This company and Chris are the best!! We have had 2 daughters get married and Chris did both of them! Different venues with the same amazing outcome! His personality and professionalism along with his equipment and experience would lead me to hire him every single time!!!! Can’t say enough good things here! Thank you Pinnacle and Chris!!!!

We hired Sean Crossley from Pinnacle Productions for our wedding DJ and he was PHENOMENAL. We can't say enough great things about him. He was quick to respond to e-mails, was attentive to details during the planning process, arrived early and spent the entire day at the venue doing the music for our ceremony and reception, and was just SO FUN. The only bummer was many guests could not hear from the microphones/speakers when our parents and bridal party gave speeches during the reception, and the microphone system cut out a few times during our vows and the dance, which may also be part of the venue speaker system as well. Overall, though, Pinnacle is an incredible company and we'd give DJ Sean 10 stars if we could!

Music is extremely important to us and we knew we wanted the best for our wedding. We had seen some pictures of uplighting that Pinnacle had done and knew we needed them to do our wedding. Now, our taste in music is not the "norm" as we love electronic music, specifically House and Techno, so we knew this could be a challenge. But let me tell you, Josh Staley delivered! From the first dance to the last song, the dance floor was busy all night. Josh was so lovely to work with and highly recommend Pinnacle Productions! Thank you for making our wedding so special.

I've been to multiple events where Pinnacle has provided the DJ and it’s always been a great time, so that made the decision easy for me on who to pick as my wedding's DJ. The DJ we got was Jake Louder who was an absolute professional and made the night so wonderful. We got multiple people who complimented him and he helped tremendously when we had a little hiccup with our food. I recommend Pinnacle to anyone that asks for a DJ recommendation.

Being’s that I work in the quality improvement arena, I felt it absolutely necessary to reach out to your team to give extreme kudo’s to your staff member that did our daughter’s wedding this last weekend. The wedding was of Brittney McDonald and Steven Sawhill in Chamberlain, SD. First I must say that our day started off on the wrong foot with a terrible storm that came through and blew over our completely decorated tent. We were devastated but quickly mobilized a mob of family and friends and came up with a plan B to move the wedding and dance to our yard. Following a brief little rain around noon, the crew had most everything set up and ready to go by the time the DJ (Brandon) showed up, although there was still quite a lot of commotion. Brandon was PHENOMENAL and did not need one thing from us. He simply sat up on his own and when I went to introduce myself to him, he was so very, very kind. He said “you guys have had way too much to worry about, you do not need to worry about me!” He found the perfect spot for himself and all of his equipment and honestly, he worked his magic and just took over. We gave him a few “please announce” things that I heard him do several times during the evening. He literally made the evening so very, very easy for us. One of the highlights from the evening was when he had the wedding party play a game. Since we had chickens free ranging during the wedding and upon urging of the crowd, he challenged three or four of the wedding party to “catch a chicken”. We never heard so much laughing and got so many fun video’s out of it. All night long the dance floor was FULL--compliments to Brandon for that!! Again, he was simply amazing and I felt I needed to reach out to please have you let him know how thankful we were for him!

Using John Karn for our wedding was amazing! He was so awesome to work with. My husband and I loved every minute at our wedding! John felt the crowd and was able to play the right music at the right time to keep it alive and fun! Thank you!

Chris at Pinnacle exceeded our expectations! He made sure our reception ran smoothly and that all our guests were having a great time. He also made our space look elevated with up lighting and bistro lighting. Other things he helped us with were bridal party intros, picking special songs (last song, bouquet toss, etc.), and arranging a unique mix for our father/daughter dance. With my husband and I living out of state, Chris was so flexible with meeting with us. We had guests stating that Chris played great music all night! We had guests on the dance floor for every song. I would recommend Chris and Pinnacle to anyone looking to plan a wedding in the Sioux Falls area.

Chris and his team at Pinnacle Productions made our wedding ceremony and reception one of the most memorable times in our lives. Not only were they extremely professional but were so patient with my wife and I. We were way behind in scheduling and getting everything prepared for our wedding but Chris was so good about helping us with all of the decisions. Where do we even begin? Pinnacle was our number one choice when it came to our wedding entertainment and wedding film. We had met with other wedding vendors before meeting with Chris and we instantly felt like he knew his stuff and truly wanted to make our day something to remember years to come, he did just that and way more. We received many compliments from our guests of how amazing he did on catering to all age groups at our reception. Mario, Zoss, and Albert did an amazing job at capturing our favorite moments from our day and we can't thank them enough for the end result of our wedding film. We highly recommend this team to anyone who wants their day to be nothing short of amazing.

We wanted something unique to us as a couple and he made it just that! It was absolute perfection! He asked us the perfect questions to make it as personalized as he could and he nailed it! Our experience with Pinnacle Productions was very positive! Not only were their staff very friendly and pleasant to work with but they also made sure to work closely with us to help make our wedding day what we wanted! Our DJ helped take off a lot of stress for us on our wedding day and even did the sound set up and set up microphones for our officiants at the ceremony which took place outside. Not only that, but we got married in a rural area roughly 2 hours away from Sioux Falls yet our DJ was very accommodating in coming to us despite the need to travel! Our wedding was treated individually rather than just "another wedding" which really held a lot of meaning to me. Because of that, our DJ helped make the reception that much more personal. He was also really great at reading his audience so everyone had a lot of fun and the dance floor stayed filled! I am very grateful for the services we receive and am very confident in suggesting Pinnacle Productions to anyone looking to book a DJ for their wedding.

