Vanessa/Event Elves helped plan my brother’s wedding, my bachelorette party, and my wedding! She is so organized, helpful, communicative and on top of it! That’s why we keep coming back. Every event, as much or as little help as you feel you need, was executed flawlessly and also with the personality of the client at heart. Super quick response time, and so easy to work with. She is so well connected in the industry and with vendors, if you need someone, she will find them for you! Will continue to work with her again and again.

Event Elves worked for us to assist with a large wedding of 400 plus attendees. The crew and staff were amazing. Vanessa was great to work with and communicated well with coordinating between her staff and others. The wedding went smoothly and wouldn’t have been with out the help of Event elves and Vanessa’s professionalism. Will definitely use again for our next event. Thanks Again Jon

I started my career with Jackson Catering & Events and have since continued to work in hospitality in event sales and planning for the past 16 years. I realized (while working as an onsite wedding/sales director for a venue) that a lot of my clients needed additional help with all of the “little details” that they think “aunt, cousin, or friend so and so” will take care of. So with that...Event Elves was born! Based on the idea that there is a greater need for assistance with staffing/logistics for events.
