When we decided to add a casual engagement photo shoot onto our wedding photo package, Lori helped us decide where to take the photos since we weren’t familiar with Fredericksburg. Not only did she do an amazing job with all of our photos, we felt like we had our own personal Fredericksburg guide. She even helped me find someone to do my wedding hair and makeup! Lori went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our photos, and she made us feel at ease in front of the camera -- not an easy feat for my husband or me. Our ceremony was outdoors at the end of May, so the heat was pretty brutal the day of our Wedding. This could have made the pre and post-wedding photos pretty miserable, but Lori made sure to arrive early to the venue to stake out the places in the shade for all of our photo ops, minimizing the amount of time we spent in the sun. The photos Lori takes speak for themselves, and they are beautiful, so it's obvious she is a real pro. But on top of this, Lori’s attention to detail and the care she puts into her work makes her absolutely irreplaceable. If you are in need of a photographer in Fredericksburg, Lori is your girl!

ay one. The wedding day started off with her having to put up with my groomsmen acting like boys being boys. She took it like a champ, went right along with it and made our photo shoot fun, easy and painless. She was very energetic, positive and informative. She keeps the energy up and keeps everyone laughing and before you know it, photo's are over an your off to the party! From a Groomsman's point of view she was more than I expected from a photographer and would definitely recommend her.

She was so easy to get along with and put up well with the Groomsmen and their jokes. She fit in like we had all known her forever. The reception was great because you would glance over and see her there but you didn't even know she was there unless you looked. So excited to see the rest of the photo's I know they will be great! Adjusting a little left or right for lighting didn't bother me she really knew what she was doing. Would Highly recommend her to any friends getting married.

She even travels for a reasonable fee as we had our wedding in Houston. I highly recommend that you use Lori for your wedding as you will not be disappointed!

She just sort of gave suggestions during different shoots and it made me much more comfortable than awkwardly trying to pose myself and smile. I didn't realize just how talented she was until I was in a friends wedding recently, and the photographer only took a few different shots of the wedding party and called it good. I have individuals with each bridesmaid, candid shots of all of us, and posed shots of all of us, all of which naturally turned out great because we were actually having fun taking pictures (even in the 90 degree heat)! And that's just for the wedding party. The same thing goes for family pics as well. I don't even think I saw her during the actual ceremony/reception because she is like some sort of camera ninja so you definitely don't have to worry about her being "in the way" of anything-I was pleasantly surprised getting some of the pictures back because I legitimately had not seen her taking pictures in certain places but she had taken some awesome shots! She also got the pictures back to us in a timely manner as well and even went back and edited a few for me when I asked to make specific pictures black and white etc. All in all, a caring, sweet photographer with reasonable prices that is stress free and fun to work with :)

She was quick to respond (contracted in August and wedding in March) to my emails, giving advice about when to do specific pictures but totally willing to work with what I gave her and the timeframe. We ended up doing pre-wedding portraits & (which I initially was hesitant about) she made that moment between us special. Just me & my groom having a moment before the whirlwind!! Glad I took her advice because those photos were GORGEOUS. A total pro and a delight to work with. Getting the final pictures back made me a little teary, all the things I didn't get to see or didn't remember Lori captured in the most beautiful way possible. I am SO HAPPY I have those thing to look back to and remember. If you are getting married and don't have a photographer, you MUST hire Lori. It's worth the expense because you will enjoy it for years to come and the pictures will be stunning.
