Day as I did not elect to have this for my wedding. We wanted a crew to coordinate the wedding day itself, so that we did not have to. And by golly, I am so glad we did! Things happened when they should and the best kind of the service is the kind you don't see and it just happens! Wedding planning is not for the faint of heart. It seems like a million moving pieces in this modern age. With COVID and the pandemic, this has been challenged even further. I have planned and planned this darn thing since 2018. We met with Samantha way back when to go over our big picture ideas regarding the wedding and bullet points we deemed important to us. She set us up with with a wedding planning software (which was amazing!) and we coordinated through this website to make our way through the planning process. She went with us to the wedding venue and even participated in our casual rehearsal. You get more than what you pay for for the wedding coordination package with this crew! She is there to make your wedding vision come to life. Communicate communicate communicate!! She has a calming presence and truly helped smooth out all the nerves and anxiety throughout our chaotic but amazing day. Our wedding day was everything I dreamed of and more, and Samantha and her team are a large part of it.

fter cancelling a large wedding in the Northeast. I did not want for anything the day of my wedding. Samantha is incredible calm and organized. She was a perfect match for my anxiety! We received so many compliments on how smoothly the wedding went. Not a hair, flower, or decoration was out of place thanks to her and her assistant's hard work! I highly recommend her!

She contacted all my vendors to gather arrival times and to make sure everything was ready for wedding day. She organized the timeline accordingly and I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went on my wedding day. I can honestly say everything went according to plan, and if it didn't, Samantha did a great job with fixing it. Trust me, you NEED a wedding coordinator. I was one of those people who thought I can do it all by myself but these are things you don't want to worry about leading up to/on your wedding day! Highly recommend!!

Her vendor list for floral, DJ etc served us well. The wedding day was flawless due to her expertise! I would not hesitate to recommend Plan Our Day to anyone. I was able to thoroughly enjoy my daughters wedding day because of Samantha. Cannot thank her enough. Her prices are reasonable for all the effort and service she provides. It was money well spent!

Natalie helped me negotiate ALL my contracts, kept everything in order/on time/on schedule, suggested different vendors, or would search for the perfect match, communicated with everyone and SAVED us TONS of money!!! Seriously, GET A PLANNER they help they give is PRICELESS. I literally could go on forever, but just trust me, a wedding planner is a MUST. This company is also the BEST, the owner even offered to help me & go on some interviews with vendors I had in Houston (while my planner in Colorado would call in for everything) just to help make me comfortable with this process. Plan Our Day Houston always goes above and beyond and makes this whole process easy, fun, and treats their clients like family by putting you number one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

On our wedding day, she made sure everything went perfectly, and we had so many compliments from our guests that because everything was so put together and going so smoothly, it was the best wedding they'd ever been to! time and met several wedding planners in person before I decided to hire Samantha. I'm a lawyer with a busy and sometimes unpredictable schedule, so I needed someone I could trust to handle details I didn't have time to pay attention to. I also wanted someone I felt would respect my budget, and Samantha definitely did that. She was wonderful the whole year leading up to the wedding. We met about once a month and she was great at listening to my ideas then keeping me on track so that the wedding didn't become too scatterbrained. When we started meeting with vendors, more than one went out of the way to tell me how wonderful Samantha was and how she would be fantastic keeping the show running day of. Samantha adjusted to however busy I was, so if I wanted to handle conversations with vendors she stayed in the loop, but when I decided I didn't want to/couldn't handle the details anymore she would jump in and get things done. In the weeks leading up to the wedding we talked more frequently and she was a calm and steady presence as I decided whether to rent heaters, tents, fans (yay Houston weather) and generally freaked out about everything getting done. As various industry veterans had told me, Samantha kept the ships running on the day of the wedding. I had no idea when vendors were supposed to arrive or who was bringing what and it was perfect that way. All I had to do was show up at the venue and Samantha took care of everything else. When I walked in I had an issue with some of the decor and Samantha immediately handled it. She got the vendor back to make adjustments and sent me to the bridal suite and told me not to think about it again. The next time I came out, the problem was solved. The night before the wedding I loaded up Samatha's car with all my personal touches and she and her team set everything up the way I would have done it myself. When the wedding was over she packed up all my stuff and made sure my mother-in-law had everything to take back to our house. I can't say enough good things, but the take away is if you hire Samantha you will have the wedding you dreamed of, you will have someone to lean on while you plan that wedding, and then the day your wedding comes you will actually get to enjoy it.

Samantha’s assistants worked tirelessly to get the mud out and because of them, my dress looked perfect when I walked down the aisle. I still have no idea if anything went wrong on my wedding day - Samantha’s team handled it all from start to finish!

She was able to suggest some fabulous vendors that I ended up using and kept me organized throughout the whole process. She made sure that everyone followed the timeline on the day of the wedding. She accounted for everyone (wedding party and vendors) and made sure everything ran smoothly. Most of all she made sure that myself and my husband were taken care of all day and if we needed anything at all, she was there. Her services were also very affordable. I cannot speak highly enough and recommend Plan our Day to everyone!!!

