Worst experience I have EVER had with food caters, absolutely inexcusable. Wrong food, ran out of food, and poor communication taking weeks to refund us. At the tasting, we were to...
ld that they would serve the food for us to ensure that we would not run out of food, and that their chef always cooks extra food so they wouldn’t run out. However, on our wedding day, the presentation looked cheap and like something from a grocery store aisle with pirate swords. We ordered street tacos due to a food allergy, but on our wedding day they brought the wrong food, which I couldn’t eat, so on my wedding day, I had to eat nachos. They did not serve the food which caused over 30 guests to not get food. 1/4th of our guests did not get food….. Multiple guests left our wedding because they did not get food. It’s not even that they ran out of one thing, they ran out of EVERYTHING. The whole experience was incredibly hurtful and has left us feeling embarrassed about our wedding day. When we reached out to them about this issue, they apologized and said they would give us a refund, however it took multiple attempts to contact them, and multiple weeks to actually get the refund. Their response is completely inexcusable. For the rest of my life, I will be hearing about how we ran out of food at my wedding. If you plan to be a part of the wedding business, there is no room for errors, especially errors this large.

wn away. She a jack-of-all trades and is also doing our wedding cake through her Smallcakes store. Highly recommend this small business. We haven't gotten married yet, but so far we are blown away and I don't expect that to change.
