Pink Dahlia Vintage

ets to the centerpieces - the flowers were everything we dreamed of and more. Sally so is easy to work with and will make your dreams come true! Highly recommend and very affordable. Thank you Sally!

e her all of my inspiration pictures and my color scheme and trusted her in her profession. When she came into the venue with the flower arrangements I was blown away! The flower and color variations were stunning. My bridal bouquet was obviously my favorite but the bridesmaid bouquets were also stunning. I was so excited to see everything I envisioned come to life and it didn’t break the bank to do so.

y!

walked into the bridal suite to see the most beautiful bouquets I have ever seen!! She truly knew exactly what I was looking for! Better than I could even imagine. I was blown away!!! My Romantic Garden Wedding came to life! When I tell you I couldn’t stop saying how beautiful my flowers were, there is no exaggeration haha. We received endless comments from the guest of how beautiful the flowers were. From the ceremony space to the reception. Another small detail I’d like to point out is that Sally left us one extra Boutonniere. We were able to give a boutonnière to our Officiant who is also family and I thought that was very special. Sally was truly a breath of fresh air. I contacted multiple florist to receive quotes and get a vision for the flowers. I just felt like she understood what I was looking for and so so kind and put me at ease! I would recommend her to anyone!!

!

ly and closely - she made me my own Pinterest board for both of us to reference and add to! In addition, corresponding with her was always so pleasant and she was quick to respond to any and all questions I had, from beginning to end. The wedding style I envisioned was romantic, seashore chic with a color palette consisting of light grey, whisper blue, and neutrals. Sally used ivory, blush, and greenery to accent those colors, which worked beautifully! Some of the flowers used were garden roses, lisianthus, dahlias, ranunculus, and spray roses. Greenery used were varieties of eucalyptus, ruscus, and huckleberry. The bridal bouquet was EXACTLY as I pictured and the bridesmaids bouquets went perfect with their gowns and shone in the pictures. I absolutely loved that Sally added ribbons to the bouquets, a detail I never would have thought of myself. Our venue looked spectacular, one of my favorite details being flowers in the shape of our initials hanging front and center over the entrance! We could not be happier with Sally and her work and cannot endorse her enough!! She truly has a gift and we are so lucky we were able to share our special day with Pink Dahlia Vintage!

be my theme and color palette, and just let her do her thing! And honestly, she killed it. Based on her past work, I knew that the flowers would look great no matter what. So I made a conscious decision to NOT micro-manage the look of the arrangements or the types of flowers included, and it was probably one of my best wedding decisions. After all, I’m not a florist, so why not just leave it to the expert? Not only did it free up a lot of planning time for me to focus elsewhere, but I think it made space for Sally to really have fun with the concept, and it truly shows in the final result. For our centerpieces my fiancé and I purchased several dozen vintage tins to be used as the flower vases. Each centerpiece was to be flowers in the tins with stacks of antique books and tea lights, so it all had a very bohemian mis-matchy feel. The tins were all different shapes and sizes and Sally made the flower arrangement in every one completely unique and complemented the container. I had guests telling me they were going around inspecting each table to decide which centerpiece they liked the best! I loved the decision to give her creative freedom because it meant I was just as surprised and enchanted by what she came up with as my guests. Even touches that I may not have picked out for myself, such as chic modern hourglass-silhouette vases to flank the ceremony aisle, I ended up really loving. Sally even threw in some extra decor for us, such as taper candles and candle holders, cute little statues, and other vases. It all complemented the reception venue perfectly! Sally and her setup team went above and beyond, not merely providing flowers but also helping to arrange our self-provided decor so that everything integrated properly. She helped with the fabric draping on the ceremony arch, and also with placement of books and tea lights and table runners a the reception site. Her keen artistic eye was essential in executing our aesthetic vision for the wedding!

n! EI was also able to rent beautiful gold lanterns for my wedding. Absolutely loved how all the flowers turned out!

ft pastels colors and assortment of flowers. Sally and her team did a superb job. They were super helpful with working within my budget as well. I would highly recommend them to ALL brides.

ck with an open mind. She is also honest, reasonable, and creative in terms of putting on her special touch to your arrangements. When I walked into our wedding ceremony and venue tears came to my eyes. It was truly everything I had envisioned and more. I wanted a whimsical, soft, and romantic look all while being understated. Sally and her team produced just that! Our venue provided limited time for set up, however Sally and her team got the job done quickly and beautifully.

ed to her house that she does her flowers out of. As soon as I walked in I could tell that she loved her job. She had pictures of her work, various centerpieces and ideas that we could use to help with our wedding. Sally listened to our ideas and it came to life on our wedding day. Sally was such a pleasure to work with and was so quick to answer any questions that we had. She does book fast for October weddings (we booked her a year ahead of time). Thank you so much for the gorgeous flowers. I can’t wait to post pictures of her work! Stay tuned!

