This beautiful farm rests on over 80 acres of hills, fields and woods. Four fishing ponds dot the landscape and a creek trickles through the pasture. The old red hay barn catches the breeze from the west and frames the setting sun through it's doors. The interior sparkles with chandeliers and string lights contrasting with its wooden walls and rustic appearance. Nearby, llamas graze next to a 160 year old barn and under the shade of a giant sugar maple. Maple trees line the driveway. Multiple locations on site for the actual ceremony. Air conditioned Bride's Room and indoor Restrooms provided. Parking on site, as well.

wn before booking. We would like to make others aware of some of the issues and interactions we had so they can prepare for it.
In the contract there is a spot for a 2nd golf cart that is used to transport guests from the parking lot down to the ceremony site as it is a long walk. The owner told us the 2nd golf cart was not working and that her husband would drive his car to help people. On the day of the wedding he never arrived to help.
We paid extra for the hay wagon rides and were told that the wagon would pick the bridal party up at the ceremony site for pictures, but the wagon was only picking people up at the reception area. By the time we were able to get there after pictures the wagon rides were ending and we were not able to get on for any pictures or anything.
We drove down to the ceremony site to unload cars (tubs of ice, decorations, etc) on the day of the wedding HOURS before any guests were supposed to arrive and were told to move the cars that were ON THE DRIVEWAY.
Throughout the event the owner, Devonne, was rude and unapproachable when asked simple questions by our coordinator and other members of the bridal party. Devonne then spent her time during the ceremony and the reception hovering from a distance and watching every mood and it made people very uncomfortable. Once she left for the night it seemed like the staff was finally able to breath.

r us! They were able to answer Any questions we had about anything they have lots of vendors they recommended for any part of the planning process. The workers the day of our wedding were amazing as well! They kept the garbages empty and helped bring our guests to and from the parking lot! I definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married because our day was amazing and all of our guests fell in love with the venue as well!

Her venue was absolutely stunning each time we visited, which can be as many times as you want thanks to her convenient online touring schedule. She provided so much information and the best vendor contacts that we ended up booking as well. From the first time we contacted her to the day of it was perfect. Her and her whole team went above and beyond. This place is magical and I cannot recommend it enough.

Devonne is very nice and very welcoming when you meet her and she does everything that she can to make sure that your day goes perfectly including reaching out regularly to make sure that you are on the same page with all of the details and making sure that she is aware of everything you need. If anything came up the day of my wedding her and her team of staff made sure to find someone other than my husband and I and make sure that everything was handled.
We also got the Decor package where the PCF staff decorated for us and they did an amazing job! They took care to make sure that everything looked great the day of and we could not be any happier!
We would definitely recommend anyone looking for a casual outdoor wedding in the area get married here!

has it all, a beautiful bridal suite, several ceremony sites to choose from, a beautiful pond, the most gorgeous barn, and llamas! Our guests could not stop telling us how beautiful the venue was and asked us how we found the perfect place to get married! work with, and always responded attentively with any questions or concerns. It was wonderful to know we were in great hands! On the day, their staff had all of the tables set up how we previously agreed on, and were wonderful with helping in any way. They set up and tear down the tables and chairs at the ceremony/reception which is included in the price. All of our friends and family couldn't stop saying how beautiful of a property it was, and they really meant it. To have the ability to stay in one place for the entire day was so much less stressful than your average wedding. Family got to have cocktail hour, lounge on the porch, interact with llamas, and it was a gorgeous setting for pictures. I could write on and on, but you will not regret choosing this as your wedding venue. It will make memories not only for you, but everyone in attendance.

-The landscape is breathtaking. Ponds, hills, fields, trees...if you like the outdoors, PCF has it all.
-The owner is amazing. Devonne is one of the easiest people to get along with, and is so hard working. We signed on at an early stage of the venue being ready, and were given many promises as to what would be done by our date. Not only did she fulfill every promise with flying colors, but she went above and beyond. She and her family are so dedicated to making it your special day.
-The 'barn' is the most gorgeous hayloft. People came in and said "whoa, I expected a dirty farm in the country, but this is beautiful..." The flooring, lighting, and mismatched chairs were such a hit.
-The restrooms are so wonderful. Not only are they clean and up to date, but there's 3 for guests, and another one just for the bridal party!
-The bridal prep room was so convenient and beautiful! She even had drinks waiting for us to celebrate while getting ready!
-The deck was so wonderful I cried. It is hands down the most gorgeous addition Devonne could have made. A perfect spot for the band and happy hour!
-We had two yards to split photo booths and games up...both on beautiful settings.
-LLAMAS. At first I thought, why do I want a llama at my wedding? Then the more I saw them, the more I loved them - and getting to feed them was the hit of the reception for our guests!!

She was happy to let us visit as many times as we needed and always responded promptly to any communication. The day of the wedding, the staff continuously checked in with my husband and I to make sure everything was going as planned. Clean up was painless as the staff jumped right in to help us clear our things out of the space. I can't even count how many of our guests commented on the beauty of the entire venue!

met Devonne shortly after she listed her property for weddings and were, in fact, one of the first couples to book the venue. We could not have been happier. Her communication was top notch, the place was clean and beautiful, they just built new bathrooms/brides room, and the help before and during the wedding day was just wonderful. Devonne is the sweetest and most genuine lady and you would be lucky to book with her for your dream wedding. We recommend PCF 110%
