hair dresser as a member of her team, so it was a no-brainer that I would trust Debbie and PPA make me look my best on the most important day(s)… Days (plural) since my original wedding date was 3/21/20, the first weekend Houston was basically shut down due to Covid. We went forward with a small in-person ceremony (that was live-streamed to hundreds of guests). In person, in photos, and on video, my makeup looked great. Soft, classic, a little understated but definitely highlighted my features and made me look better than ever. It was cloudy and misty that day, but the hair and makeup held up well… Fast (or slow) forward 6 months later to September 2020. We had rescheduled our reception and redid a brief ceremony, so friends and family could be in attendance. Debbie was already double-booked that day, but she came to my hotel suite at 8am to get me looking glam. I was a little wary, since the rest of the bridal party wasn’t getting ready until noon. But, she did such a good job the first time in March, I didn’t want anyone else to do it the second time around. Not only did the makeup look great for all the pictures, it still looked awesome at the end of the night. I will definitely reach out to Debbie and her team the next time I want/need to look gorgeous (holiday/family/ maternity photos).

On the day of, I gave Linda and Laura feedback and they listened and executed perfectly!!!! ights salon prior to my wedding, and from the moment I met them, they made me feel at ease. They are professional but easy-going, and they offered wonderful suggestions for my big day look. On the day of the wedding, both ladies came to our hotel at noon to style 6 women (4 adults and 2 flower girls) for a 6pm wedding. They arrived on time with all necessary tools, and they got right to work. All of the women in my bridal party told me how glamorous and beautiful they felt when Debbie and Laura had finished, and I couldn't agree more. They were all stunning. And, what was amazing, is that all makeup and hair held up until after midnight and after a LOT of dancing! I am absolutely in love with the photos from our big day! Thank you, Pink Palette; you are the absolute best.

issues at all. I cried more often than I'd like to admit and my makeup remained flawless. I started at 8:00am and went till midnight with no makeup flaws. I've been going to Debbie for many years now and will ( with no hesitation ) continue going to her. Luna - She really listens to your requests on your hair and works so quick! She did quite a few wedding day trials for me ( I'm indecisive ) and when it came down to it, I asked her to just work her magic with not much of my input. My hair turned out so beautifully and although it was SO windy on my wedding day, my hair didn't fall or budge. Let her do her thang and she won't let you down! Souki - She worked on my in law's hair for the day which looked absolutely flawless. She really listened to their requests and gave them all classic and beautiful looks. She also squeezed in time for the nieces which we didn't book for! She really worked with them which is highly appreciated. Linda - She worked on a few of my in law's makeup which was beautiful as well! They requested a natural and flawless look which showed throughout the day as well as photos. Everyone glowed with that natural enhanced beauty they were born with. The entire team has always shown me real love and honesty thru the years. I'm finally writing a review because of how hard the hustled for me, my bridesmaids, inlaws, all events leading up to the big day, as well as the BIG DAY. I'll forever recommend these girls not just for their abilities in makeup and hair but because of their big hearts. It's hard to find people who are good AND who do good work. Usually you have to sacrifice one to get the other which is totally not the case with this team.

me true - from touching up hair and makeup to providing support when things in the bridal suite got hectic and we all needed to take a breather. Even after they finished styling us, Debbie and her team stayed to touch up our hair and makeup. It rained on my wedding day and - by some PPA miracle - my up-do remained intact after I took outdoor pictures in the unforgiving Houston humidity. In addition, there were lots of happy tears throughout the day, and PPA was able to touch up and remedy the results of a Kim K-level ugly cry. We all walked down that aisle PRISTINE. PPA is the only hair and makeup team I ever want to work with. Period. That airbrush makeup is #MajorKey.

le day. Since I usually don't wear any makeup at all, I wanted to go with a more natural look and a simple up do. Linda did a great job with the makeup - it was obvious I was wearing makeup, but it wasn't over the top. She also recommended a nice lip color for me and provided a little bit leftover in a plastic tray in case I needed a touch up later. And for my hair, Laura made sure every curl stayed perfectly in place. Overall, I received a lot of compliments and really enjoyed hanging out with Pink Palette Artists for both my trial and wedding. They are awesome!

