all i can say is YUM!!! We have had soooo many guests telling us the food was delicious and they have told other people how good the food was. Seriously... SO GOOD
Absolute top notch service and food, friendly staff and amazing variety in the menu to chose from! Even worked with me on my budget to help me get the best bang for my buck.
Amazing food and competitive prices! Karen was amazing throughout the whole process with menu selection and communication. Food was excellent at the wedding!
Pink Flamingo’s food is incredible! Our guests were raving about our food for months after our wedding. It was such a treat to work with Karen and the entire Pink Flamingo staff! *...
Chef’s kiss*
And their wedding coordinator, Karen, is a true rockstar! She was so sweet and made me feel like she truly cared about me and the events I was planning. She was super helpful with her recommendations for food choices as well as a private dinner for me and my husband! The days that I had planning meetings with Karen were some of my favorite days in the planning process.
I actually arrived early to my rehearsal venue for other reasons, and I saw some of Karen’s process when she was setting up for the event. It was like watching an artist perform their craft. Her attention to detail was unmatched! (Which was so greatly appreciate by this type A bride!!)
Some of our crowd favorites from our rehearsal dinner and wedding were: Parmesan crusted chicken*, roast beef and gravy, whipped potatoes, grilled filet mignon, grilled salmon*, portobello orzo, creamed spinach*, and banana pudding truffles*.
One out of town guest overheard a local guest comment that we were having PF’s famous parm crusted chicken and they kinda brushed it off, until they actually tried it. Then they understood the hype! That same guest has complimented said parm crusted chicken 3 times since our wedding.
Man, now I want to get married all over again just so I can have Pink Flamingo’s food again.

t have to worry about a thing. The bartenders they brought were knowledgable and some of the coolest people we have ever met. There is not a thing on the Pink Flamingo menu that I would not order. We served their famous parmesan crusted chicken, roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, mac'n cheese, mixed veggies, and salad. Our guests are still talking about the food 3 weeks later! You cannot beat their prices either. This is a 5 star meal, for such a great price! WE LOVE Amber and her team!

on. Melinda showed up on time, and was very prepared and professional. She kept the dishes replenished and drink canisters full. We chose to do an appetizer buffet. The chicken cordon bleu sliders and baked goat cheese dip were my favorites. But....it was a close contest because everything was excellent. At the end of the night, everything was picked up, left overs packed in disposable containers and my kitchen was left spic and spam. Will definately use them again. It was a great experience.

odating when we wanted to switch the appetizers for a late night snack! They made plates for my husband and I to eat in private before going into the reception, which made the rest of the night so much easier to enjoy! They even went the extra mile and decorated the buffet tables to match the rest of the decor at the reception! After our wedding, I had countless friends and family tell me our dinner was one of the best wedding foods they have ever had! Highly, highly recommend!

ed at many different caterers in the area and Charm City was by far the easiest to work with and the best value. Our guests raved about the food for days after the wedding! I would recommend Amber and Charm City to anyone planning a wedding.
They are great! We had Amber and she worked in our decorations on the food tables and made the tables look awesome! The food was great and just what we wanted.
When I first told my caterer I wanted to serve breakfast for dinner, she was excited! During the reception, I was told by my MIL that people hadn't eaten because we ran out, but in...
actuality, we ran out of bacon and French toast. I had paid for 80 people and the number that stayed for the reception was more around 50. She only provided 80 slices of bacon, total. We, my husband and I, specifically asked for French toast and an omelette station with more bacon and sausage with little biscuits and what not. My husband talked with her and she ran out and got more bacon. I had a slice of bacon and a bite of French toast, which was not what I was expecting. Thankfully, she boxed up some bacon and tea biscuits and mini cinnamon rolls for us that I ate around 4am. What I did not know until after our wedding was she never served French toast at the tasting that she set up for our mothers and we were told they would be tasting French toast. All they had was an omelette. Then I found out one of her attendants actually went through my buffet line at my reception. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending her to anyone.
We went with in a different direction for my wedding. We had a sunday afternoon wedding with a brunch menu. Chef Amber is phenomenal! She took the idea and ran and was very support...
ive and professional!
We actually had live action stations complete with made to order omelets and waffles. I had a doughnut cake and the grooms cake was made out of mini cinnamon rolls! All Amber's idea! She is great please give her a call! She does all types of menus!
