About this vendor
This beautiful farm rests on over 80 acres of hills, fields and woods. Four fishing ponds dot the landscape and a creek trickles through the pasture. The old red hay barn catches the breeze from the west and frames the setting sun through it's doors. The interior sparkles with chandeliers and string lights contrasting with its wooden walls and rustic appearance. Nearby, llamas graze next to a 160 year old barn and under the shade of a giant sugar maple. Maple trees line the driveway. Multiple locations on site for the actual ceremony. Air conditioned Bride's Room and indoor Restrooms provided. Parking on site, as well.

I would like to start off by saying that the venue was absolutely beautiful and we had a great wedding day in June
However, there were some issues along the way th.at were not kno...
wn before booking. We would like to make others aware of some of the issues and interactions we had so they can prepare for it.
In the contract there is a spot for a 2nd golf cart that is used to transport guests from the parking lot down to the ceremony site as it is a long walk. The owner told us the 2nd golf cart was not working and that her husband would drive his car to help people. On the day of the wedding he never arrived to help.
We paid extra for the hay wagon rides and were told that the wagon would pick the bridal party up at the ceremony site for pictures, but the wagon was only picking people up at the reception area. By the time we were able to get there after pictures the wagon rides were ending and we were not able to get on for any pictures or anything.
We drove down to the ceremony site to unload cars (tubs of ice, decorations, etc) on the day of the wedding HOURS before any guests were supposed to arrive and were told to move the cars that were ON THE DRIVEWAY.
Throughout the event the owner, Devonne, was rude and unapproachable when asked simple questions by our coordinator and other members of the bridal party. Devonne then spent her time during the ceremony and the reception hovering from a distance and watching every mood and it made people very uncomfortable. Once she left for the night it seemed like the staff was finally able to breath.
We booked with pioneer creek farm for our wedding because we fell in love with the property and the llamas! It was different from all the other wedding venues and it was perfect fo...
r us! They were able to answer Any questions we had about anything they have lots of vendors they recommended for any part of the planning process. The workers the day of our wedding were amazing as well! They kept the garbages empty and helped bring our guests to and from the parking lot! I definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married because our day was amazing and all of our guests fell in love with the venue as well!
I cannot put into words how absolutely the entire experience was working with Devonne and having our wedding at Pioneer Creek Farm. From the first moment we drove up we were blown ...
away and then immediately greeted by one of the most amazing people we worked with through our whole wedding process. Devonne made every part of the wedding easy and memorable! Her venue was absolutely stunning each time we visited, which can be as many times as you want thanks to her convenient online touring schedule. She provided so much information and the best vendor contacts that we ended up booking as well. From the first time we contacted her to the day of it was perfect. Her and her whole team went above and beyond. This place is magical and I cannot recommend it enough.
Pioneer Creek Farm is such a beautiful location for a wedding! The staff was very helpful in the months leading up to my wedding and so kind and helpful on the day of our wedding. ...
Devonne is very nice and very welcoming when you meet her and she does everything that she can to make sure that your day goes perfectly including reaching out regularly to make sure that you are on the same page with all of the details and making sure that she is aware of everything you need. If anything came up the day of my wedding her and her team of staff made sure to find someone other than my husband and I and make sure that everything was handled.
We also got the Decor package where the PCF staff decorated for us and they did an amazing job! They took care to make sure that everything looked great the day of and we could not be any happier!
We would definitely recommend anyone looking for a casual outdoor wedding in the area get married here!
Pioneer Creek Farm is the most beautiful venue in this part of the state, and is truly a hidden gem! Devonne is absolutely the best to work with for your big day! The venue really ...
has it all, a beautiful bridal suite, several ceremony sites to choose from, a beautiful pond, the most gorgeous barn, and llamas! Our guests could not stop telling us how beautiful the venue was and asked us how we found the perfect place to get married! Not only will your guests be entertained, they’ll walk away with beautiful lifelong memories from your day. The staff was amazing and so easy to work with and our day was made perfect with the help of Devonne and her team!
We fell in love with this venue the moment we stepped foot on the farm. Definitely more for the “do-it-yourself” bride and groom but that also made things very customizable. Devonn...
e was extremely friendly and always very helpful - great communication and very professional! The venue is beautifully maintained and has a long list of great features. The staff was amazing on the day of the wedding and made it so we had nothing to worry about. Everything was very fluid and honestly the day was perfect! Pioneer Creek will definitely give you the wedding of your dreams!
Devonne was far more than a host for us on our wedding day. She went out of her way the entire year leading up to our wedding answering questions, providing feedback, and assisting...
us with the details (big and small). She was honest and forward about what we could and couldn't do at the venue, and was an amazing resource the day of the wedding. She made our wedding day feel like the most exciting wedding, which eased a significant amount of stress. The team on the day of was professional as well. They were helpful from the start to the finish. Devonne has a gorgeous venue with endless options for photos and entertainment. We would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a rustic, outdoor wedding venue.
This was the first, and only place I looked at. I knew it was the one. The owner was so nice. I booked it right away. Every guest I talked to was so infatuated with how pretty it w...
as. There is options on location for ceremony. There is a plan B in case of weather. They even have LLAMAS. I was very impressed with the staff, and how great the owner was with communication. I always heard back from any email I sent same day, and trust me, I bothered her a lot. They take amazing care of this property. If you are thinking a rustic country wedding, I HIGHLY recommend this one. I dont have a single complaint. How many Brides can say that?
Beautiful venue. Felt rushed by owner on our wedding day and she was very rude to my little sisters for putting their feet on the table in brides room (completely unnecessary). A w...
edding is stressful enough without someone being like this. If I had to do over I would pick a different venue.
I am so so glad I found this venue for our wedding, as it was honestly a fairytale to have our backdrop as Pioneer Creek Farm. Through the entire process, Devonne was wonderful to ...
work with, and always responded attentively with any questions or concerns. It was wonderful to know we were in great hands! On the day, their staff had all of the tables set up how we previously agreed on, and were wonderful with helping in any way. They set up and tear down the tables and chairs at the ceremony/reception which is included in the price. All of our friends and family couldn't stop saying how beautiful of a property it was, and they really meant it. To have the ability to stay in one place for the entire day was so much less stressful than your average wedding. Family got to have cocktail hour, lounge on the porch, interact with llamas, and it was a gorgeous setting for pictures. I could write on and on, but you will not regret choosing this as your wedding venue. It will make memories not only for you, but everyone in attendance.
This venue was perfect. The owner was so unbelievably friendly and helpful. She answered any emails, calls, and even texts very fast. She was patient with me being a little behind ...
on getting things in as well. Which was much appreciated. Day of herself and her staff were great at helping set up and clean. The venue was beyond beautiful. Absolutely perfect day. Highly recommend using this venue.

