Thank you, Maria!! First of all, when I am not being a bride, I am a Project Manager by profession and come with high organizational expectations. Maria exceeded them all. Her documents, ways of working, timeline genius, and communication with all of my vendors as my "month-out and day-of" coordinator. She made sure to handle all of those things that I thought would keep me up at night. She kept us on schedule even with a large wedding party, helped with setting up decorations, made sure we had food all day, and was just a positive presence in what could have been a stressful day. I couldn't recommend her more for your wedding!

Maria from P2P was truly the best and 100% worth every penny! Besides our venue, P2P was the first vendor we secured through the wedding planning process, and I am so glad that we did! Not only was Maria our day-of coordinator, she accompanied us through our venue walkthrough 2 months out and created a timeline specific to our day and flow of events. She walked through every detail with me on this 2 weeks before our big day to make sure everything was in line. Despite the rain and the challenges that came with that, Maria was there every step of the way and ensured that our day was ran smoothly the entire time. We can't thank her enough!

My wife and I used Maria from Planned 2 Perfection for her month out coordination service. She truly went above and beyond with her services. She helped organize everything and was always there for us as soon as we signed a contract with her. She coordinated perfectly with all of our vendors including fixing a major scheduling issue the week of the wedding.,She made are wedding day a day that my wife, myself and our guests will never forget. As someone who has difficulty with delegating tasks having a month out coordinator was very helpful. She clearly delineated the things she would handle a month out and on the day of which allowed me to be able to step away from those tasks. Additionally, 3 days prior to our wedding, our DJ unexpectedly fell through and Maria helped us find a replacement within our budget within a few hours, which was HUGE. Overall she was easy to work with, well organized, and enthusiastic.

We are so happy we hired Maria for our day of wedding coordinator! From the very beginning, Maria was very responsive to text messages and e-mails. Our wedding day went off without a hitch, and Maria played a huge roll in making sure that happened. She worked closely with the venue staff and vendors and we didn’t have to worry about a thing! We weren’t bothered once all day with questions regarding anything related to the logistics at the venue and Church. Maria also helped keep track of the time and ensured we had a stress free day!

Planned 2 Perfection was an asset on our wedding day this past July 16, 2022. Leading up to our wedding, we had a vision and a lot of the details planned ourselves, but we really wanted someone we trusted to be our day-of coordinator that could carry out our vision while we enjoyed our wedding day. Maria was super friendly and organized from the start, understanding exactly our needs and following our lead. Her awesome assistant Jax was our actual day-of coordinator, but all three of us met a few times before wedding day. I'm sure not many brides and grooms can say this, but truly we had zero stress on our wedding day. I barely looked at my phone all day because I knew Jax was taking care of everything. Additionally, Jax showed up with some goodies of things she remembered that we liked and genuinely made the day feel personalized to us. Above and beyond! Even if you're organized like I am, I highly recommend a day-of coordinator, specifically Planned 2 Perfection, that will help you to make the most of your wedding day!

Maria is simply the best! She is super organized, punctual, thorough, and best of all- extremely easy to work with. Her service and attention to detail were impeccable. She ran such an organized and timely event the day of the wedding, I don't know what we would have done without her!

I can't thank Maria and Sarah enough for their hard work coordinating our wedding day. I was a stressed bride that hired Maria a month out from the wedding for extra help and organization, and I'm so glad I did. She is friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. From setting up calls with each of our vendors, attending the final meetings with us, going over the rehearsal, to bustling my wedding dress that day, she is there for you and truly wants you to have the best day. I highly recommend her for any part of the wedding planning process!

Maria was fantastic to work with! Having her on board for our wedding made the process so much smoother and helped decrease the wedding stress. We had an initial call where she got to know us and our vendors. She immediately introduced herself to them the next day and got everyone on the same page. She was always available for questions; she was extremely organized and was very responsive. The day of she took care of everything and allowed our day to flow smoothly so that we could enjoy the day worry free. We would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding! I thought that having a small and intimate wedding would be easy to plan. We booked an open barn venue, meaning we had freedom of all vendors which was fantastic but I quickly realized I was wrong to think I could do it alone and soon found Maria through another planner's recommendation. Maria was very easy to work with and helped me find a plan what worked best for our venue and budget. She was able to blend all my ideas and create our dream wedding. She was very professional as my day of coordinator throughout the entire process. She did more than what was expected of her. She helped us in a huge way during set up, ceremony and with our cake and decor. Everything that I was unable to complete myself by the morning of the wedding, Maria just waived her magic wand and all was a taken care of by the time guests arrived. So many people complimented how natural and seamless our wedding day was was from start to finish. Maria worked behind the scenes and made that happen. Our wedding was practically perfect and I owe a huge thanks to the one woman band Maria at Planned 2 Perfection!!! No matter how big or small I think this woman could do it all.

Maria was amazing to work with for our wedding. Anyone who is planning a wedding that is not in a traditional venue will quickly find themselves overwhelmed by all the details and moving parts of your wedding. This is why what Maria does is such a valuable service. She conducted herself with the utmost professionalism and kept us on schedule the entire day. As the bride and groom, our needs were completely met. She brought us food and drink when necessary, and made sure all of the details were taken care of. Maria was a life saver and godsend for us in planning and executing the wedding we wanted on 9/9/2017. She was able to hit the ground running and take all that I had already done in planning, take over and communicate with vendors and provide ideas that improved our wedding tremendously.