Pretty". As soon as I saw those flowers, I needed to find that florist and contact them. From there, every interaction I had with Sally at Pink Dahlia Vintage was so pleasant. Professional, detail-oriented, organized, fair...these are some of the words that come to mind when I think of what it was like to work with her. She asked all the right questions and her style was very much in line with what I always imagined my wedding flowers to be. Because of these reasons, I established a strong sense of trust in Sally, immediately having no doubt she would create the exact vision I was going for. Of all the vendors I worked with for the wedding, she was by far the easiest! Thank you Pink Dahlia Vintage! I highly recommend working with them!

have even imagined how beautiful our venue would look- and the venue coordinators went out of their way to tell me how incredible everything turned out inside our tent. My bouquet was STUNNING ( I am still staring at pictures!) & Sally created perfect complimentary bouquets for the bridesmaids and mothers that were just as gorgeous. I could go on & on about how amazing everything was- it exceeded our expectations and we are so grateful to have worked with Pink Dahlia Vintage. Her prices were much more reasonable than other florists we looked at, and the quality and attention to detail was high. We are still getting countless texts asking about our flowers and complimented on how stunning they were!! Thank you for making our wedding day so beautiful!!!!

t doing the full, standard centerpieces as well we found a lot of people weren't even answering our calls or were giving us OUTRAGEOUS quotes. Two florists made appointments with us and then never showed up to them! It was really upsetting, because even though I was on a budget I had always dreamed of having a big, beautiful bouquet on my wedding day. Then we met Sally. Sally was our last hope, an option sent to me by a neighbor after I confided in them that I was ready to just go with fake flowers. She set up an interview time, and we explained what we were hoping for. It was like we were in a whole new industry! She asked a ton of questions, had us fill out a detailed survey, really nailed down a vision for us and explained ways that we could keep within our budget without sacrificing our vision, which included using seasonal flowers and blooms that I'd never heard of. Basically, Sally is an expert in her field and a true professional. She ended up giving us such a great quote and presenting us with such beautiful ideas that we went ahead and added more flowers into the mix: a beautiful piece for our head table, flowers for the cakes, bathroom vases. She didn't charge an outlandish delivery fee like other vendors, and she was so friendly and warm and helpful. And the bouquets were SO gorgeous. I've been showing friends our new wedding photos and the first thing they comment on is my bouquet. It's elegant, timeless and just plain stunning. I feel very lucky to have happened on Sally in a moment of weakness. Her art ended up being one of the most beautiful parts of our wedding.

out excellent and were exactly what I wanted! Sally is so sweet and a pleasure to work with. I met with her once to go over what I wanted. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding florist!

re to work with. She patiently made edits or additions to our order a few times as I changed my mind on things. Our flowers came out lovely and added beautiful color to our day! Thank you Sally!!

overlooked) I am sooo happy I chose Pink Dahlia Vintage. If you are looking for that WOW factor you HAVE to hire Sally!

e to tell her a bit of what I liked and she created art out of my vague ideas. Sally is incredibly sweet and gracious, and really takes the time to work with her clients to make sure they are getting what they want. The arrangements themselves were beyond stunning. The bouquets for me and my girls complimented each other beautifully. They were natural, flowing, and gorgeous. My venue offered free floral centerpieces, but after seeing Sally's work, I decided to have her do our centerpieces as well. I am SO glad we made this decision. The whole room came to life with those flowers. We got so many compliments on the centerpieces. Sally took the time, also, to decorate around our venue. We had ordered some decorative pieces for the ceremony area, but she also decorated our gift birdcage, cake table, sweetheart table, and other areas around the room. I was stunned when I saw the outcome and could not be more thankful to Sally. I was lucky enough to have Pink Dahlia Vintage recommended to me by a friend. I know I will be recommending her to everyone I know also. Sally's prices are so reasonable. She was the most affordable of all florists I spoke with, and everything turned out better than I could have imagined. Thank you, Sally!!

