Plan It Event Coordination

Where do I begin, Cassandra and Plan it event coordination was absolutely amazing. From our first conversation until weeks after the wedding. Everyone know planning a weeding is stressful and especially during a global pandemic. Cassandra was on top of everything and all changes we had to make for COVID-19. She made my planning experience and day of absolutely wonderful. I did not have to stress or worry about anything the entire time. She made sure that everything that I wanted and my day was exactly like I imagined and more. Cassandra is exceptional at her work and very passionate. I could contact her at anytime and she was always there for me. Even after our day was over she made sure everything was taking care of and informed me of everything I needed to do in order to get all of my information changed over. I hate that my day is over because I can’t contact when I want too lol! I can’t wait to plan another event to have Cassandra by my side. I would definitely recommend Cassandra and Plan It Event Coordination for all your wedding and event planning needs!!

Mrs. Cassandra is heaven sent. My wedding was so beautiful and executed to perfection!!!! I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable, more professional wedding planner to stand beside my husband and I, especially during these times. She designed our event beautifully without me having to spend over my budget. Honestly, not knowing what tomorrow would look like during the beginning of the COVID pandemic really had my anxiety through the roof, but somehow, she was able to ease my stresses and biggest of concerns. She really went above and beyond to bring my dream wedding to life, despite COVID. Words cannot express how thankful I am for her!!

Cassandra and her team exceeded my expectation on our wedding day. She had done so much for us during the months leading up to our day, that I really didn't know what else there was left to do. No matter the time of day or night she responded, and her attitude never changed, she was open to any and every change that i wanted.. This was one of the best decisions that I could have ever made to have an event coordinator assist us with all our needs. From the very first consultation I knew that she was the one for us. She had it all together, she had the answer to every initial question. When i asked about different vendors she immediately sent me information with multiple vendors for me to choose from. Also with me finishing nursing school she picked up all my slack and made sure that i stayed ahead.She sent out emails with everything i needed to do, and if i wasn't able to do so she would get it done or send me drafts. There was so much that Cassandra did that i felt like was above and beyond and I know for a fact if i had chosen another coordinator i wouldn't have received services. Even though i know that she had other clients that she worked with, she made me feel like i was the only one, and I'm sure the other brides would agree. The only thing I would suggest is that when there are large weddings like my own, that there are more team members to help assist, but you guys handled it and we were happy.. I will not be having another wedding, but I've already stated the any and everything event that i have, she will be hands down my even coordinator. I can't thank you enough for executing and exceeding my expectation.

I honestly don't know what I would of done without Cassandra! I was an out of state bride and she made everything so fun and stress free. I can not even begin to explain how much she did for me and how many little details she took care of. She made this crazy time in life much more enjoyable and I can't thank her enough. I would recommend her to all of my friends!

Cassandra was the partial planner for our wedding and she made sure everything was executed to perfection! She provided us with so many different resources and vendor options and kept us on our toes each month to make sure we met all deadlines. Not only did she make sure my husband and I were comfortable, but she also made sure our family and friends were as well. Everyone continues to rave about how great her services were! She assisted in every way imaginable during the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Not to mention throughout the planning process. She even had gifts/ surprises for us on our wedding night! Cassandra was amazing in every aspect and we are so grateful for her, her team, and their services.

Today my husband and I are celebrating our 1 month anniversary!!! I thought today would be the perfect day to complete my review with Cassandra and her team... my initial meeting with Cassandra was the best decision I made during my planning process. Before we even discussed her duties as the coordinator, she asked me "WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM ME AS YOUR PLANNER??" This is a big go to for me... I knew she would have my best interest throughout my planning process. Cassandra, was professional and extremely knowledgeable about planning a wedding. There was not a time of the day where I couldn't call, text, or email her!! She always responded and never seemed like I was bothering her... even though I know I worked her nerves some days!!!! My husband didn't know anything about a planner/coordinator and haven't had a good experience with them from previous weddings he's been apart of... However, after our wedding- he has been referring her to his friends!!! He Loooves her!! Cassandra kept me organized and on track the entire year of planning. She made sure all of my expectations and wishes were met the day of our wedding. Cassandra created a day of schedule and made sure we stuck to it!!! Cassandra and her team were the first one at the venue and had a beautiful set up (Food and decor) for the entire wedding party. The BRIDE'S ROOM--- My room was gorgeous. I felt like a true Queen as soon as I walked in.. Thanks to Cassandra I had a massage session and breakfast waiting on me. Cassandra and Plan It Event were my lifesavers! Every stressful moment that arose, she did not alert me... she handled it accordingly. Cassandra has a beautiful spirit and loves what she does. I strongly recommend her to any bride planning their BIG DAY!!!

We would like to take the time out to thank Cassandra and Plan It Coordination’s for the best wedding we could ever imagine hands down. We used Plan It Coordination to help plan our wedding day, from the beginning she was very friendly and excited to be apart of our big day. She takes the time to talk with us and really get to know us and find out what we expect. Cassandra is very interactive, she keeps us engaged the whole time by sending us to do list, check list, emails, updates, and we also met up periodically just to touch bases and it is filled with fun and laughter and gifts �every time. When our wedding came she was always the first one there before time and the last to leave, she created a schedule that made our day go so smooth and effortless, from the rehearsal, to the dinner, to the pictures, to the dressing, she provided food and snacks for both wedding parties on the wedding day, planned arrivals, and most importantly the wedding started on time and flowed exactly the way she planned it. Cassandra was absolutely amazing in helping with the coordination with my wedding last Sunday. I did not have to worry about anything or lift one finger. We really enjoyed our beautiful wedding day!

Cassandra Murphy Harlequin of Plan It Event Coordination, was my day of coordinator and helped with details and planning before the wedding.
