We had the absolute pleasure of working with Lauren from Plan On It for our wedding, and I truly can’t imagine how we would’ve done it without her. We booked the Event Management p...
ackage, which was incredibly thorough and helpful from start to finish. From the very first consultation, Lauren brought clarity, confidence, and calm to the planning process.
She checked in monthly to make sure we were on track, shared incredibly useful planning documents (like vendor checklists and gratuity guides), and offered thoughtful advice every step of the way. The final walkthrough with our venue and vendors was seamless, thanks to her preparation and attention to detail.
Lauren took over all vendor communication leading up to the big day, which was such a relief and allowed us to just enjoy the final weeks. On the day of the wedding, she and her assistant ran the show flawlessly — handling timing, décor setup, bouquets, ceremony logistics, and even our grand exit. It all went so smoothly because of their hard work behind the scenes.
If you're looking for someone who is organized, kind, professional, and truly dedicated to making your day stress-free and beautiful, we can't recommend Lauren and Plan On It enough!
AMAZING! Best decision we made for our wedding was working with Bella and Plan On It!! Bella was awesome to work with and helped us with many questions and keeping us on track. We ...
were super appreciative of her and Shelby when our first caterer suddenly ceased operations. They were absolutely invaluable in their help in finding a new caterer in a short period of time. On the big day, Bella kept us on time and truly brought our wedding vision to life. Would HIGHLY recommend Bella and Plan On It for your wedding dream team!

rt house, and so we were just planning a reception at Barr Mansion and wanted it to be a fun, relaxed party to celebrate with friends and family. Veronica was assigned as our planner and she was phenomenal. Again, she totally understood us, and from the start we had great conversations getting to know her, and her getting to know us and what we wanted. Those conversations allowed us to fully trust and rely on her the day of, and we had a phenomenal day celebrating. We highly recommend Plan On It; we don't think you can go wrong with them!
If you are considering the Plan On It team, just book them. My husband and I chose the partial planning service and worked with Lauren as our lead planner, and it was the best deci...
sion we made when planning our wedding! Lauren went above and beyond helping me nail down every detail and keep my sanity while wedding planning. Lauren is professional and so fun to work with! She ensured that every detail came together as planned on our wedding day which allowed me not to stress and just live in the moment. She even made sure we had water after the ceremony and during photos, which made a world of a difference. My only regret was not hiring the Plan On It team for their full service planning! It honestly would have saved us so much time, stress, and money if we had. I would recommend their services to anyone and I'm so happy with how my wedding turned out!

ed with that scheduled a video consultation with us, which I found so much more personal than a phone call. Shelby paired us up with Veronica and I couldn’t be more grateful for the level of support we received for the full 12 months leading up to the wedding. Once we hit the 3 month mark Veronica really stepped in and allowed me to take more of a back seat on the admin side of the house and enjoy the little details of the wedding planning process. Veronica was so organized, proactive, and detail oriented regarding our wedding day schedule - nothing was missed & she made sure everything was ready to go.
During our rehearsal, she wrangled our wedding party (some of whom have very strong personalities lol) and did it with such patience! Making everyone feel very prepared for the big day.
The day of the wedding - Veronica was on it. From the bridal suite I saw her running around and coordinating all of our vendors, wedding party, families, etc. I had zero stress on my big day because of her - everything was seamless. Our guests have even made comments about how seamless the day felt.
Can’t thank Veronica and Shelby enough for all their hard work! If youre looking for an event coordinator - go with Plan On It!! You won’t regret it.

ng a wedding that would have a lot of young kids, plus we are a very no-frills, dorky, couple and we wanted our wedding to reflect that. We worked with Amy as our partial planner from Plan On It for our April 2024 wedding at Barr Mansion, who was also completely on board with our priorities and vision. She never made us feel like we were less important or forgotten about, which stood out to us because of some of my friends' negative experiences with their planners. It was also clear how reliable, thoughtful and passionate Amy is about weddings! She gave us great vendor recommendations, helped design our wedding, was super detail-oriented, and made sure we stuck to a timeline. Some of the favorite personal touches of our wedding, like having a kids' game area, our dog on drink stirrers, and having a private last dance were all suggestions from Amy. Leading up to the wedding, there were several vendors that made us VERY stressed out, but because we had Amy as a safety net, we felt reassured. I can't express how important and priceless that was for us at the time! On the day, Amy and her second did a fantastic job at logistics and were great at helping us not feel stressed -- it was stressful enough just having to be the bride, and I was so grateful that I didn't have to worry about any of the details. Our wedding was everything we could have asked for, and we are so, so thankful to Amy for the support and effort she gave us.

