Plan My Beach Wedding is a family-owned business that provides couples with all-inclusive beach wedding packages throughout the Sarasota, Manatee, Venice, and Bradenton areas. We specialized in sunset beach weddings, vow renewals on the beach, elopements on the beach and comitment ceremonies in Florida beautiful beaches. Our packages can also be used in indoor venues if the beach is not your thing. We aklso offer day of coordination, custom wedding bouquets and venue decoration.
Our packages include a wedding officiant, a wedding planner, music and ceremony decorations so you can just relax and enjoy the Florida beaches. We offer tons of add-ons and ways to customize our packages and your ceremony, and we can add any of your beach wedding ideas to make it more personalized.

If I could give this company 6 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would! They made my parents' wedding an unforgettable experience and truly went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we reached out, their team was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail.
The level of care and thoughtfulness they put into planning and executing the event was remarkable. Every element—from the stunning decor to the seamless coordination—reflected their dedication to creating a magical day. They understood my parents' vision perfectly and brought it to life in a way that exceeded all of our expectations.
Not only were they a joy to work with, but they also made every guest feel special, ensuring that everyone had a wonderful time. Seeing the joy on my parents' faces throughout the day was priceless, and I know we owe so much of that to this amazing company.

I cannot say enough good things about Lu and Zan! I don’t live in Florida and didn’t meet Lu until the week before my wedding but I felt as if I already had. She’s super easy to talk to, very relaxed and very accommodating! We got married between Hurricane Helen and Hurricane Milton and had to change everything up a week before the wedding and it went off without a hitch!! Zan performed our ceremony and it was awesome! We loved everything about working with them and would 100% recommend their services! Thank thank you thank you for making our day beautiful!
I would highly recommend this company. Plan My Beach Wedding went above and beyond to make our wedding extra special! We were married a month ago and working with Lu throughout the process was awesome. She is highly responsive and detail oriented.
We live in Colorado and I had never been to Siesta Key. I put all of my trust into her not knowing the company or the area. The wedding was set up exactly as shown in the photos.
We asked for a conch shell blowing (as they do in Hawaii) and they gladly accommodated it. Lu was great with the logistics on the wedding day getting everyone through the ceremony.
Zan did a great job as officiant and was easy going and fun to work with. They are a great team and true professionals.
Everything came together perfectly and the photos Lu took are awesome. Everyone loves them.

This was the most stress free experience! Lu was so easy and personal to work with! Planning a wedding from out of state sounds stressful, but with this company it was so easy! All we had to do was show up with our rings and they did the rest!!

Very professional, always available with any type of questions you may have. Simply the best when it comes to a beautiful beach set up. I don’t even know where to start! Lu and Zan are amazing at what they do! We decided on a whim to have a destination wedding and did not think it was possible until I came upon Lu and Zan. They took care of basically everything. They were great communicators and always answered my texts/emails in a very timely matter. Even though we did not get to meet them until we went down to Florida, we felt like we already knew them just from how well they communicated with us. They are so down to earth and very professional at the same time! I am a very anxious person but how prepared Lu and Zan were helped my anxiety alot! They definitely exceeded our expectations. All the decorations and bouquets they made for me and my bridal party were so beautiful! The pictures came out amazing and Lu and Zan sent them to us within a week! I can’t thank them enough for making our day so magical and beautiful! My husband and I will never forget our day that turned out amazing and Lu and Zan played a big part in how our day turned out! If you are looking into finding a wedding planner in Florida, go with Lu and Zan! You won’t regret it!

We had an amazing experience with Lu and team. They went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. We had 62 people traveling from MA to FL and planned everything from out of state. I’m not sure we could have pulled it off without them. Lu was responsive and professional and did extra things for us without hesitation. Everything was beautiful and just as pictured!!

Lu and Zan were the perfect match for us in planning our Beach Wedding. They were always available to answer questions. Very professional yet we were treated like old friends. The set we saw pictures of was the set we saw at our wedding and it was visually more appealing than the pictures. We hired Lu as a photographer and the pictures she took exceeded our expectations The price they quoted in the beginning is the price we paid at the end. We very much enjoyed meeting Lu and Zan and intend on staying friends with them on the future.

We had Lu and her husband take our family photos in 2022 while on vacation. Little did I know it would turn into engagement photos. We had no clue at the time they were wedding organizers as well! After we received our photos back we were beyond amazed with their work and immediately booked our beach wedding with them! A year letter they hosted our wedding and again did a phenomenal job! I wasn’t sure what all I wanted for decoration aside from a color scheme and starfish I gave those details to Lu and she made my dreams come to life! She picked the best decorations and everything was perfect! Would highly recommend if you are planning a beach wedding in Sarasota!

For a small wedding just under 20 people. I was really pleased with the packages. I had the sunset terricotta package and it was so beautiful. We had a sunset wedding on the beach and the colors were just perfect for the setting. They fit in some personal requests and made it come together so perfectly. Lu was a sweetheart and answered all my questions. She responded in a timely manner. Lu and Zan made the atmosphere intimate and cozy. I definitely would encourage to let them make your wedding ceremony dream come true.

My husband and I just got married on May 20th 2023! We had our ceremony on the most beautiful beach! Lu and her husband Zan were so professional, friendly, and made us feel like we had known them forever! We had a destination wedding and brought our cat for wedding photos, and Lu ended up helping us a tremendous amount with getting our cat on the beach with us. She really was a life savor! The ceremony set up was so beautiful! More than I could have imagined! Zan spoke clearly during the ceremony and everyone at our wedding loved what he said for us! Our wedding photos took less than a week to get back to us, and they were so beautiful and Lu captured the sunset perfectly in our photos! Her children even were there to help, and they were so kind and respectful and just as professional! They made us feel comfortable and they are 100% trustworthy and reliable. Lu and Zan really are the sweetest people! They listen to your requests and get them done. I would highly recommend planning your perfect day here, and I will forever be great full for Lu and Zan’s hard work to get our special day perfect!

Lu and Zan were incredible. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Sarasota Beach Weddings. Not only was their response time fast; they worked so efficiently making the process a lot less stressful for me. We ended up having our wedding in the rain (It was perfect!!! Not a single person in the background of our photos). We actually had to change our wedding date once prior & I was a hot mess. Zan called me and literally took away all my stress. She talked me through how we were going to proceed and took care of EVERYTHING. If I ever renew my vows, I will only use this company. We love Lu and Zan!!! <3

Lu was great to work with from start to finish! I planned a beach wedding in Florida from Michigan with Lu at Sarasota Beach Weddings. She was knowledgable about the area and helped me select the perfect beach and location. Our photos turned out amazing and we had them only a week and half after the wedding. Lu was flexible when part of our wedding party had challenges getting to the site and helped everything continue to run smoothly. Wow where do I start? Lu and Zan the owners of Sarasota Beach Weddings and Photography are phenomenal!! My husband and I hired them to capture our wedding day. We live out of state so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to to find the right person from the job. When I contacted them they responded very promptly, and their customer service was very professional. They assisted in finding a package that worked best for our event and within our budget. This is the first time my husband and I have ever had professional photos taken. Lu and Zan made both of us feel very comfortable like we had known them for years. Photography was, to me, one of the most important things to have on our wedding day. Memories fade, but a picture lasts forever, so I wanted to make sure we had someone very talented to capture this day. Lu and Zan are absolutely incredible to work with!