o thanks for allowing us to change the layout of the pavillon, we know we want it the pond, but rain said "ohhh no you are doing pavillon" hahaha and even with the last minute change everyone keeps talking of how beautiful and bless we are for having pour rain as blessings from my parents and God on the sky during our ceremony <3 Thanks!!
We had the most gorgeous wedding here on June 2nd! Devonne did such a great job of hiding me on my way on the golf cart to the ceremony even though the groom was in front of us! I’...
ve never worked with such a kind, attentive vendor. The barn and new additions are definitely stunning. Our guests were blown away by the scenic beauty and llamas.
Thank you Devonne for making our wedding something unique to remember!
If you're looking for a barn wedding with class, the search ends here. There are so many amazing features to this place!!
-The location is out there, but very easy to find, and mak...
es it feel like it's all about your wedding, rather than sharing a building with sliding walls.
-The landscape is breathtaking. Ponds, hills, fields, trees...if you like the outdoors, PCF has it all.
-The owner is amazing. Devonne is one of the easiest people to get along with, and is so hard working. We signed on at an early stage of the venue being ready, and were given many promises as to what would be done by our date. Not only did she fulfill every promise with flying colors, but she went above and beyond. She and her family are so dedicated to making it your special day.
-The 'barn' is the most gorgeous hayloft. People came in and said "whoa, I expected a dirty farm in the country, but this is beautiful..." The flooring, lighting, and mismatched chairs were such a hit.
-The restrooms are so wonderful. Not only are they clean and up to date, but there's 3 for guests, and another one just for the bridal party!
-The bridal prep room was so convenient and beautiful! She even had drinks waiting for us to celebrate while getting ready!
-The deck was so wonderful I cried. It is hands down the most gorgeous addition Devonne could have made. A perfect spot for the band and happy hour!
-We had two yards to split photo booths and games up...both on beautiful settings.
-LLAMAS. At first I thought, why do I want a llama at my wedding? Then the more I saw them, the more I loved them - and getting to feed them was the hit of the reception for our guests!!
-Plenty of parking, and it's close which was really helpful.
PCF is absolutely perfect - if you want a phenomenal setting with caring, reliable owners, you need to book here.
They were wonderful! Devonne kept in contact with me and was flexible, even when we had to move the wedding inside last minute due to weather. I loved the scenery and barn, it suit...

s to the barn and the llamas, it was exactly what we were looking for. Preparation for our wedding was handled gracefully by Devonne, the venue manager. She was happy to let us visit as many times as we needed and always responded promptly to any communication. The day of the wedding, the staff continuously checked in with my husband and I to make sure everything was going as planned. Clean up was painless as the staff jumped right in to help us clear our things out of the space. I can't even count how many of our guests commented on the beauty of the entire venue!
This venue is amazing...the owners are even more amazing. We would recommend Pioneer Creek Farms without hesitation. Devonne makes things very easy throughout the whole process. W...
e had about 200 people at my daughters wedding and so many were in awe of the place and the personal attention from the owners. Thanks for making Whitney and Zach's day so memorable. Devonne and her husband were amazing to work with...thank you!

This place is a dream- seriously straight out of a fairytale. Rolling hills, ponds, unbeatable sunsets, a HUGE gorgeous barn, and just the nicest owners you could ever imagine. We ...
met Devonne shortly after she listed her property for weddings and were, in fact, one of the first couples to book the venue. We could not have been happier. Her communication was top notch, the place was clean and beautiful, they just built new bathrooms/brides room, and the help before and during the wedding day was just wonderful. Devonne is the sweetest and most genuine lady and you would be lucky to book with her for your dream wedding. We recommend PCF 110%
