From the early planning stages to the final moments of our wedding day, her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail were unmatched. On the day of, her team handled everything flawlessly, allowing us to be fully present and soak in every moment.

pread thin. She has many other business endeavors on the side and it made it difficult for her to give us her undivided attention sometimes. At one point the company was handed off to one of her employees so we got a new planner, that lasted like a month and then we were back to having Julie and then we got swapped yet again to Kelsie. Being bounced around all the time was hard. We were frequently having to catch the person that we were handed off to up on what all had been done while we were in the care of someone else. Once we got handed off to Kelsie permanently, everything was smooth sailing and we absolutely adored her. She was the most attentive, assertive, and organized planner we’d had since working with Plan On It. Kelsie’s background in stage management was a perfect fit for this role! Before having Kelsie, it felt like I was planning this wedding myself which was unfortunate and sometimes frustrating because we paid for a full service planner. It was also difficult having her be based in cinci while we were in the Columbus area. Julie wasnt very familiar with vendors near us so we were often made to travel a lot for short vendor encounters. I wish Julie had challenged herself to get out of her usual network and expand her radius, I think her business would truly benefit from having a wider variety of known vendors in multiple locations. All in all, it was a fine experience made entirely better by our lovely coordinator Kelsie towards the end!

rdable vendors who I would not have been able to find on my own...and they were great! It always felt like she had my best interest in mind and I felt cared for as more than just a client. And this is all before the wedding day. I was assigned Allicia as my day of coordinator. She was AMAZING!! She had the hard conversations with vendors/venues when things weren't perfect for me. She took my vision and made sure it was absolutely perfect. The team made a minute by minute timeline that went off without a hitch. I literally worried about nothing on the day of my wedding. You would be remiss to not hire them for the most important day of your life!

ur group had a lot in common with her too so the conversations blew up and made it such a fun experience! She made sure everything was taken care of the morning of the wedding so I had plenty of time to get ready which relieved a ton of stress for everyone. I was unaware of any issues that occurred until well after they were resolved! A million out of 10 for her.

Amanda, our day of coordinator, was an absolute rock star who did so much to make our not-so-traditional wedding day go off without a hitch. From helping with DIY venue set up, to managing vendors, keeping us on schedule, and helping with tear down at the end of the night, she went above and beyond and really ensured our whole day was special.
