Rev. Tony Bingham was such a delight to work with. We had a great introductory meeting with him where he was immediately warm and inviting, connecting over shared experiences and quotes we all loved. We worked with him to create a ceremony that was just the right mix of spiritual and secular to accommodate us and our family and friends - all coming from different religious backgrounds. We feel so blessed that we found Rev. Lisa Ann Goldsmith to be the person to marry us in Pittsburgh. Not only was the entire ceremony tremendously special for my wife and me, I cannot count the number of people who came up to us throughout the reception to say "That was the best ceremony I've ever seen," "I cried six times," or "That was so personal, I haven't seen you in years and I feel like I know everything about your relationship" etc. We met with Rev Lisa Ann at least 3 times before the wedding to go over every detail, and she sent us the full ceremony script beforehand for approval so there were no surprises. She was also a great consultant for us both while writing our wedding vows. I can't recommend her, and Pittsburgh Officiants, highly enough.

Rev. Lisa Ann officiated our wedding. She was wonderful from the beginning of the planning process until the end. She is so kind and energetic but with a calmness about her. It was pouring rain the day of our wedding and the whole set up of the ceremony changed right before we were to start. She was calm and kept things under control while all along making both of us feel comfortable as well as engaging our friends and family. I say this because her back ended up facing some of our guests but she made it a point to turn around periodically to include them as well. I loved that she was open to what we wanted to include as a couple. She definitely made our day memorable as well as our guests who attended because they can’t stop saying how wonderful and unique the ceremony was.

They made the process so easy to find somebody who would provide exactly what we were looking for, as we do not belong to a church. We utilized Rev. Tony for officiating our wedding, and he was PERFECT! Lisa via zoom calls and emails, she was easy and comfortable to work with - and so efficient at capturing the information she needed during our conversations. It felt like we had known her forever! She communicated exceptionally, all of the pieces well in advance including multiple drafts, and also showed up early to get situated on the day of (even mailing our license out same day!). We worked with Rev. Dana Hardy - Bingham. Developing the ceremony was tough for me because I wanted it to feel personal but appropriate and not too “heavy.” Rev. Dana provided us with many templates to help us personalize our ceremony. We had one phone call and one in person meeting with Rev. Dana. She also was quick and efficient in answering some additional questions that I had via email. After our ceremony, guests commented on Rev. Dana’s calm demeanor and clear speaking voice. She was also great at putting us and our bridal party at ease. Plus, she handled all of the paperwork so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

My husband and I got married in May 2022 and worked with Tony as our officiant. Tony was the perfect piece to our ceremony. He helped us create the exact ceremony we wanted and encouraged us to select the “5 Things” option for our ceremony. We opted to complete a private vow reading during our first look but the 5 things allowed us to have a more personal touch to our ceremony. Tony is very punctual, organized, and personable. Rev. Tony Bingham is the officiant who married us & he was so wonderful! Planning a wedding is stressful, but Tony made the ceremony part of planning very simple and easy. My now husband and I wanted a very short & sweet ceremony and Tony certainly made that happen. We were the first couple in our families to be married right at the reception venue and not get married in a church -- it was the best decision ever. We were able to join the cocktail hour with our friends and family right after the ceremony and got so many compliments on the ceremony and on Tony's officiating. Most of the compliments included the words, 'intimate' and 'sweet' -- which was exactly how I wanted everyone to remember it! Overall, Tony really put our minds at ease when it came to the ceremony when I had a lot of other vendors and things to worry about. The ceremony was also very genuine and not corny or mad-libby. It didn't feel like Tony just plugged our names into a script he used at every wedding, it felt like it was completely and uniquely our ceremony and no one will ever have one like it -- that meant a lot to us. I couldn't recommend Tony more! He was so responsive via e-mail and had no problem answering all of my questions no matter how minor (& I asked a lot!). You can tell that Tony really enjoys being an officiant and truly cherishes that he gets to take couples into the next phase of their relationships and their lives. He seemed just as excited for us as anyone else in the room, which was so kind and special. Again, I could not recommend Tony and Pittsburgh Officiants more if you are wanting a really special and unique ceremony.

Rev. Dana Hardy Bingham was our officiant and she was absolutely wonderful - honestly words can’t thank her enough!!! We live out of state and were traveling to Pittsburgh for our wedding. My fiance and I planned our whole wedding that was held in Pittsburgh from NY. We happened to move forward with booking the Pittsburgh Officiants after seeing their reviews on The Knot. We were assigned Rev. Tony Bingham & he was AMAZING. We received compliments about him and our ceremony the whole night. He was funny & kept the mood light and romantic the whole ceremony. He even kept it short & sweet!!! The planning process was super easy and he was so quick to respond all the time. The only thing I had wished was different was that he made an appearance at our rehearsal.. I think I would have been less stressed and nervous about everything going right if he were to help out with the rehearsal. But other than that.. you cannot go wrong booking through them!

Let me just start by saying that Rev. Amy is incredible! We only spoke to her via email a few times before our big day, but she was kind, hilarious, and really professional. An officiant wasn't one of those things that I put much thought into during planning, but I'm so happy we were assigned Rev. Amy because she became a highlight of our wedding. Even when reviewing our photos of the Wedding, we find ourselves commenting on just how great of a job she did. Rev. Dana Hardy Bingham was an absolute professional to have officiate our ceremony. From the first phone call we knew she was the perfect fit for us - her personality is fantastic. She met up with us beforehand to go over everything we’d need to know, including our personal story, and had every detail nearly perfect with the first draft of our ceremony. All along the way of reviewing and editing our ceremony script, she was an excellent guide and helped us tailor our ceremony the way we wanted, offering suggestions, what has worked well for other ceremonies, and assuring our tones and word counts were similar. Everything we added that was unique or nerdy or untraditional, she welcomed with a huge smile. Not once did we feel any judgment - Dana wanted us to make the ceremony OURS and you could tell. She had great energy and made everyone feel comfortable. From word enunciation to preparing us for the next part of the script on the big day, she was awesome. She stepped aside during parts of our ceremony (personal vows, tree planting ceremony, and first kiss) which was so thoughtful! We received lots of compliments on her from our guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant!

Rev. Tony was so awesome! My now husband and I were living in a different state at the time and so we met Tony over Zoom. After the meeting, my husband said that he felt like he already knew Tony. He was personable, funny, and truly a crowd pleaser. Everyone commented on how great Tony was and I'm so glad he was able to do our wedding for us.

We hired Rev. Jordan Berty in a pinch. Our original officiant backed out 3 months prior to the wedding. I was initially apprehensive about hiring a stranger as our officiant, but we got so many compliments on Jordan and how she ran the ceremony!!! Every time we talked with Jordan she was so calming and made me feel more confident in our decision. Her script is so personal and totally fit the vibe of the ceremony we wanted. I loved that she had us share 5 of our favorite things about each other to her separate and did not share them until the ceremony. It was a nice little surprise! I would definitely recommend Pittsburgh Officiants and Wedding Ministers as your officiant. Jordan helped us hold a personal, romantic, but light hearted ceremony just as we wanted.
