Everyone was so responsive in answering my questions, reassuring me in moments of panic, coming up with awesome ways to make my ideas for special moments come to life, and creating an experience my new husband, guests, and I will never forget. I received so much positive feedback from my guests about how smooth and incredibly fun the experience was. The most common phrase I heard was, "This is the best wedding I've ever been to!" Kristen and her team with PK Events were amazing. I am a anxious person and even more so as a bride, and her team made everything so much easier and took away much of that anxiety....

I use all of her suggested vendors from cake, violinist, photography, restaurant, and hair and make up and they were all fantastic as well. Our wedding went perfectly. We were able to actually breathe and enjoy our day and our friends and family. If you are indeed of a Wedding /Event Planner, PK Events is the way to go! They offer several different packages as well to suit any of your needs/wedding plans!!

PK Events wedding package option, we were just beside ourselves with glee! We met with Kristen of PK Events during that trip and very quickly felt confident that our event would be a success, and that Kristen, along with her team would take care of every little detail for us, and they did! Our wedding was smallish, 40 guests all told and so we chose the Destination Wedding package (package for 16-50 people), the package included all of the various components that you’d ever want for a wedding, and the vendors to provide those components… Officiant, photographer, cake, bouquet/boutonnière, champagne and even a violinist! Possibly, most invaluable of all, (especially to us living out of town and having a destination wedding!) Wedding Planner Services!! Kristen was wonderful, she stayed in regular contact with us throughout the year until our wedding date, communicating (via email and then phone and in person, closer to the time) as much as we needed, she was responsive, knowledgeable, patient and always available whenever we had a question or a thought! The biggest challenge for us was relinquishing all responsibility and having someone else handle the details, but we’re so pleased that we did, and we need not have been concerned at all. The PK Events team was amazing from beginning to end; we highly recommend PK Events to anyone planning a New Orleans wedding. Kristen, Kim, Marcia, Joy, Scherri, Terry, N’Awlins Ramblers, and Iuliia, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your passion, your dedication and your creativity. Each of you played a major part in making our day personal, unique and unforgettable!

Per my daughter, Kristen is extremely thorough and always brought positive energy into every conversation she had with my daughter (bride to be). I cannot put in words the amount of gratitude I have for Kristen because without her, I know the wedding would not have been the same, amazing experience it was. The bride and I live out of state and do not know anything about New Orleans. Kristen was great with providing my daughter option's. She did research on the things my daughter ask about and made good suggestions. She searched for the best choices and allowed my daughter to make the decision. Overall, she was efficient, to-the-point, and direct so that there was no confusion. She scheduled appointments to go over the full schedule for the entire day and coordinated with vendors for my daughter so that everyone had a final schedule for the wedding day. Per my daughter, she responded to emails very promptly and was also in communication with her when she needed. On the day-of, she coordinated with the venue and everything was smooth, on-time, and easy for us so that we could enjoy our day. Kristen and her team was awesome. All the guests are talking about how beautiful and coordinated everything was at the wedding and the second line parade. The guest stated that the coordinator did and awesome job. The guest stated that they will always remember this wedding. Congratulations As the mother of the bride, I did not have to complete any task. Kristen made my job easy and relaxing. I am writing this review as the Mother of the Bride. My daughter, the bride located the coordinator for her day. Everything was so beautiful, as the mother of the bride I had to write a review. They attended to every detail for our Friday evening outdoor ceremony in Jackson Square, the Second Line Parade with Hurricanes in party cups through the French Quarter to the rooftop reception at the Marriott on Canal St. The Marriott Wedding staff worked well with Kristen and Patricia in providing everything we requested (Bagpiper, Custom Beads, Second Line Handkerchiefs) and the DJ and Photographers Kristen recommended were Fantastic! Seeing as how we and most of our 100 guests are not New Orleans locals, Kristen and Patricia helped us keep them entertained on and off Bourbon Street. Saturday Night they arranged a private Masquerade party at B.B. Kings House of Blues and helped us and our guests finding local mask and costume shops. Sunday Morning PK Events arranged for a special group price for our guests for the Jazz Brunch on the Riverboat Natchez. We highly recommend P.K. Events to anyone looking to have a wedding celebration in New Orleans! #MnHenduWed

All I had to do was talk to the vendors about our vision and visit the locations they narrowed down for us. They respond to messages quickly and answer any questions. My bouquet and hair were gorgeous. The ceremony venue was beautiful and the words of the officiant couldn't have been more perfect to fit us and our relationship. The food/cake were delicious. Our guests had so much fun in the 2nd line parade. What I have seen of our pictures so far have been beautiful and really capture our special day. I can't wait to see the rest!
