My husband and I had our wedding reception here back in September, and Pinstripes exceeded all of our expectations! Everyone including our planner Jamie went above and beyond to make the day as incredible as we had hoped for. Our guests also couldn't believe how great the food was. If you are looking for a venue close to hotels, with an amazing view and great service, you found it. We couldn't recommend Pinstripes enough!
We worked with pinstripes for our September 2024 wedding and could not be happier with our outcomes. Leah was an absolute professional who handled all of my pop-up questions with grace and promptness. - Pinstripes took care of everything I could have anticipated and even the things I didn’t. The setting was perfect for what we wanted - a laid back and fun vibe that focused on US and our loved ones. Bowling for cocktail hour was a huge hit with our guests and we loved being able to offer something different. We went back to Pinstripes for brunch the next day which I HIGHLY recommend! An amazing spread that allowed us to laugh and decompress the morning after our special day. I would recommend Pinstripes with my whole heart!
My husband and I held both our ceremony and reception at Pinstripes. We worked with Jamie in every step of the process and she made it enjoyable and easy. My guests have continually raved about the food and atmosphere. We had a beautiful ceremony on the rooftop, bowling during cocktail hour, and the reception in the ballroom as well as quickly turning the rooftop back over for additional party space. I highly recommend visiting this venue as it will not disappoint. If you are looking for something laid back, but elevated, this is the spot for you.

I had my wedding at Pinstripes on 9/14 and it was absolutely perfect!! I worked with Jamie for a little bit at the start and she was nothing but perfect! I then worked with Leah who made my wedding dreams come true!
We had our wedding at Pinstripes Cleveland on June 15, 2024. It was the most PERFECT day! We hosted our ceremony on the gorgeous rooftop, straight into cocktail hour, in the stunning all-season patio room. Our guests LOVED the in-room bar serving up fantastic cocktails. And the food!? Pinstripes menu goes so far beyond the basic wedding ballroom chicken. Our guests loved it. Throughout our entire reception, we had half the rooftop for dancing, pictures, and bocce. We capped off the night with bowling. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Leah is an excellent and flexible coordinator at the venue. We were allowed to personalize the space to make it our very own, decor, desserts, room/rooftop setup etc. Our guests had a blast, and couldn't stop raving about the beautiful, yet modern space. For all these amenities, Pinstripes is such an affordable, classy venue. It truly is a hidden gem for any Cleveland bride. We can't say enough good things about Leah and the entire Pintripes team! A must-consider!
Jamie was so great to work with! She made everything so easy for us and her communication was top notch! The food and drinks at Pinstripes was fantastic and everyone loved having the wedding outside and reception inside. Plus the we still had access to the rooftop during the reception.
We could not be happier with choosing Pinstripes for our big day! From initial inquiry emails to coming back for a forgotten box first thing the next morning. Lucy and Jamie were amazing to work with and communicated continuously. The day of staff was so attentive and truly helped create an amazing experience.
In addition the coordinators communicated directly with all my other vendors to free me up for other planning activities and further ensured a totally seamless day.
Everything was laid out exactly like we planned and we got nothing but complements from countless guests about the whole evening. Adding on an after party at the lanes was honestly the highlight for me and a perfect way to wrap of festivities in a single building.
In case I haven't convinced you to look at this venue for yourself the food is totally next level!! Everything was fabulous and they accommodated every single guest dietary restriction.
From the first moment we met Jamie, we knew that she truly cared about making our wedding as special as we imagined. She wasn’t like some of the other vendor coordinators we met and she was one of the main reasons we chose Pinstripes. She was able to make accommodations and adjustments to make our day what we pictured it to be. She gave suggestions and advice on every step of the wedding process to ensure the day was coordinated. We didn’t want the typical hall wedding and wanted our guests to have some fun which is why we chose to do bowling and bocce. We also wanted to incorporate and inside outside reception and Jamie helped us create that! We had so many great reviews on the food, venue and wedding because of how carefully it was planned. If you are looking for a place that cares about their events and is a unique venue, then Pinstripes is the place you should book! We are so happy we decided to look here and know you will follow in love like we did!
Planning a wedding is stressful. I had a tendency to second-guess everything I picked. But one thing that never changed was us picking Pinstripes as our venue. Leah is friendly, easy to talk to and made the entire process stress free. From the menu selection to the order of the day, Leah helped us get everything in order. We did our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at Pinstripes. On our wedding day Leah and her team were super attentive and helped with everything. This team went above and beyond helping our guests (and us) and making sure everything was going great all day long. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. When we see guests who were at the wedding, we still hear about how wonderful the food was and how great the set-up was at Pinstripes. I will recommend them every time someone asks!
