With over 50 years of combined experience in events and hospitality, this team is dedicated to completing any celebration. The fleet includes five mobile bars, from the compact Tricycle to the classic 1963 Cushman Truckster. You're welcome to select either one of them to best suit your theme and guestlist size.
Pittsburgh Mobile Bars features RAMP-certified bartenders who will work with you to create a custom drink menu for your wedding. They are happy to travel throughout the Greater Pittsburgh region and set up at various venue types. In addition to their bartending packages, the staff can provide additional services, from cotton candy machines to photo booth rentals, for an all-in-one experience.

We used Pittsburgh Mobile Bars for our wedding cocktail hour and reception and loved having this unique element as part of our day. Heather was amazing at helping create our signature cocktails, and did not shy away from taking on kegging some non-raditional cocktails for us. They were a HUGE hit! They were also great with coordinating with local breweries when we were interested in choosing local craft beer options. We loved having them as part of our day!
We used Pittsburgh Mobile Bars (specifically their Cushman vehicle) at our wedding (before the ceremony & during cocktail hour), and it was such a big hit for our guests! They also made the planning a breeze (connecting us with local distilleries and breweries to select our beverages) and handling all the logistics with those vendors as well as our venue. They are also SO SO nice!! It was honestly one of my favorite aspects of our big day and made for great photographs as well!
This team truly delivered for our big day! They made choosing drinks easy, took care of all the details, and it looked so cute. My guests are still telling me about this bar cart. All we had to do was show up! They even let us use the truck for photos. I can’t say enough about how great this was and I will use Pittsburgh Mobile Bars again for parties.