Her assistant, Jess, who delivered the flowers on the day of the wedding was so friendly and easy going. Everything turned out exactly how we wanted . I highly recommend Pink Dahlia Vintage for weddings and other events. Price was reasonable too! :)

xtras to make our flowers special and unique and gorgeous! I've gotten nothing but compliments on all the floral elements of our big day! I would recommend Sally in a heartbeat to anyone!

my budget. I told her my vision and she nailed it! My wedding flowers were beautiful! I couldn't have been happier! I would highly recommend Pink Dahlia Vintage for any future bride!!

very reasonable!!

hen the flowers arrived day of the wedding I was more than estactic. Thank you again Sally for all of your hard work.

day. Her designs were breathtaking and EVERYONE was commenting on, and asking about the bouquet, boutonnieres, and arrangements. Sally is extremely talented, and made our winter wedding pure magic!!! I will forever use Pink Dahlia Vintage for all flowers – Sally you’re amazing!!!!

y understood and created exactly what I wanted. I wanted a lot of natural elements to be involved and she really picked the most beautiful creations for the theme! The creativity and personality that went into the bouquets, boutonnières, foyer decorations, and center pieces were absolutely beautiful. My bouquet was soo pretty, I didn't want to put it down! Sally was able to add fall touches to every part of this elegant venue that transformed the place and made it personal to me and my husband. I could not ask for a better florist. Hands down, one of the best parts of my wedding. I would recommend working with Sally at Pink Dahlia Vintage to any bride!

nd reception decor I could not be more impressed! Sally was helpful in the planning stages of my decor to make sure she knew exactly what I was expecting and then exceeded those expectations! I am truly appreciative that she was able to incorporate some of the DIY vases I made as well as allowed me to rent some of hers. Not only is Sally a pleasure to work with, she is respectful of your budget while still able to make your decor dreams come true! Thank you Sally !

e was so dead on to exackly what I was looking for. She also had very reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend Pink Dahlia Vintage!

es like the blue broach that she added to my bridal bouquet just added a special touch that just made the day that much better. I would recommend Pink Dahlia Vintage to anyone that is getting married or is in need of a florist for special occasions.

urroundings. Sally listened to all of my thoughts, looked at my "pins", and shared her thoughts. (I had actually pinned a couple of things of hers from weddings that were published in a magazine!) She was responsive to email, easy to work with, and very talented. 2 weeks before the wedding I dropped off a few dozen old glass bottles that we had found in our creek, some small planters/containers, and a slab of cut wood just before the wedding. We had discussed my vision, I had let her know I loved ferns and lavender, and left the rest up to her. The outcome was amazing!!! I was not able to move around in the days before my wedding, so I couldn't help add any direction while we were setting up. When I came down for the wedding, I was blown away. The selections Sally had made were exactly what I had pictured in my head. The shepherd hooks with hanging mason jars lining the aisle, the tables with burlap runners had the various jars and bottles filled with a variety of amazing fresh flowers, and the planters had fluffy healthy ferns. My bouquet of all fresh lavender, and my maid of honor with baby's breath, were perfect. The boutonnieres, wrist corsages for the moms, and accents on the food table... everything was beautifully fresh, healthy looking, and kept in theme. The flowers added so much to the event without taking over. Perfect, thank you Pink Dahlia Vintage!

r just breathtaking flowers that all our guests raved about, including unusual additions like mint, herbs and a range of shapes and textures in the flowers. My bouquet was gorgeous, as were the ceremony flowers. And the value was unbeatable. Highly recommended and a small shop where you will get plenty of personal attention and care.

y vision come to life. She was incredible, and I would totally work with her again!

the design of my flowers. They were absolutely stunning! Sally was a pleasure to work with and professional. I would definitely recommend Pink Dahlia Vintage for your wedding day or event.

so beautiful! She is a pleasure to work with!! Would most highly recommend Pink Dahlia Vintage for your wedding florist!! 😀

loral wedding vision. I had my first meeting with Sally, at her lovely studio, a little less than a year before my wedding and she helped me to create a floral vision for my wedding. From that moment on everything she did was absolute perfection. She helped create beautiful floral arrangements which reflected the whimsical, ephemeral and elegance of our wedding venue, Cairnwood Estate. From beautiful center pieces, the floral wreath which was placed above our heads for the ceremony, to the attention to detail she paid in getting the bridesmaids' mint ribbons for their bouquets to match their dresses, everything was perfection. Sally was exceptionally professional every step of the way and helped my floral wedding dreams to come alive. I give her the highest recommendation possible. She was a pleasure to work with and I will recommend her to all of my friends who are getting married in the future.

The magic created by her very knowledgable hands and gods wonderous help, was done by floral designer & owner Sally from Pink Dahlia Vinage. As a bride you wonder if your vision and feel will come through. It was a no brainer that with Sally at our side that she would deliver. The most unexpected people made comments about the flowers and my bouquet. As we all know, and I might add I am not one to categorize, but guys are the least to comment on those details, and they were the ones making the best comments about Sally's work. My mother was so floored with all of her work, she could not stop talking about it. She even arranged flowers all over our house, and continued to take pictures of them. More than all the above Sally attentatively listened to our vision, gave very insightful input and was so professional at all times, that my groom and I were at ease. Will & I highly recommend what she can offer, which is peace of mind that she will deliver what you want and than some. Really liked my vendors and will be bloggin about Pink Dahlia Vintage for sure. Thanks Sally, all of it was just perfection . XO's

ght! The price is also better than you will find anywhere. Definitely use here for your wedding!