We wanted a unique wedding experience that was more like a dressed-up party than a traditional wedding. Pinstripes provided all of that and more.
The atmosphere was elegant but a lot of fun and inviting at the same time. After dinner, guests were able to enjoy the music, play games, or sit by a fire outside.
The food was excellent as well. Many told us that it was the best wedding food they have ever had.
Most importantly, Pinstripes are professionals. they made it so easy. By the day of the wedding you'll be mentally exhausted. Anything less to worry about is a huge help.
We held my daughters wedding at Pinstripes 10-21-2023. She was looking for something different & this fit the bill. The outdoor space is awesome. Unfortunately, we couldn't use it due to the Cleveland weather, but we had the ceremony in the banquet room & then during cocktail hour Pinstripes moved everything back to a banquet room easily. The food was very good & the staff very attentive. Our sales manager Lucy did a fabulous job as we were planning the wedding answering all my daughters questions & the day of the wedding she oversaw everything to make the day perfect. So many of our guests said this was the most fun they had at a wedding. Great Venue!

This is a PERFECT venue for a wedding!! I was looking for something that was indoor/outdoor and it was exactly what we were looking for. Jamie was amazing with communication, answered any questions, and let me come up a million times. I was a bit nervous about the space being too small, but it wasn’t at all. Everyone RAVED about the food (especially the salad) and texted me days after saying how good it all was. The staff was around my guests during cocktail hour to make sure everyone had drinks and food. The night manager found my husband and I many times throughout the night to make sure everything was going exactly how we wanted it. I am so happy and if I could go back, I would 1000% pick them over and over again.
Many thanks to Jamie Brown and her wonderful staff for everything they did to make my daughter and son-in-law's wedding this past August so wonderful. Communications answered quickly and professionally. The large indoor/outdoor space was perfect for the bride and groom's vibe. Set up all of the centerpieces and memorial table/gift table, etc. so time was freed up for us for other things. We enjoyed delicious food along with efficient dinner and bar service. Jamie was so helpful keeping us organized during rehearsal and the ceremony on their special day. Thank you Jamie and Pinstripes for running this wonderful day so that we could happily enjoy our guests!
We choose Pinstripes for a ton of reasons. First, it was in the heart of a very neat area, Pinecrest, for our guests. But more importantly, it had a wonderful rooftop, fun activities and excellent service from the moment we walked in the door. Pinstripes exceeded our expectation. Jaime Brown took care of our every need, starting a year ago when we first approached her. The food was great, the staff was friendly and they made us feel right at home. If you are planning a rehearsal dinner, a small wedding or just a family get together over the wedding weekend, we can not recommend Pinstripes enough. Well worth it!
I chose Pinstripes in Beachwood Ohio for many reasons. For one, I have family coming from all over, so the location is great for out-of-town relatives due to nearby hotels and other amenities. Also, as far as the venue is concerned, catering was in-house and was a part of the pricing. As a vegan bride, they even had a separate menu to accommodate me (which is tough to be honest). This is where I was sold. As I searched for a venue, I was only given one or two options or just a salad. The best part about this venue was the accommodating and attentive staff. Each table had servers who were serving drinks and making sure our guest was taken care of. Joe, the event manager in charge of the event was great. He made sure to check in to make sure things were running smoothly with his staff. If I had to give any other couples some advice, I would say take advantage of the cake cutting service. They did a great job and the extra cake; they boxed up and we were able to pass it on to our guests.
Pinstripes is a beautiful, perfect location to host a bridal shower or any other event! The staff was incredible and went above and beyond our expectations. They were very attentive and had anything we needed. The All Seasons patio is beautiful with floor to ceiling windows and will stun all guests. We had about 50 people, 10 per table and had plenty of room still! They have a beautiful greenery wall which is great for pictures. They have in house music system and microphones set up for speeches. The food was delicious. We had the Italian buffet which was perfection. Would absolutely recommend this space to anyone!

Pinstripes was awesome! We had the best wedding there! They did an amazing job with setup and packing everything back up for us. The food and drinks were fantastic, everyone raved about the food. They were very attentive to us as the couple and everyone else said that the service was excellent. The outside patio was beautiful for our ceremony and the ballroom was warm and inviting (wood floors and windows). So glad we picked this place for our wedding! Go check them out, you won’t regret it. Oh, and bowling was a hit for our guests too, so fun!