We could not have pulled everything together so nicely without the help of PlanOnitATX. They provided endless recommendations for our selection and could answer any questions that ...
came up during the planning process. We loved and had great experiences with all of the vendors they recommended.
They took over everything a few weeks before our wedding, which helped alleviate last-minute stress. We were impressed with the communication between our planner and other vendors.
On the day of, Veronica and her helper arrived early to prepare and to direct vendors. We did not have to worry about anything happening and could focus on getting ready and being around our friends and family. Even when an issue occurred, they were extremely proactive and helped solve it!
Our wedding turned out beautifully. Everything came together and flowed so nicely. We even had guests comment that we must have had a fantastic planner since they were amazed at how it turned out.
I could not recommend PlanOnIt enough! Our day wouldn't have been as perfect without them!

he entire planning and she was always quick to respond and made sure we stayed on task. On the wedding day she put her focus on making sure that we (bride and groom) had everything we needed and made sure that the entire event went smoothly. I didn't have to worry about a single thing because I trusted her completely. We chose the event management service, but honestly wish we had selected a higher level of service. If you're just starting out with planning my advice is to hire Shelby and her team, it'll be one of the best decisions you make!

n Amy came in she helped me figure out what my next steps should be and gave me a lot of helpful direction on the timeline for when things needed to be completed. I was having issues figuring out how to pull together the vision I had and handling a lot of the details that needed to be figured out and Amy listened to my ideas and gave me beautiful, actionable options at various price points so I could truly customize our wedding. Once the day came, Amy handled every single thing with grace and determination. I can get stressed out easily and on my wedding day I was already a ball of nerves but Amy made sure everything went perfectly and if it didn't, I still have no idea about it because she covered it all perfectly. Every detail was perfect and Amy helped us stick to our timeline while also capturing a couple of adorable videos of my family dancing that I otherwise wouldn't have. I cannot praise Amy highly enough. She is truly a professional and an expert at her job, as well as a support system and now a friend! Hire Plan On It Events for your wedding, I promise you won't regret it!

ighted the distance between “I enjoy and am good at this” and a professional.
At the offset, she took the time to understand exactly what style/vibe/scope that we wanted and crafted a plan specific to us, and did such a great job.
Shelby was extraordinarily organized, knowledgeable, calm under pressure and was able to adapt on the fly when things went wrong (like the box of table numbers disappearing).
As far as communication, Shelby is top notch. We had a regular cadence of calls, and she sent notes after to us. We always knew exactly what to-dos we had and when they needed to be done by, so the "crunch time" at the end was as pain-free as possible.
She also makes sure that the bride and groom are always taken care of and stress free.
She has a TON of experience with other vendors throughout her years of planning weddings, and helped guide us on which ones would be a good fit for us.
Can’t talk highly enough about Shelby. If you book her for your wedding, you won’t regret it!

and times over. We worked with Shelby for almost 2 years and did the full-service planning with her. She was there from the very beginning and we could not have been any luckier having her as our planner. Shelby is extremely professional, organized, courteous, experienced, has a great eye for design, and is the sweetest human being ever. She made my whole experience as a bride-to-be less stressful and I had zero stress on my wedding day.
On our wedding day, Shelby and Amy were running the day and I was the most relaxed bride. I didn't have to do anything but show up and get married - which is how brides should be. I did not lift a finger, stress about logistics, or coordinate with vendors - everything was taken care of by Shelby.
I was definitely a happy bride and an even happier Mrs - our guests cannot stop complimenting us about how fun, smooth, and beautiful our wedding was - thanks to Shelby!

