were super helpful in the months leading up the wedding and the day of, jumping in wherever they were needed. The venue was clean and ready for us when we arrived and staff continually checked in to see if we needed anything. We also used their bar for margaritas, beer and wine. The drinks were great and the lines moved quickly. I would definitely recommend the venue and the bar service. Thank you Pinehill for making my wedding the best day!

The Pinehill Pavilion location is stunning from the indoor space with beautiful features and the spacious groom and bride suites. I would only say that management needs a little bit of work. I would be working with one of the venue staff coordinators and another one would show up for meetings/or respond to emails and not be aware of anything previously discussed (so that was very frustrating to keep repeating things repeatedly). Also, on my actual wedding day, my day of coordinator called me to state the venue stated I didn't pay for the table cloths I rented from them (and I had paid weeks before, so while I was trying to get ready – I had to find the receipt in my email and forward to them). I think they need someone on staff that can keep up with all the client's details.

Our goal is to make sure that your special day is exactly what you envision so we might go a little over board. I do want to clarify that we never stated that you did not pay for for your linens. I told your planner that I was not aware but I would go check the clip board to verify how many linens and what color. She did not give me time to verify before calling you and I am truly sorry for that. We are truly honored that you chose Pinehill Pavilion for your special day. I’ve been invited to a couple weddings here and I can’t recommend it enough. Great location, beautiful inside area, with a stunning court side , beautiful architecture, plenty of parking, and a beautiful view (especially at night with the twinkling lights giving such a romantic feel). It is my dream venue and I’m in love with it. What I love the most is that it’s a family owned business ; Gina, Brooke and Payton hill the managers are so helpful , and so kind. They also work with a lot of great vendors that they recommend to you.

My husband and I got married here a week ago and it was absolutely perfect. The staff at Pinehill Pavilion was responsive, flexible, and helpful whenever we had questions leading up to the wedding. The grounds and cabins are well kept and the refreshments for the bridal party were wonderful! The power actually went out during our dinner (due to a transformer issue that was not within the control of anyone at the venue) and they got out floating candles and adapted as needed for us to continue on schedule. The power returned halfway through dancing and everything was great! Additionally, the staff handled a lot of day of details (including the sendoff logistics) and that was most excellent. I did not once feel panicked about the day going awry thanks to God's provision and the hard work of everyone involved. Thank you so much to the staff at Pinehill Pavilion! I'm excited to see the new things they come up with to make the venue even more magical!

My catering company, Capital City Chefs, recently catered a wedding at Pinehill Pavilion. At first I was instantly blown away by the beautiful landscaping and then I walked inside the venue….. It literally gleamed…. Everything was so white, elegant, pristine and just Gorgeous! The bathrooms were beautiful and well stocked. The catering kitchen was great. It had a nice prep area, stove and refrigerator. Then we met the family who owned the venue and they were all as kind and helpful as they could be. They offered our staff non-alcoholic drinks like soda, lemonade and coffee throughout the evening. My Husband and I loved working there and so did our staff. I know that I can confidently refer any Couple who is searching for the perfect venue to Pinehill Pavilion.

Oh my goodness! Gina and her family did an incredible job facilitating and hosting our wedding. The venue is beyond gorgeous and truly has everything you could want for your wedding there. The buildings and grounds are extremely well kept and clean. Not to mention gorgeous. They pay attention to every little detail and truly want you to have all you need to make your event special. We got married at Pinehill Pavilion 10/10/21. Gina and her staff were wonderful from the moment we asked for a tour. Her venue is beyond stunning. We barely had to decorate due to her choices in the flower studded chandelier and lights. The cottages were great for our small wedding party. The numerous arbors were perfect for our photos. They took care of us like we were family. Their bartender from Burley Bartender constantly made sure we had drinks and were taken care of. The staff made clean up so easy! Looking for a venue? Look no further!!! Your guests will be amazed by the venue like ours were! A few came up at us during the wedding and said it was the best looking wedding venue they've ever been to. Best day ever!!!!!

I just hosted a huge prom here and this was by far the best event I have ever coordinated because of this great new venue, they are so helpful, friendly and the venue is perfect for any event! Large indoors, nice outdoor patio, clean bathrooms, onsite bar, And cottages for bridal parties! Everyone should book them!
