The Ponderosa Ballroom accommodates up to 370 people or can be partitioned to provide a cozy and intimate setting for a smaller gathering. We also offer a variety of smaller rooms to host parties, meetings, and events. The Outdoor Wedding site is outlined by lush greenery and flowers and is a beautiful choice for any size ceremony. Whether a private affair or a large gala, we ensure each event is perfect from start to finish. We offer many menu choices but will also personalize a menu for any event. Round tables with white or ivory linen provide a background for your selection from a large array of colored napkins and overlays. We have a portable dance floor that can be configured to meet any specifications.

gh they may have been overwhelming at times… I am guilty of a couple bride freak out moments), she really listened to what I had to say, she took my vision and ran with it. Our wedding day went off without a hitch. The staff were very attentive, food was brought out on time and was delicious, the bartenders were great, and if we had any questions or needed anything the staff were readily available and quick to respond. I couldn’t picture this day going any better than it did. A true dream come true!

The venue was beautiful-- they set up all decorations, table linens, centerpieces (all part of the cost and a nice relief of stress on us). There are 3 huge flower beds to take pictures in front of, an awesome old windmill (so fitting for our rustic wedding), and a beautiful outdoor ceremony location.
The food was incredible, and the wait staff was so friendly and fast. Again, everything catered to our needs.
I would recommend this venue to EVERY Colorado wedding that can't afford a mountain venue. This was just as good, if not better.

3) Location: Beautiful! In the summer, they have beautiful gardens, bursting with colorful flowers. The clubhouse is nicely decorated and the ballroom has those gorgeous twinkle lights!
When we first started, I was set on a reception at the Hudson Gardens...but it was too expensive for us. We found Pinehurst and I am so happy. Our reception was FUN and beautiful. Our guests really enjoyed themselves and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Plus, we have money left over!
