He talked incessantly and seriously stressed me out. It was absolutely ridiculous. As soon as we got to the church I burst into tears I was so frustrated and hot. He should be fired and I recommended We did get a full refund including our deposit but I would have rather paid for the service I expected than to live through that again on my wedding day. It was a disaster. Do not use this company.

We also booked a sedan for my elderly parents for the wedding – the driver treated them like royalty. They felt special and we knew we didn’t have to worry about them getting to and from. It was nice not having to trouble another family member to provide the rides. The black car we booked to take my daughter, husband and me to the wedding ceremony was just as good. All in all, we were very pleased.

I hope noone ever has to go through the horrible experience that my wife and I had on our wedding night. Please please please consider any other vendor!! UPDATE: We did receive a full refund, the company claimed to "have dealt with the driver," and customer service was apologetic. Although it was a nice gesture, we unfortunately will still have this wedding memory forever.

We used the split shift service and had them shuttle guests from the hotel to our venue for a continuous hour before the ceremony and from the venue to the hotel for a continuous hour after the ceremony, and we no issues! The driver was polite and prompt. No complaints.

charge the credit card for the time used, but because I needed such a big shuttle it was an 8 hour minimum, which was a bit of a shame because I only really used it for 3 hours, but that was the same with most other companies too. The smaller shuttles can do a "split service" with less minimum hours. The shuttle was appreciated by our guests and we felt better knowing we had provided an option to drinking and driving.

We were half hour late to our reception and then a half our late to our after party because of this group. Not to mention they charged me extra money for going over on time!! I have been trying to get it resolved through their customer service since June and they literally won't respond to any of my emails or calls. SOMETHING YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH ON YOUR WEDDING DAY (let alone any day?). Don't think so. Go with someone else. And feel free to check out my other reviews- I LOVED every other company we worked with but them. Oh and we had accidentally left some of our things on the bus. One being a picture of my husbands deceased parents that we obviously can't replace. The bus company gave it to someone who claimed they were at our wedding but didn't ask for a name or any information from them. Intelligent? Hope we can find it.

The driver was even really nice when my brother nearly got sick on the bus - he gave him his bottle of water and the trash can and kept it quiet so my brother didn't get embarrassed in front of everyone. It was easy to book on the phone and the customer service was really good - I called a lot to confirm details! My only slight problem is that the quote was cheaper than it ended up being on the night, but not by much (although I never got an answer as to why). It was a gamble to use them on my part as I couldn't find any reviews about them, but now from experience, I can recommend them happily.