s willing to come out early at 4:45AM to do hair and make-up for me, my five bridesmaids, and my mom (total: 7 people!). I had a bridal hair and makeup trial prior to my wedding day. On the day of my wedding, the PPA team arrived early and finished all of our hair and make-up early as well. Linda, Robin, Rachel, and Laura were great. Our hair and makeup looked AMAZING! We ALL got compliments throughout the whole day. Not sure if this is typical, but my hair and makeup literally lasted from when Linda (makeup artist) and Rachel (hairstylist) finished around 6:30AM until 12AM when my reception ended. I am so thankful for Pink Palette Artists for taking the time to come out so early, especially when I am sure all of them had to wake up earlier than that to take care of their families. I am so grateful for the work that these ladies do. They are so professional and are totally worth it!

who could do all face/hair types. They got my Asian eyes on point. They twisted my Trinidadian friend's hair and styled it beautifully. They got my friend with limp thin hair to hold in curls all night. I LOVED IT and all my bridesmaids looked incredibly beautiful. They are professional and fun to chat with as the happy energy is buzzing on the morning of.

As a bride I loved my makeup. It was comfortable and "me" and lasted all day (the hair too in the Texas humid spring). I did do and in-studio make up trial because I was nervous about makeup as I am not usually not a big makeup wearer. This definitely helped me understand what type of look I wanted. The manager is Debbie who is very professional and personable. All of her artists share these traits. Paola did my make up and kept checking in to make sure I was staying stress free. Robin and Lori also did a beautiful job with makeup and hair respectively.

a trial for me. At the makeup trial, she took the time to get to know me and was so personable. Even though it was our first time meeting, she made me feel really comfortable and it was like just hanging out with one of your girlfriends :) She really listened to what I wanted and we were all really happy with our make-up on the wedding day. My bridesmaids and I looked beautiful and amazing and our makeup lasted all day. I didn't even have to think about it or worry about it. It felt good and comfortable, even the lashes. We all looked so good in our photos too! Our wedding was in Austin and it was a daytime wedding so Debbie had to travel the day before AND also show up at our airbnb super, super early in the morning...like before the sun was out and not to mention, it was freezing that day in December. She arrived on time, was super professional and got straight to setting up her things and sticking to the schedule. She talked to all the girls during their makeup and I could tell she just really loves what she is doing! You won't feel like just another client for sure. She makes everyone feel comfortable and special and she's just super sweet. After I got done with my makeup, I was getting some pictures before we left for the venue and being the emotional person I am, tears started rolling down my face before the makeup had time to set. I'm so glad Debbie was still there and she came to my rescue and touched things up for me. She's amazing and while we only got makeup done, I know from the time I spent with her that their whole team,both hair and makeup, are top quality and that everyone at Pink Palette is as great as Debbie and love what they do. Thank you, Debbie!!

She took time to listen to my thoughts & concerns and worked with my hair texture (I have VERY thick, wavy red hair). The final product was great! I booked her right away. For makeup, she recommended I try Debbie (also with Pink Palette) before I resigned myself to just doing my own makeup. I agreed, and I'm so glad I did! Debbie is great to work with. I really appreciated that she took the time to learn about my current makeup habits, what kind of look I was wanting (I told her I didn't want to be super glammed up, because I'm not usually glammed up--I still wanted to look like *me* on my wedding day!), and what my preferences were. The final look was EXACTLY what I was looking for. For the day of the wedding, Rachel & Debbie did hair & makeup for me, my mother, and my matron of honor. Rachel did a great job giving each of us a different look based on our personal styles. They were fun to be around and helped keep the mood light and fun. I would definitely recommend them.

al with any MUA, so I just trusted my gut and booked them. Crazy, I know, but they have such a great reputation! I didn't meet Debbie for a trial until a week before my wedding. She listened to what I wanted and made me look glamorous for the big day. Luna did my hair and I still hadn't decided if I wanted my hair half up or down. I always have my hair down with big curls, so everyone was telling me to do something different. Luna put my hair half up and she asked if I liked it. I said "Yeah, it looks good." She then proceeded to take out a few pins one by one and she saw my eyes and smile light up. She knew I would feel more comfortable with it down! Debbie then brought out this beautiful flower hair clip to put behind my ear. Would definitely hire Debbie and Luna again for all my hair and make up needs in the future!

My makeup the day of looked great, I thought the airbrush thing they used was pretty cool, and it lasted all day from around 9am to 2am the next morning through all the heat and humidity. Lori and Liz did a great job with my hair and my bridesmaids' hair, everyone did something different but it was all flattering, and while the curls did fall a little towards the end of the night (they always will in Houston), it still looked great!