Highly efficient management and staff, great food, impeccable service
My family recently held a wedding rehearsal dinner at Pinstripes. Where to even begin to compliment the amazing service we received. Any time I had a question in the months leading up to the event, I had an answer almost immediatly. Everything was properly explained, and very well executed. There were no hidden fees or surprises. The venue itself was beyond gorgeous. This place is so much more than a fun bowling alley. We held our event in their private upstairs space, which opens to a roof top patio. You can really dress it up or dress it down to fit your needs. Wonderful staff, great food, great bartender, and just a perfect night.
We used Pinstripes for a rehearsal dinner for 180 people. Pinstripes venue is great - perfect position, gorgeous outdoor area and indoor bar area. The main function room is a bit serious/conference looking and needs decorating and lighting . The staff went above and beyond for us - we asked for special attention to be paid to food display and for them to set up extra bars and water stations. All of this was done and looked great. The food for the meal was adequate and presentation of the family style meal was not great. However the appetizers and desert that were served outdoors looked and tasted great. We had asked Pinstripes for extra servers and they provided this and I felt service was really good. Very responsive team who are willing to go the extra mile.
I have been a hostess at 2 different bridal showers at pinstripes in Cleveland and both have been really wonderful. We originally chose the space because it had large glass garage doors that opened to a patio and could let us feel safe about celebrating during Covid while being outside but under cover if it rained .one shower had a salad and salmon and chicken and flatbread menu and the other had a traditional brunch menu. The food was delish!! The servers were attentive and super friendly . I hope to celebrate at pinstripes many more times in the future!
Pinstripes was absolutely perfect for our wedding! We didn’t want an overly traditional banquet hall vibe and Pinstripes offered a fun and relaxing environment for us and guests. We had both the ceremony and reception at the venue and the room we had for the ceremony offered the privacy we were looking for. We had the reception in the All Seasons room and with the patio doors open, it created an open and fun atmosphere and guests were able to mingle on the patio, play bocce and then also have fun on the dance floor. The bowling after party was a hit and we got so many compliments about the venue and the overall vibe. Jamie and the team’s professionalism was amazing. They were so accommodating and thought of and took care of small details that I had forgotten about come the rehearsal. Their attention to detail and willingness to help with whatever was great. They were also quick to respond to questions and hop on the phone to talk if need be. The food was delicious, and we got so many compliments from guests about how amazing appetizers were, the main course (chicken was so good and not typical dry wedding chicken) and the cheesecake we opted for dessert was a hit. Would highly recommend Pinstripes
I would like to commend Laura Bohinc for all the time she devoted to help me prepare and plan the Cianciolo/Kostandaras Rehearsal Dinner!! Laura was very accommodating and had everything perfect for our evening. The buffet was perfect, the food was excellent and hot. All the guests complimented me on the choice of venue and that they enjoyed the whole evening which we had the event continued downstairs with bocce ball and bowling. Joel Van Hise, the General Manager was also involved during our event until we were done and he and his Staff did an excellent job. Joel took care of anything I requested throughout the evening!

Best wedding venue! My husband and I had the best experience at Pinstripes and our guests loved it!! The staff was incredible including Laura who made anything we could think of possible! The chef even made special meals for those guests with dietary restrictions and our two vegan guests said their meals were phenomonal. We had our wedding during COVID so it was an especially stressful time and Laura kept us in the loop the whole time and was so accomodating. We cant say enough good things and would definitely have another event there.
I didn't see the prices at the bottom of the three pages that had it. I saw the two menus before the packages that had nothing on the bottom. I politely said that I didn't see the prices and asked if he could tell me the prices. He just answered that it was on the bottom of the brochure. I politely asked again, because I still didn't see them. He repeated that they were on the brochure and said nothing else. Didn't reply to my last plea to just relay. The rudest vendor out of the 22 I've messaged for prices. Everyone else has been wonderful.
Also, I see that there a food and beverage minimum, but that isn't clearly listed. I'm back, a few months later, revising everything for fall. That was my fault that I didn't see the white writing on the semi-transparent background, but it would've been a three number answer. Also, please make your brochure more legible. Clearly list the food and beverage minimum if you have one, please. Don't bury it, if it's there. I'm 25, not 85. My eyesight and tech abilities are fine. This was a poor experience.
My husband and I had our wedding reception at Pinstripes at the beginning of July. Laura, the Director of Catering, took amazing care of us! She was responsive during the planning process and made sure our night was unforgettable. The serving staff was perfect and the food was AMAZING. We received so many compliments about the entire evening. I highly recommend pinstripes for your wedding or any other event need!
