ck is very nice and keep up to date when you owe them money, once you are all paid up he forgets about you! I would call him and leave him messages and he would always say " oh im not in my office so i have to call you back"! then i was scheduled to get a hair trial on a Saturday before my wedding day, and i had to drive up to Santa Barbara and when i get there the hair stylist cancels on me because she is overbooked and has weddings to attend! all nick replied to me via text was "sorry it didn't work out today, its tricky trying to do trials" but they will definitely be there the day of your wedding!!! so then he tells me that he is only going to send one hair-stylist and one make up girl for 9 girls that need to be ready by 12noon! really???? i was livid.. he finally ended up sending 2 girls to do our hair after a while of going back and forth and unpleasant conversations.The day of the wedding they girls were there on time. they were very nice people but they did not know what they were doing! Every single girl that got their hair and makeup done with them our hair and makeup was falling apart by 4 pm....My hair was completely down by 4pm and i remember telling her my hair does not feel tight and she said "im having a hard time doing your hair today" OMG They are very pricey and are Not good at all ! It hurts me to have to write such a bad review but i do not want this man to continue ripping people off! and especially on their big day.. My pictures sucked thanks to my hair falling.. Please please this is no joke and i know that not everyone has the same experience as i did, but if i can prevent any bride from going through what i went through, i am willing to help.I had to give them 1 star because you have no other option but they did not even deserve 1 star in their rating ..