John from Pinnacle was fantastic! He was personable, and paid attention to what we wanted for our event, and who we were as a couple. He helped make our event fabulous!

Chris the owner of the company was great to work with! He was professional and knew what he was talking about. He was not my dj the day of my wedding. The dj I got the day of my wedding wouldn’t honor guest requests even though I had specified to play what the guests want. He also didn’t play the genre of music that I requested. Overall the lighting was great and everyone was on the dance floor, I just wished he would have honored my wishes a little better.

We knew that Pinnacle would be part of our wedding, and we would specifically choose a date that they were available. We had Chris as our officiant, and everyone was so impressed with how he did at our ceremony. It was personal, fun, and unique. He had us fill out a questionnaire so he could make it perfect for my husband and I. Jeff was our DJ, and I have had so many compliments on how fun our dance was. People could not get off the dance floor Even my mom, who doesn't dance was out there! They really know how to choose music that you and your crowd like. Jeffrey was our videographer, and we knew that we wanted him to do our video for years. Every time Pinnacle adds a wedding video to Facebook, I cry. Most of the time I don't know the couple, but Jeffrey is an artist and makes the videos so beautiful. He truly is the best at it. We wanted our wedding to be unique and different, and Chris helped us come up with ideas. For example, instead of having the bridal party come in as they normally would, my husband and I walked in first together, instead of last. Then we wrote up a fun biography and chose a song for each member in the bridal party and it was read off in a random order. It was fun for the guests, which was a fun was for them to get to know more about the wedding party. Honestly, I just can't express how thankful I am for Pinnacle. I know they're the best in the field, which is why I didn't stress much throughout wedding planning. They always bring their A-game and they are professionals in the field. You will not be disappointed if you choose to have Pinnacle at your wedding. I promise you that.

DJ Chris Hintz was one of our three vendors we booked our wedding date around. We didn't want anyone else! I loved that we had a meeting before he actually booked our wedding date to make sure that he was a good fit as far as our visions and what we wanted in a DJ. After that meeting I sat on that and thought wow, we aren't just another paycheck or money coming in. He is that invested in his business and our wedding day that he wants to make sure both parties are a great fit for each other to have the most amazing outcome. I think that truly says a lot about his character. Chris was so great to work with. If I had any questions he was very timely with responding back. We had family and friends from all over traveling for our wedding and I can't even count how many guests came up to us and said we had the best DJ/dance for a wedding that they had been apart of. That's what we wanted!!! We wanted a celebration that would be talked about and remembered! My husband typically doesn't dance to anything but slow songs and he was out on that dance floor the majority of the night! I didn't want our dance to start off with the traditional songs that most weddings do (YMCA, Cotton Eyed Joe etc) unless they were requested by guests. I understand the purpose for those songs as they are good starters and good for all ages. Those songs *thankfully* weren't requested and the songs that were chosen worked just the same and we had all ages out there celebrating with us. I am in tears of happiness as I type this out. Pinnacle Productions did an amazing job providing the music and uplighting for our wedding. The place looked beautiful. We worked with Dj Kor and he was very professional and accomodating. He also helped us with the timeline for our wedding and advised us when certain events should take place that day. He definitely took charge and acted as our wedding coordinator to make sure everything went smoothly with all of our vendors. We were very thankful for him!!! We highly recommend Dj Kor and everyone at his company.

Our son’s wedding was planned for 5pm on 12/1 in Sioux Falls, with a DJ from the bride’s hometown in Iowa. Snow and ice prevented the Iowa DJ from getting here, and at 1:15, just as pictures were about to begin, she got the message from him that we would be without a DJ for the evening. Our reception coordinator from the downtown Hilton Garden Inn phoned me around 2 to say that Chris at Pinnacle Productions had a DJ available to step in at a great price. I communicated some basic information to Louie, the DJ, by text, and gave him contact info for the original DJ, hoping for the best as I ran off to participate in picture taking. All I can say is WOW! The room lighting was gorgeous and no one in the room could believe he was not our original DJ! He was so professional and accommodating, reading the crowd and getting everyone involved! He took requests graciously and promptly. We could not have had a better experience! He completely saved the evening for us! We are so grateful for their compassion for our situation, as well as their obvious experience and professionalism! It was perfect!

We had Austin as our DJ for our wedding on June 30th. We loved having him and we received SO many compliments from our family and friends on how well he did. Chris is above amazing! He did custom edits, plugged our singer/guitar players at our outdoor ceremony, and even recorded the song my brother wrote for us and played it later at our reception! Chris Hintz was so wonderful to work with for the wedding. He helped keep things customized to fit our baseball themed reception, had wonderful ideas of things to do that we hadn't seen at weddings before, and kept people on the dance floor all night. We had friends who aren't "dancers" who were pulling people on the floor to dance! If you are wanting a memorable event, Chris is your guy! He is FANTASTIC!!

