Pittsburgh Transportation Group

t the transportation worked like clockwork, and that the drivers were most professional and courteous. We worked with their office staff over the course of 2 years in that the wedding was delayed a year due to Covid -9. Could not have asked for a better service partner. I would definitely recommend Pittsburgh Transportation Group to anyone requiring wedding day bus/van services.

l and helpful! We’re glad that our hotel recommended them.

service!

- the shuttle buses were on schedule, clean & comfortable and the drivers were super friendly and helpful.

was sweating after hours of preparation and had to ride to the church sticky in my wedding dress. The driver was a complete joke and could not drive straight or well whatsoever. He did not know where he was going and kept asking me directions! He talked incessantly and seriously stressed me out. It was absolutely ridiculous. As soon as we got to the church I burst into tears I was so frustrated and hot. He should be fired and I recommended We did get a full refund including our deposit but I would have rather paid for the service I expected than to live through that again on my wedding day. It was a disaster. Do not use this company.

timely manner. She worked closely with my wedding planner to coordinate pick up times and locations, as we had guests staying in 2 different hotels. The driver was professional and courteous and stayed in constant communication with our wedding planner from the beginning to the end of the reception to ensure that all of our guests had been transported to the hotels before leaving for the night. My husband and I were so happy with our experience with this company and would strongly recommend them for your wedding transportation.

we could book a split rate. The driver showed up on time and from my understanding there were no complaints! Would recommend if looking for wedding transportation!

offered a "split" rate that allowed transportation to the reception and then went back to the venue to return the guests to the hotel. The bus was very clean and the driver was very knowledgeable of the location as the reception was on a farm about 45 minutes from the City. I would absolutely recommend this company for all of your wedding transportation needs.

were please that they could leave their cars at the hotel. The executive van was nice but the AC was not as cool as we would have liked-whether this was mechanical or the nature of a summer wedding- who knows. The services PTG offers are great for couples on a budget and don't need the glitzy limo experience.

er was so nice and everything went smoothly! The bus was also clean which we appreciated. It was stress-free and fun.

day of the wedding, the bus drivers were super friendly and on time - plus, the split rate saved us money. (Something the mother of a bride doesn’t often get to say!) We ended up needing them for more time at the end of the night and they were very flexible and made sure we got everyone safely back to the hotel. We also booked a sedan for my elderly parents for the wedding – the driver treated them like royalty. They felt special and we knew we didn’t have to worry about them getting to and from. It was nice not having to trouble another family member to provide the rides. The black car we booked to take my daughter, husband and me to the wedding ceremony was just as good. All in all, we were very pleased.

out was due to a miscommunication with our wedding coordinator so not necessarily their fault), but yelled at us for asking him where he'd been. When I asked him to be nicer to me on my wedding night, he replied with things like "go f*** yourself" before speeding off dangerously. There are plenty of other car services in Pittsburgh. I hope noone ever has to go through the horrible experience that my wife and I had on our wedding night. Please please please consider any other vendor!! UPDATE: We did receive a full refund, the company claimed to "have dealt with the driver," and customer service was apologetic. Although it was a nice gesture, we unfortunately will still have this wedding memory forever.

en I called and wanted to pay off our balance before the wedding, and it made me a little nervous about whether we for sure had reservations because I kept getting put on hold and sent to different departments, but we had no issues the day of. We used the split shift service and had them shuttle guests from the hotel to our venue for a continuous hour before the ceremony and from the venue to the hotel for a continuous hour after the ceremony, and we no issues! The driver was polite and prompt. No complaints.

not know his route and made bad decision after bad decision resulting with a significant number of our guests missing the wedding ceremony. This company does not take its mission seriously and our event suffered as a consequence. I advise anyone seeking reliable transport to see alternative organizations.

nd back home safely, so in my mind they did perfectly. They just charge the credit card for the time used, but because I needed such a big shuttle it was an 8 hour minimum, which was a bit of a shame because I only really used it for 3 hours, but that was the same with most other companies too. The smaller shuttles can do a "split service" with less minimum hours. The shuttle was appreciated by our guests and we felt better knowing we had provided an option to drinking and driving.

re to make sure we got everything back to the hotel. The only downside was that my husband (who arrange for the services) was under the impression that there would be beer in the limo. There wasn't, but the driver was happy to run and some while we were taking pictures!

inz Field during the Kenny Chesney concert (despite my efforts of calling management to stay away from the Kenny concert traffic in the first place in addition the driver having the Perrysville address). Then we had to give him directions on how to get to the correct place which was a really enjoyable thing to do. Then at the end of the night on the way back to our hotel in Station Square- instead if taking highway right to it he cuts through downtown pittsburgh for some reason and hits every red light. We were half hour late to our reception and then a half our late to our after party because of this group. Not to mention they charged me extra money for going over on time!! I have been trying to get it resolved through their customer service since June and they literally won't respond to any of my emails or calls. SOMETHING YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH ON YOUR WEDDING DAY (let alone any day?). Don't think so. Go with someone else. And feel free to check out my other reviews- I LOVED every other company we worked with but them. Oh and we had accidentally left some of our things on the bus. One being a picture of my husbands deceased parents that we obviously can't replace. The bus company gave it to someone who claimed they were at our wedding but didn't ask for a name or any information from them. Intelligent? Hope we can find it.

e executive van, it was great!

then she took care of following up so I never had to worry about checking in with them. The day of transportation went off without a hitch even with the varied itineraries for the vehicles. Highly recommend!!!

eception. It was a fairly no-frills shuttle - clean and fine, but nothing fancy - but it was on time, the driver was courteous, and everyone got home safely. The driver was even really nice when my brother nearly got sick on the bus - he gave him his bottle of water and the trash can and kept it quiet so my brother didn't get embarrassed in front of everyone. It was easy to book on the phone and the customer service was really good - I called a lot to confirm details! My only slight problem is that the quote was cheaper than it ended up being on the night, but not by much (although I never got an answer as to why). It was a gamble to use them on my part as I couldn't find any reviews about them, but now from experience, I can recommend them happily.