Austin, Texas. We hired the team for the Event Coordinating & not only did I get emails every month asking me about my wedding planning process, but they also played a big part in my wedding day. From creating a wedding layout and timeline, to running the event according to the timeline. Amy took over as the lead for our wedding & she was not only fun to work with, but kept things moving the entire day! If it weren't for her my guests wouldn't have known what to do during the event. I highly recommend this team to take care of all of your wedding planning needs if you are in the Austin area.

only had a venue booked and was in full panic mode. Shelby quickly put my mind at ease. Her prompt responses and calm demeanor let me know I was in good hands. I was very overwhelmed by the thought of choosing vendors, but Shelby made it so easy and even enjoyable. All of her vendor recommendations were on point! When she sent our design package, I was convinced she had somehow gotten access to my private “wedding ideas” photo album because she absolutely nailed it. About a month out from our wedding, I started stressing because I wasn’t stressed! I felt like I should’ve been, but that speaks to how amazing Shelby is at her job. Our vendors were all wonderful and our whole weekend ran so smoothly. It was perfect and most of that was thanks to Shelby. I am so thankful for Shelby and 100% would recommend her to everyone!
Plan on it ATX was amazing! They helped make the day stress free and fun. Highly recommend!

She has worksheets and planning documents to share to ensure nothing is forgotten. She provided monthly check ins to make sure we stayed on track. At our final walk through, I felt calmed to know she would have it under control. The day of the wedding, it was a joy to see Shelby and know she had it all handled. Amy joined her team prior to our wedding and also was so kind and helpful the day of as she was training. I have confidence she is a great addition to Plan On It ATX. Forever thankful for Shelby and Amy.

ry time I needed a suggestion for a vendor/detail/etc she was very resourceful and communication was prompt. Shelby is extremely personable and organized as well. All of the behind the scenes work she did for us did not go unnoticed! Our day would not have went as smooth as it did without her help.
The day of our wedding ended up having really bad weather (freezing temps, ice, rain, you name it) and Shelby jumped in to help make last minute changes and coordinate them with all of our vendors. Like moving our outdoor ceremony inside and having to rearrange our cocktail hour space. We also found out the night before the wedding that heaters were not provided by the venue in their outdoor tent, so she immediately started reaching out to rental vendors to try and find something.
I highly recommend Shelby for your wedding coordinating and planning needs! Her assistant was also amazing!

I'm still in awe of how much she accomplished while I was able to just sit back and relax on the day of the wedding.
She is incredibly easy to work with, professional, and has a genuine passion for all things wedding. You'd be silly not to work with her!

ng was in order, I honestly didn't do a thing. She was extremely organized, professional, honest, creative, smart and fun! During set up for the wedding, we had a little hiccup when our chargers were not placed on the table, Shelby spoke with the venue coordinators and like magic chargers were being placed on the tables. If there were any problems during our big day, I didn't notice because Shelby was on it. I trust her 100% and recommend her to everyone. She truly was a blessing and without her on our big day, I wound not have been able to do it. If you are wondering who to go with for a coordinator, Plan On It ATX is it! The price was excellent and well worth it. Thank you Shelby for everything you did! Our wedding day was perfect! I hope to work with you in the future again sometimes.

She is very personable and easy to talk to, but most importantly she is detail oriented. We appreciated that Shelby communicated with us regularly the months leading up to our event. And on the wedding day, we felt at ease knowing Shelby was in charge, making sure all of our wedding dreams came to full fruition. The only thing I would have done differently is hire her for the entire wedding process. I highly recommend Plan On It ATX!

She knew that as we got closer to the big day I would be busier and more stressed with work so she kept me on track in advance and provided so much helpful information! I am such a controlling person to the point that delegation does not exist in my vocabulary but I had no problem whatsoever having Shelby take care of our big day. I'm a pretty anxious person so knowing she was taking care of all the logistics, keeping us on time, and making sure everything at the end of the night was taken care of allowed me to focus on enjoying our day and I'm so thankful for her. I CANNOT recommend Shelby more! Do yourself a favor and book with Plan On It ATX!
