We hired Kayla because we were in awe of her work. We hired her for our wedding and her work blew us away! SHE DELIVERED! We got married over a month ago and our wedding guests still compliment her work. She is amazing to work with, she helped us with the timeline, made us feel like a million bucks and reminded us to have fun❤️ she did our engagement session as well. She is a great human and fun to be around.

Kayla is an absolute treasure to work with and her skills are unmatched. I wish I could give her 10 stars. Our engagement and wedding photos are so incredible and she perfectly captured both days. Kayla has the ability to make you feel seen, heard, and comfortable in front of a camera ( a true win). I can't imagine having anyone else there for one of the most important days of my life!

We hired Kayla as our photographer for our May 2022 wedding and it was one of the best parts about our day! She is so professional and easy to work with. We got married at the Gem Theatre in Detroit and Kayla did an amazing job shooting both outside in the bright sun and inside the darker theater. Kayla has a wonderful eye for unique shots. We just got a sneak peek of our wedding and the pictures were so beautiful!! From start to finish Kayla was so easy to work with. She was so helpful with suggesting timelines for photos while we were planning. I made it clear from the beginning that family photos were the most important pictures for me and Kayla managed our time so well that we had plenty of time to get all of the groups photographed! Kayla did did an outstanding job on our engagement shoot and our wedding. She has such a great eye and gives clear instructions, which was so helpful to us! She has a unique talent of being able to be everywhere, but also be invisible. We got a huge sneak peak of pictures the VERY NEXT DAY after our wedding! Our pictures are AMAZING and we are getting flooded with compliments. We would highly recommend Kayla to anyone!

Kayla is absolutely amazing at wedding photography and we are SO happy we chose her! We booked her after seeing our friends wedding photos and loved her style. She was quick to respond, payment was easy, and the complimentary engagement shoot was a nice bonus. We were both really nervous about being in front of the camera, but she made it so easy and comfortable. She provided a day of timeline so we knew exactly what her plan was for the entire day, which was really helpful for us and our coordinator. She posted a ton of sneak peeks the next day, and made sure to include a photo from each part of the day. Which has been awesome to have, so I could show people who couldn't attend! We have had multiple friends and family members tell us how they noticed how hard she worked throughout the day, and how friendly she was by offering to take portraits of them. We can't wait to use her again for pictures in the future!

Hello all. First off, Kayla is awesome! She is highly sought after so make sure you're able to secure her early and you will not be disappointed. Payments were easy. Communication was easy. She was able to reschedule our complimentary engagement picture session several times due to us having to do so and was awesome about it. She gives honest and fair opinions on locations and is extremely helpful day of. We love our pictures and her eye. Day of the wedding she arrived on time and ready to roll. Many of the wife's friends and bridesmaid thought she was a friend of the family who took pictures because she was right there like a best friend taking care of her during some of the photo shoots. Like I said, she is awesome and not only took breathtaking pictures but was there in more ways than she needed it to be. After sharing the "preview" pics, her photos actually got a response from the Venue as breathtaking and we've heard they're going to use some in their gallery. 12 stars out of 10.

I am so happy we went with Pixels and Paint for our wedding photography. She is amazing at what she does and she is truly the sweetest person. Not only did she do an amazing job shooting our wedding...she also saved the day with her sewing skills when my dress strap broke minutes before I had to walk down the aisle! Life. Saver. I can't thank her enough for capturing our day.

I could go on forever about how amazing Kayla's work is, but also about how amazing she is as a person and how easy she is to work with! I am beyond blessed that she happened to be the photographer for our friends wedding (which is how we found her- and immediately cancelled the big company photographer we had already). Her style of photography is exactly what I was looking for. I am blown away by our wedding photos and my husband, family, and I will cherish them forever. I would, and already have been, recommending Kayla to anyone that asks who took our pictures. Not to mention, she is kind-hearted, sincere, personal, funny, and amazing to work with!! Anyone that can get my husband to smile through a full day of pictures is someone special- seriously ;) By far the best decision regarding our wedding was using Kayla for our photographer!! Truly amazing.