Frank with Pinnacle did a fantastic job at our wedding. He discreetly kept us on schedule with speeches, cake cutting, first dance, etc. Without a wedding coordinator, it was important to us to have someone help keep a schedule at the reception. We had a long song request list from our guests and Frank played nearly everything. He was also quick to respond when a song came on that we didn't like. The planning process with Pinnacle is intensive. Over an hour of Facetime chatting (we were out of state), and a detailed online form they want you to fill out the last couple of weeks before the wedding (crunch time! so that created a little extra panic at the end). All in all, it's worth the effort and we highly recommend Frank!

The DJ did a wonderful job of playing many of our requested songs. He also did a nice job of incorporating requests from our guests. He was not annoying and did not play any annoying songs that we had on our do-not-play list. We were very pleased with their service as well as the uplighting that they did!

From the beginning the staff at Pinnacle were amazing. Chris made me feel so at ease at our first meeting. Very professional. They were promt with all return emails and would set up a meeting whenever I needed. The week of the wedding they were (understandibly) busy so it was somewhat difficult to stay in touch but Stephaine (who did our ceremony/dance) made the effort to put me at ease. She did any awesome job at our ceremony with difficult music cues. And at the reception and dance she just put us in awe at how she handled even more complex timing when it came to our dances. She never put any unnessasary stress on us and everyone raved at what a good job she did with music selection. My 90 year old grandma was even able to dance, which we enjoyed very much. I would definately reccommend Pinnacle and their staff for a wedding. Thank you all very much for making our wedding night a blast!!!!

They did a great job. Our DJ was super helpful during the wedding to let us know what was going to happen when. He kept everyone dancing the whole night. They were also really fun to work with in the planning process. They listen to what you want and deliver. We had them do our uplight as well and they were sending me text to make sure they had the right color. It turned out amazing. We got a lot of compliments on our DJ after everything was over.

We had met with a few DJ's before meeting Chris with Pinnacle Productions, and I knew right away we had found our DJ. He was very down to earth, and I could tell he had a lot of experience when it came to weddings. The online planning page was great and allowed us to truly personalize our wedding the way we wanted it to be. Chris was very open to our requests and made me very excited for our big day. The night went perfectly. The dance floor was full the entire night. Our guests had a great time. Every time I left the dance floor for a break, I found myself returning right away because I couldn't resist the next song. Also, the uplighting he provided for our night was beautiful. It really transformed the room. I definitely recommend Pinnacle Productions to any bride.

Pinnacle did a wonderful job with our reception. We just wanted a simple dj and to have a fun time. I was a little hestitant after seeing all the awesome options you provide, lights, videos, etc. We just wanted music. I was worried our needs would be too "simple". But you guys did awesome and made us feel like our simple needs were just as important as a huge account. We hadn't thought to use a screen to show music videos and were excited when the dj suggested it. We had a wide array of guests and music choices (I work in ministry and my coworkers were present; we listen to club music!). Our dj was was to accomodate everyone's preferences, getting the more conservative people on the floor with fun older music and then sneaking in some club music to appease the younger crowd. He also did a great job as the night wore on and the crowd changed to mostly younger party people of making our dance feel like we were in a club. Our wedding was almost three months ago, and we still daily have friends and family asking us to renew our vows so we can have another party! Everyone had a great time. We were able to start the night with exactly the party-rock song we wanted, and end the night with exactly what we wanted as well. They took requests the whole night, and the best part was, BRIDE got veto power!! :) You guys were awesome!! --Seth and Melissa Bruns

Pinnacle Productions was a good choice for our wedding. Chris was great and answered my emails quickly and the online planning document was awesome! It was so convenient to be able to submit my wedding reception timeline and choose the songs I wanted for the first dance, father/daughter dance, ect. The online planning tool even allowed us to make a list of “must-play” songs and “do not play” songs which was nice since there were definite songs we wanted and some we didn’t want played at our dance. Louie was a great DJ and helped with doing a majority of the announcing during the reception which was super helpful!! We had a crazy entrance and Louie was very open to it and willing to help to make it exactly how we wanted it which was awesome! He played a good mix of music and was accommodating with requests and even let one of the groomsman do an impromptu karaoke tribute to us which was hilarious!! I wish we would have had a few more of the songs played that we put on our “play if there is time” list, but I understand that the DJ is supposed to get everyone dancing so sometimes they need to mix it up. Overall this was a great company, very professional (dressed professional too which I was happy about!) and was easy to work with. Everyone, including the groom and I, had a great time at our dance! Pinnacle Productions made the DJ planning easy performed to our expectations!

I thought the DJ did an excellent job! They have an online planning form that was fun and easy to fill out which allowed to pick songs that we wanted played at the reception. The DJ communicated with us very well throughout the evening. He kept playing music a half hour past what we had paid for...free of charge..because the crowd was having a good time. He did play 1 song that was on our "don't play" list..but the crowd loved it so I guess no harm...no foul.