on out of my head and make it come to fruition! Everything from my bouquets, boutonnieres, church flowers, and centerpeices were gorgeous. So happy with using Pink Dahlia Vintage!

ettiest flowers and stands/vases, and was the nicest person! I love her vintage style and the pieces that she put together for me. I wanted my bouquet to be very different, not the typical roses, and she made it perfectly. The ribbons that hung down were so pretty as well. The centerpieces I used were half in big gold glass bowls, half in gold candlesticks with gems hanging around them. She even gives a military discount! I will definitely use her for all of my upcoming events where flowers and needed and would recommend her to anyone looking for a great florist.

ving about how beautiful my flowers were!

er 10th wedding. She was such a nice person to meet and I knew automatically she was the florist for me. She wasn't pushy at all (like some florists can be), but at the same time I could tell she knew what she was talking about. I described my vision and style for my rustic-themed wedding, and she completely understood what I was looking for. I chose to make my centerpieces with lighted branches in vases, just adding a few stems of flowers to each, and Sally worked well with me to make them work. She even had to improvise a little when she ran into some trouble with the battery packs and the water for the flowers, but she didn't bother me and took care of it herself. She went above and beyond to make them look absolutely beautiful. The rest of the flowers were prefect also, and I got many compliments about how pretty they all were. Sally at Pink Dahlia Vintage was such a delight to work with and I couldn't have been happier with her product! With her creativity and reasonable prices, I definitely recommend her to anyone!

vide locally grown wildflowers for the wedding party and ceremony decor. I was so happy to be able to work with Sally from Pink Dahlia Vintage who is a practitioner of the "slow flower" movement and which fit with our vision perfectly. On our wedding day the flowers were beautiful! I love that Sally incorporated fresh herbs, making the bouquets look and smell so good! And the flowers were so fresh that we were able to enjoy them in our hotel for the rest of the week. Sally took great care with the arrangements, was super easy to work with and is an overall lovely person!

ed for our wedding day were absolutely stunning and beyond our expectations - so beautiful and unique. So many of our guests raved about them to us. We are thrilled we chose Pink Dahlia Vintage for our wedding day and wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend it to other couples.

PASSIONATE about what she does. At all of our meetings, she really listened to us and our ideas to understand exactly what we were looking for. Before we booked Sally, we had spoken to some other florists who all seemed to be a bit pushy. They tried to force us to do things that we just didn’t want to do. They tried to get us to rent a ton of items that had nothing to do with what we were looking for. They treated us like we were walking dollar signs. This was an immediate turn off to me. Sally did nothing of the sort. She didn’t try to force anything on us. She genuinely wanted to understand what we were looking for, not just to appease us so she could move on to the next client. She looked through all of our pictures, she responded right away to all of our emails, she helped us scour the internet to find exactly what we wanted, and gave us countless wonderful ideas based off of her professional and extensive knowledge. The day of the wedding, I peaked downstairs as Sally was setting up and my heart stopped. She put in 100 times more work than I had expected. Everything was 100 times more beautiful than I had pictured in my mind. I was blown away and couldn’t decide whether I wanted to cry tears of joy because everything was so stunning or jump with excitement because I couldn’t wait for our friends and family to see the amazing job she had done. Sally was extremely reasonable with her prices and went WAY WAY WAY above and beyond anything we could have imagined or asked for. Everything was delightful and represented my husband and I very well. Sally had showed us pictures of the many other beautiful weddings she had done, and she still managed to make our wedding unique and so meaningful. She doesn’t have one design that she uses for everyone, she builds each couples wedding differently to reflect their personality and style. We got countless compliments on all of the décor she so lovingly prepared for us. Sally made every idea we had stand out & come alive. She is truly and naturally talented. Her kind of talent and passion is not something someone can develop and/or go to school for. They are born with it – and she just has it. Of all of the people involved in our wedding, Sally was by far our most genius choice. She was professional but made us feel like part of her family. My mother (who was part of our planning process) and I both said how sad we were after everything was over that we wouldn’t get to visit with Sally and her sweet kittie, Rosemary, anymore. Sally may just find us on her doorstep one day to take a peek at her latest brilliant ideas. If you are looking for wedding flowers, Sally can do that. If you are looking for stunningly beautiful, creative, vintage, free-flowing, artistic, bohemian, antique-y, works of awesomeness SALLY CAN DO IT BETTER THAN ANYONE. Finding a floral designer is definitely one of the harder decisions in your wedding planning process. Save yourself the time and effort….. and just book Sally. Then you can dedicate the extra months you’re going to save to finding a dress, photographer, shoes, etc. We miss you Sally! - Krista & Peter
