- first she was moving and too busy, then her mom was sick and needed help. After being patient and understanding through all of that- this horrific excuse for a business decided to say never mind and cancel on us just months before the wedding. Our end result was very disappointing after all the things we were promised. The contract was finally sent to us last Wednesday after months of asking, and there were a few things missing. Over the next few days I sent follow ups to ask about it- I was promised a revised copy the following day (this was not until the next week that she even responded). Instead of getting the revised details the next day as promised so we could sign and send her the contract, we heard nothing until two days later when we were notified via email that she is now suddenly too busy after her promise that our date was saved. She also said that our wedding had become too large (confusing since all I did was add one more bridesmaid and groomsman)- I would have been understanding of this if she had told me to begin with instead of stringing us along for months. After giving her all of our trust since January and sticking with her through her hard times, we are extremely disappointed in her. She had a measly offer to help us find another florist, but after the way she treated us- why would I even consider someone she recommends? In her contract she says “I will never leave you hanging”..... I would not recommend this person and her business to anyone ever.
