Congratulations on your engagement and thank you for your interest in our venue! Our 2021-22 rates have been attached for your review! We include our 4000 sq ft tent, industrial heater, tables and chairs, lit up courtyard, restrooms, a fire place, 3 propane firepits, uplighting for the event and so much more. We offer and have the ability to cater your event. We also are able to take care of your bar needs! Almost, a one stop shop. If you have any more questions or would like to set up a tour/meeting please let me know! We do have a minimum requirement of 100 guest and a maximum of 225
