Pizzeria Verita Mobile Oven & Catering

all our dietary needs (I have celiac and we had a lot of people who needed gluten-free and/or dairy-free dinners and the Verita team went above and beyond to prepare and serve the food in a way that was safe and delicious for everyone). The staff at the wedding was all on top of it and so friendly. They even boxed up the leftovers for guests to grab on the way to their back to their rooms, they cut and plate our cakes for us AND they did this all in the rain. I can't recommend the Pizzeria Verita Mobile Oven & Catering enough!

d their expectations Verita went. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They also brought a great vibe and energy with them. Sara who I coordinated with was also amazing and truly helpful in making the event go off beautifully. They were also really helpful in accommodating a few gluten free friends we have. If you need food for an event these guys crush it! Highly recommend and will absolutely book again for any future events!

group as to when to end apps and start pizza's and move onto dessert and did a wonderful job. I didn't have to worry, he had it covered and as a bride the night before the wedding that's so appreciated. Sara was easy to work with, responsive to requests and had great ideas of how to make the evening flow. Guest really enjoyed watching the pizza be made and Sleepy Hollow was the perfect venue for an outdoor pizza experience. Thanks again PV! I'd recommend to any bride looking for a casual rehearsal dinner, or even a unique reception option.
