She came prepared despite me over estimating my abilities and underestimating my time (I had planned to set up a whole back ground, but forgot to lay out the supplies or to put it ...
up). Somehow she did get the sign I wanted to hang as a prop for people to pose with and it was precious! The backdrop she brought was perfect! The mirror frame I wanted to enhance the enchanted garden image, and boy did it! The photos were ready the next day, even thought a crazy storm struck and she was out of power for a couple of hours. I will say some people had trouble with the photo booth, and so people thought they saved pictures after taking the photo, but didn’t. There was a series of buttons you had to press after to save it, and to take another photo which made the process take longer and I think we missed out on people taking more photos and saving some of the photos as a result. Overall, great customer service and set up but wish their were lest steps.
Natalie was amazing to work with! She helped me customize the cutest photo template for my photo booth that matched my invitations, and was so easy and pleasant to work with!
