almost an hour early, and everyone looked fabulous. My hair is fine and soft and does not hold a curl well at all, but with Laura's magic, the soft Hollywood curls she styled lasted ALL night! Not a crease to be seen in anyone's makeup by the time the end of the night rolled around either. The airbrush base makeup looks stunning in photos- Debbie really knows her stuff, and she is so accommodating. DEFINITELY follow their prep instructions, you will not be disappointed.

They brought out our best, practicing “less is more.” And my hair and makeup lasted from early morning to midnight, even after dancing throughout the night. I knew about them from my sister-in-law’s wedding in 2016 and from other girlfriends who have entrusted their wedding glam with Pink Palette’s services. Debbie also knew that I would be the bride who forgot her eyeliner pen, and Laura made my thin hair look elegant and full of volume during both a trial run and on the day of the wedding. Danielle and Kelly were the two artists that showed up on my wedding day and they did a flawless job of capturing everyone's personal style requests and making sure everyone felt beautiful and confident with their makeup and hairstyles. They finished ahead of schedule too which cause for less stress as sometimes the main day can be hectic. The girls and I enjoyed their company and would recommend them to any other bride on their wedding day, or any other special occasion. I also recommend getting the pre-trial hair and makeup service done, that way you have a better idea of what you would want on the big day if any small changes are needed. I also appreciated that they made a custom lipstick for me so that I could touch it up after the dinner part on my wedding day. What a fabulous team and amazing experience I had with them, 100% recommend. :)

well. The trial went great but I didn't know what to expect and Debbie was so kind in educating me. She took my nerves and anxiousness and really helped me. The day of, the crew was amazing. They arrived on time and my girls love their hair and makeup! Stayed on the entire wedding even after hours of Houston humidity. I am so grateful for Debbie and her team and we received so many compliments. I look back to my photos/videos often and I just loved the way I looked!

edding. My experience was spectacular. In the past when I've had makeup professionally done, it felt heavy and I didn't feel like ME. This was the exact opposite - I felt confident, beautiful, fresh and natural, but with lashes for DAYS. =) Debbie and her team were great at utilizing inspiration photos, listening and adjusting based on our needs, and wanting each of us to feel 100% the way we wanted to feel and look. I also LOVED that they mixed my lipstick in their studio and created a tube for touchups, labeling it with my new married name. What a memorable touch! Now, I find myself wearing that lipstick all the time to relive the beauty of that day.

ding party. They have their system down pat! I was able to give them inspiration photos and after the trial make adjustments to fit what I wanted better. I even got skincare tips and was given instructions on what to do, not to do, and products to avoid in order to assure whatever products such as the air brush foundation would sit on my skin well. The team arrived to the location on time, were very efficient yet comfortable and fun to be with, and give you the option of purchasing the same lipstick so you can touch up throughout the day. Needless to say, we were all gorgeous on my special day. My husband and I couldn't figure out how to put the top back on for our getaway car, but to my surprise after getting out of the car my hair and makeup was still flawless! There is no makeup or hair style they cannot do.

was an out of town bride who, due to COVID, planned my entire wedding from New England. Because I wasn’t able to travel to Houston ahead of our wedding, Debbie was incredibly flexible and ensured I had a hair and make up trial before the big day. They were able to find time in the small window that we were in Houston before our wedding to make sure that we could squeeze in both trials so that I was happy on the actual day. Debbie and Laura were wonderful - both in their fun personalities which made sitting for a couple hours go by in a flash, but also because they listened. I, as well as my sisters + mother, do not wear much makeup and are very natural in our approach to makeup. Typically when we have all had our makeup done, we feel out of place and not ourselves, because we’ve had other artists go way too heavy on the make up. Debbie heard everything we said and used her magic to give us exactly what we wanted. It took all I had not to tear up and ruin the makeup once I was able to see the finished product! Laura was also fabulous in her approach to our hair, again perfectly listening to what we were looking for (and what we weren’t) and executed flawlessly. I have never felt more beautiful than I did on that day and it is largely in part to both of them! Thank you Debbie + Laura!

