We held calls before the day of the wedding to ensure Christi was a good fit and to create a perfect and logistically reasonable itinerary. Christi coordinated effectively with my other vendors to ensure we were on time. Her execution was fantastic. We were able to get great shots around Charleston and remained within our time restraints. She thoughtfully helped me manage my wedding dress through downtown Charleston. Christi beautifully captured all of the special moments of our wedding. 2 days after our wedding, Christi provided more Sneak Peak pictures than I expected. She provided our portfolio in accordance with the expectations she set. The photography prices were reasonable compared to other vendors in the area. He kept our party going and even jumped in the pool with our guests at the end of the night!! Christi was amazing. I'd also like to add that we got married the day after Hurricane Ian passed through Charleston and they 100% had it all under control which gave me so much peace as a bride gearing up for a hurricane. Carrie was our Coordinator and she is absolutely fantastic. Every meeting with Carrie, I felt instantly more relieved and excited for our big day. She had everything under control throughout the entire process and she thought of all the details I would have completely missed. Carrie made sure our timeline maximized the things we valued most on our day, while also making sure the day didn't feel to rushed or chaotic. On our wedding day, Carrie was the perfect person to have running the show as she was so attentive to all the details we had discussed. Carrie met with us when I was afraid things might have to change a lot during the hurricane, but she made sure that our wedding could go perfectly as planned despite having to pivot just a little bit due to the weather changes. Our wedding day was a total DREAM and was truly the best day of our lives. James was our photographer and he is EXCELLENT. James is the perfect person to have as your photographer as he has an eye for cool shots/scenery/lighting, and he is extremely professional and organized which is needed to get family members and bridal party arranged for the numerous photos that happen throughout the day. James takes all the photos you need without it feeling stressful or rushed. He is so good at capturing authentic moments. We weren't sure what would happen with our photos after the hurricane due to all the brush/debris on the ground but James found the perfect spot near our venue to take group photos and they are stunning. He even sent us sneak peek photos the morning after our wedding which was SUCH a treat to see!! We can't wait to see the rest of the photos! We absolutely loved having Davis DJ our wedding reception! He did a fantastic job throughout the whole evening. He was so organized, professional, easy and fun to to work with! He did a great job of making the vibe progress flawlessly from jazzy cocktail hour to fun oldies during dinner to the most fun dance party later in the night! I loved how he mixed songs and kept it super fun and engaging the entire night. Our dance floor was PACKED in the best way and everyone was having a great time. Davis also did a great job with all the announcements and introductions throughout the evening! All of this to say, you must use Pinnacle for your wedding!!! They are simply the best! :)

She was so much fun to work with, such a good sport, and was amazingly able to get us both to loosen up and get some great, natural looking shots. Any request I had they made sure it was fixed in a prompt manner they're the best. Now my photographer Christi, she's awesome. Not only did she take phenomenal pictures, but she's a great person when even gave some of my bridesmaids a ride to the venue. I'm not photogenic at all but she told me exactly what to do, where to look, and how to positions myself. The few photos I did see took my breath away. Trust me when I say, these are the people you want to help plan your wedding. Also DJ Cam, BEST DJ IN CHARLESTON. He kept us moving all night and played all the songs I wanted to hear. The quality of the pictures is amazing and we are very happy with how everything has come out! When we met with Christi we discussed what pictures were most important to us and also setup a timeline throughout the day so we got all of the detail shots, first look, bridal party photos, family photos and more. I began my internet search one warm May morning close to 10 months before my daughter’s wedding date.I started with The Knot, as thats where my google search sent me and I was suddenly faced with lots of choices and so it began ! Pinnacle came highly rated with choices for music, decor, lighting and THE PLANNER !!!! I read reviews and over and over bride’s and MOB’s ( you’ll get the lingo 😉) raved about Linda and her fabulous organization and support -just what I was searching for ! I emailed the owner of Pinnacle ( Stuart ) and he emailed me back immediately and he was eager to help me get the proverbial wedding planning ball rolling .He welcomed me to Pinnacle and assured me that I had come to the right place to ease my wedding planning fears.I explained how his Planner Linda Warner had been so highly touted on his site and on The Knot.He explained the packages I could get with her and how happy he knew I would be with her by my side.I was planning my daughter’s wedding from almost 500 miles away.He She was available for Day Of wedding or Enhanced Day Of .I was a little confused about what I would need but I knew I needed help ! I ended up purchasing the Enhanced package as the scope of the wedding details certainly called for that.That also buys me an asst for Linda which was a MUST in the preparation of the wedding day. Linda called me and introduced herself and comforted me by saying we have plenty of time for prep and discussions and that she’d be with me every step of the way -and if this is your first wedding -these words soothed my jitters.Linda stayed in touch and talked with me about the Planning website which helps her to keep up to date on decisions that we made concerning wedding bookings ,etc and financials ! We finally met Linda face to face at our venue and she was as charming in person as she seemed on our numerous telephone conversations.She was quick to advise us of things to remember to do but BEST of all she LISTENS !!!! She encouraged us to tell her OUR vision and how she would be there to see it through.She carefully organized our wedding weekend timeline and coordinated all the vendors we hired.The photographer,the videographer,florist,the DJ , the Trolley drivers,the lighting specialists,the Club and catering and on and on ! And by the way ,her reputation preceded her because most of them have worked with her before and they all LOVE HER ! She’s professional,kind,knowledgeable and fun.The wedding weekend has come and gone and it was beyond what we ever imagined.The evening was beautiful and I could enjoy my bride,her groom and my guests because Linda was behind the scene making it all flow like clockwork.Im thankful for Pinnacle and mostly for Linda Warner who is now someone whom I consider a good friend ❤️

He showed up on time and had a great quality wireless mic for speeches and had an audio output for recording as well (this is very important if you have a videographer). One of the issues we had was when it came to transitions - it is always the DJ's job to fill in the transitions between entrances to the reception, first dances, dinner, speeches and dancing and never allow for there to be awkward silence between the moments. There were a lot of moments of awkward silence. He was provided a very detailed timeline from our wedding planner and knew when every moment was to happen. Aside from the awkward silence a DJ is not a DJ unless he can mix music. Mixing music is a way to go from one song to the next without an abrupt ending or hard transition from one song to the next. We might as well have had a friend on the AUX because there were nothing but hard transitions between every song. NO MIXING WHATSOEVER HAPPENED THAT NIGHT. Mixing of music is one of the only things that separate a DJ from an average Spotify user these days and having someone who could mix was the entire reason we hired a DJ in the first place. There were several times throughout the night when the older ladies would all be on the dance floor dancing to an older song and immediately it would switch to a modern day pop song. Tending to the crowd on the dance floor for song choice was something that did not happen. And lastly, there were several break up songs played throughout the night. (ex.) bruno mars - When I Was Your Man was playing during dinner and a groomsmen had to go tell the DJ to change the song. All in all, Pinnacle did NOT ruin our wedding day. Our wedding was still perfect and we appreciated each and every moment that happened throughout the entire night. I understand that this company uses several different DJ's who are all individually talented, however, we would never recommend Pinnacle DJ services because of the "DJ" we received. Positives: Good Attitude On time Clear audio Audio Out for Videography Negatives: No music was mixed Break up songs Lots of awkward silence

From the very beginning of the planning process she answered my countless emails and kept me on schedule every step of the way booking vendors and finalizing details. She had everything on the day of handled and set up perfectly even down to the very minor details i asked for. If you are going back and forth about getting a planner I promise it is worth it to have someone like Nicki!!