From wrangling the “littles” to wrangling the “bigs” ... and everything in between .... she is awesome. The comradery and respect she provided not only our family, but friends and guests as well, was deeply appreciated ... but the additional “I made it home safely” (it was foggy when we left) was, for this mom, comforting. She is that little someone that you didn’t realize you needed but couldn’t have imagined not having ... and I couldn’t be more grateful. (2 under 2), plus I was in my last semester of nursing school. Samantha helped me through it all more than she’ll ever know. Being huge/pregnant, a 1 year old running around, and in nursing school, I pretty much was a little overwhelmed. Samantha is so sweet, she included my son in every planning aspect, and also helped incorporate ways to include our new baby. I was 3 months postpartum and breastfeeding on my wedding day. I was stress free. I actually was able to enjoy every aspect of that day. She helped keep me on track all day, and most importantly, stay calm lol My husband and I are a great team when it comes to our crazy life, but looking back we both have no clue how we would of made it through that day without Samantha and her team.

went to every vendor meeting with us and even went to some with just my parents when I wasn’t able to go. I was in school and working while planning my wedding and she was so flexible when it came to setting up phone calls in the evenings and was so easy to get in touch with when I had a question or started to stress about things. She not only calmed me down but also took on whatever task I was stressing about. She really feels like a friend throughout this process (I will genuinely miss talking to her so frequently! lol). When it came to the day of, everything was perfect and exactly how I had imagined. If something went wrong I still have no idea and I am so glad that I didn’t have to worry about it! We were at three different locations on the day of the wedding for getting ready, the ceremony and the reception due to getting married at historical sites and Samantha handled the timeline and plan for the day of and it worked out perfectly. She even kept us on track during the reception! She completely set up the reception site too!! I didn’t even see it until our entrance into the reception and it was beautiful! I loved being able to completely relax and trust her on the day of. I was able to focus on hanging out with my girls and taking in all of the small moments instead of focusing on the details of the day. Samantha was the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding process and she will forever be a part of our wedding memories!!

like Samantha forgot this was our wedding her and her team are helping plan not their own. It felt like Samantha just wanted us to use the vendors she knew and not even bother doing the research to help us find the best under our budget. When we did our own research we found many great affordable vendors that were much cheaper than what Samantha was bringing forward with no research. She did have some good vendors do not get me wrong but we could have found them via our venues recommend list. We realized we should have just hired them for day of but even then the day of coordinator from their team did not know our floral or decor details . We often had to correct her on the day of. Also, there were some important details that she forgot to inform us on during the night which made the end of the night very hectic. Thank goodness for our amazing vendors, family and friends that helped. I would not recommend them.

I was nervous about the timeline and if we would have enough time for all the pictures we wanted, but Samantha calmed my fears. The day of our wedding went perfectly. If there were any issues, I didn't know about them! Everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend Plan Our Day to anyone who is looking for a day-of coordinator or full coordinator.

When I arrived at the venue for the big day everything was in place and looked wonderful all due to her hard work and coordination of the vendors. In addition to all of that, she kept me sane during the whole wedding. I knew she was always available to me if I needed to ask a question about schedule and she even helped me keep track of my drink a couple of times! I am eternally grateful for her help and know that our wedding would not have been half as amazing without her.

It really allowed me to get to know her and to feel even more comfortable and calm. She also worked so well with my other vendors and kept the night's events running perfectly smoothly. She has a tremendous work ethic combined with her use of current technology and networking skills allowed us to book our dream venue within weeks. Living in Houston gives her an advantage of knowing all the nuisances of the area. ded to move the wedding up several months. Samantha was more than amenable, and she made everything work! Just TWO MONTHS before the wedding, our venue closed, and it was a June wedding... And wouldn't you know it, Samantha worked amazing magic and found us a venue that was so much better than the first for the exact same price. I don't know what I would have done without her-- she made the whole process easy and (mostly) stress free. When I had a falling out with my maid of honor, she made it work. When all of the vendors had to be alerted to the change of date and venue, she made it work. When my mother wanted to have a surprise performance at my wedding, she made it work. She always made herself available 24/7, and responded to my tons of texts and emails within the hour. She was extraordinarily patient and professional, and saw to every one of our wants and needs for our wedding. In the end, the event was absolutely magical. The only thing we had to do on the day was show up, get dressed, and try not to fall flat on our faces on the dance floor. Everything was so incredibly wonderful and perfect thanks to Samantha. I cannot praise her more highly and would recommend her to everyone!!! You MUST ask for Samantha for your wedding! You will not regret it! We love you, Samantha! I wanted to have another wedding right after just so we could do it all over again. :) We hope you're still doing this in ten years when we renew our vows!
