exible, customizing their package to fit exactly what we needed for the wedding day. We chose day-of coordination because that was what worked best for us, and they exceeded every expectation. If I was not a former wedding consultant, I definitely would have used them for my daughter's entire wedding. Once the day arrived, we could not believe how quickly and seamlessly they jumped in and took care of anything and everything that needed to be done. Their ability to anticipate needs, know exactly what to do, and simply make it happen was truly impressive. Every detail was handled calmly, efficiently, and professionally, allowing us to fully enjoy the day without stress. We absolutely loved having them there and felt so supported from start to finish. Their presence made an enormous difference, and we are beyond grateful for their hard work, organization, and positive energy. We would highly recommend Hannah, and her assistant Barb to anyone looking for exceptional wedding coordination.

needed. We only booked day‑of coordination, but they showed up like they’d been secretly planning the wedding alongside us the whole time. When the big day came, they jumped in and handled everything with such confidence and felt like part of the family! The handled every detail, mini crises before anyone even noticed. They were calm, organized, and somehow everywhere at once. We felt so supported and actually got to be on the dance floor most of the night. Their positive energy made the whole day smoother and honestly more fun! We’re beyond grateful and cannot recommend Hannah and Barb enough. If you want coordinators who truly have your back and make the day feel effortless, they’re your dream team.