It was perfect for taking HD pictures because it highlights and enhanced what it was supposed to but I still looked like myself….only better. I put off booking PP as my wedding day hair and make up team because I wanted to research our companies too. Big Mistake. I spent months looking at websites, Instagram accounts and wedding websites. I wanted a picture that would stand out to me and go “YES! That’s exactly how I want to look on my wedding day” I was going for the contour, fake lashes, airbrush look…but still natural, not too expensive (as I was paying for all my bridesmaids hair & make up too) and being able to do fantastic hair too. After booking another company and having them horrible fail at my trial and make me over an hour late to my own shower….my sister made me get another company. She booked Pink Palette, almost 6 months after I original used them, and it all could’ve been avoided had I just asked Debbie what they could do! She is incredibly personable, very professional and ridiculously talented. All of my girls look phenomenal so did the moms – and she knew how to do perfect make up customized for the twenty something and for the moms and grandmothers. Our hair stayed all night long as well, which is a lot harder than it seems. I had the hardest time articulating what I wanted to our stylist but someone how she exceed my expectations. I looked in the mirror and I can honestly say I was pleasantly appalled at how perfect everything looked. It was more than I could’ve imagined as it was exactly what I wanted. I just wish I could’ve saved months of stress and booked PP after my engagement photos! The only thing I would change is I paid through credit card, which meant a $15 convenience fee…after I learned they had other forms of payment (including PayPal) that were free. I wish I would’ve been told that upfront, since that would have covered one of their valet fees. Still, Debbie and her team as fantastic and I’m thankful my sister was able to snag them for our wedding.

I loved that they came to us, as logistically speaking it wasn't possible for us to go to a salon so it was fabulous to have PPA come to our hotel room. They made us feel like we were their only appointment for that day, even though I know it wasn't the case as they had other clients later in the day who were getting ready for Halloween parties. They definitely made my Halloween wedding Spooktacular!

to a work of volumized and curly art. For my makeup I had Deb. She made me look better than I ever thought possible from long, beautiful eye lashes to flawless airbrushed skin. I don't like to wear much makeup but she made my face look natural and stunning. My hair and makeup lasted all day and night (I had an early wedding) and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. They even helped me with my something borrowed because the hair piece I ordered wasn't delivered in time so they let me borrow a wonderful rhinestone and pearl hair pin. Such sweet ladies! I would highly recommend them for hair and makeup for any occasion and I will go back for when I feel like getting pampered for a special event. They are outgoing, wonderful artists and more importantly they made me look phenomenal on my wedding day! Thanks again ladies :)

Debbie and the other girls all arrived on time and ready to work. They were fast and efficient but made every effort to make sure that each girl looked absolutely perfect. My bridal makeup stayed on the entire night and my hair, as fickle as it is, stayed put the entire evening! I loved how natural and beautiful my hair and make up was and that I didn't look overdone or crazy. Debbie and her entire team were professional, talented, and knew exactly what they were doing. I trusted them to make us look beautiful and they made us look absolutely fabulous! Debbie was always available to answer questions, was quick to respond to any e-mails and requests, and was very accommodating for my very large bridal party. Debbie is again, simply amazing. That doesn't even touch her personality! She is so sweet and fun to be with. You are spending time with her on your wedding day and I loved having her there (she did a few of my bridesmaids' makeup too while Linda did my mother's makeup and other bridesmaids). They all looked gorgeous and got so many compliments. She even stayed after my ceremony to touch me up before the reception. I cannot recommend her enough and will definitely be using her for any special events in the future that I want to look extra special for. ne calls were returned quickly (which is very important to a bride keeping calm). The day of my wedding they were at the salon ahead of time and did an AMAZING job on everyone! As the bride, I loved that their make-up stayed on the entire time (I got make-up done around 10 a.m. and my wedding ended at 2:00 a.m.). I barely had to do any touch ups which was wonderful as I always needed to be camera ready. For make-up, which is the service they provided, I highly recommend Linda! :)

I always looked like a drag queen afterwards....:( Thankfully, these girls were amazing!! Sooki and Debbie did such a wonderful job with my/my bridemaids' hair/makeup. Everyone looked beautiful. They were efficient and very thorough. All we did was show up with pictures of the hairstyle/makeup we wanted to do and voila! Highly recommend them!!

they did an amazing job with my hair and makeup. Usually when my hair is curled, it will loosen by the end of the night but mine held up throughout the day. The makeup also lasted throughout the day. Debbie definitely made me feel beautiful and the airbrush makeup lasted and it looked natural. The one thing I didn't like about my makeup was how she did my eyebrows. But I was able to fix it so it wasn't a big deal. I highly recommend them not just for weddings but for parties, ceremonies, etc They were so friendly, sweet, and fun to work with!