for the big day, they made the adjustments we discussed and I loved the outcome! I was very impressed with how they adjusted from the trial to the actual day of - Laura and Linda really listened to me and expertly applied the changes/improvised based on my feedback to create beautiful looks! I had two small ceremonies with different looks, and both came out gorgeous; I was so happy with how I looked and got so many compliments! I was going for a more natural look, and they achieved it! Debbie runs the scheduling and is very responsive and organized. I especially loved all the covid precautions they took and felt very safe. My hairstylists were Lori and Laura, and Linda did my makeup both times. They showed up early for both events, organized and ready to work, and finished in the time estimated. And on top of all that, they were super fun to work with - a great way to start both of my big days; it felt like hanging out with good friends (which I couldn't do because of covid, so this was very nice!!). I would definitely work with PPA again and recommend them to anyone who needs hair or makeup styling!

Their studio is gorgeous and a fun place to be - and they made me feel beautiful every step of the way!

right makeup artist who knew how to work with that was extremely important to me.  I went to Debbie for my makeup trial on the day of our engagement shoot, and I was so impressed with her experience and skill. She specifically tailored what products she used and how exactly she applied the makeup to not only that day's weather, but to our photographer's style! I also did a hair trial with Souki and added on a separate hair cut at that time to help make sure everything was wedding-ready, and everything was fantastic. On wedding day, both Debbie and Souki were so fantastic to work with. We had a short time period to get everybody ready, but they were so efficient and knocked everything out with ease. They were so patient with all the chaos happening and were gracious enough to squeeze in last minute add-ons and touch ups even for girls who didn't have services with them. Not only did the hair and makeup look great, they both also held up beautifully through the night, even through multiple rounds of tears and an evening full of dancing! I highly recommend Pink Palette and will definitely go back to them myself if I ever need to get glam again!

When I scrolled through the website, I recognized my regular hair dresser as a member of her team, so it was a no-brainer that I would trust Debbie and PPA make me look my best on the most important day(s)… Days (plural) since my original wedding date was 3/21/20, the first weekend Houston was basically shut down due to Covid. We went forward with a small in-person ceremony (that was live-streamed to hundreds of guests). In person, in photos, and on video, my makeup looked great. Soft, classic, a little understated but definitely highlighted my features and made me look better than ever. It was cloudy and misty that day, but the hair and makeup held up well… Fast (or slow) forward 6 months later to September 2020. We had rescheduled our reception and redid a brief ceremony, so friends and family could be in attendance. Debbie was already double-booked that day, but she came to my hotel suite at 8am to get me looking glam. I was a little wary, since the rest of the bridal party wasn’t getting ready until noon. But, she did such a good job the first time in March, I didn’t want anyone else to do it the second time around. Not only did the makeup look great for all the pictures, it still looked awesome at the end of the night. I will definitely reach out to Debbie and her team the next time I want/need to look gorgeous (holiday/family/ maternity photos).

It was a good test run and allowed me to refine what I wanted, which I think is the exact purpose of the trial. On the day of, I gave Linda and Laura feedback and they listened and executed perfectly!!!! e events. I booked a trial hair and makeup at their Houston Heights salon prior to my wedding, and from the moment I met them, they made me feel at ease. They are professional but easy-going, and they offered wonderful suggestions for my big day look. On the day of the wedding, both ladies came to our hotel at noon to style 6 women (4 adults and 2 flower girls) for a 6pm wedding. They arrived on time with all necessary tools, and they got right to work. All of the women in my bridal party told me how glamorous and beautiful they felt when Debbie and Laura had finished, and I couldn't agree more. They were all stunning. And, what was amazing, is that all makeup and hair held up until after midnight and after a LOT of dancing! I am absolutely in love with the photos from our big day! Thank you, Pink Palette; you are the absolute best.

am still showed up on time (as you know we started at the CRACK OF DAWN). I am so thankful for making us all feel so beautiful but still natural and the make up lasted all night. Pictures came out so perfect and all of our hair stayed in tact for over 12 hours. Yup, that’s right. I can’t thank pink palette enough for making the best day of my life even more glamours. 10/10 highly recommend and plan to use them for future events!!!!
