Maria is absolutely fantastic!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I cannot say enough good things about her and how easy she made the planning process for our wedding.

he start of planning, my husband and I had virtually no idea of what we wanted or what we were doing. Maria helped form and bring our vision to life. We live in a different state, and she was extremely accommodating of meeting with us virtually with our crazy schedules. She helped put together so many things for our wedding, like signage and bathroom baskets. She also had an amazing planning checklist that helped us a lot with planning. Pretty much anything we needed, Maria had already thought of it and done it. She helped us with things we never would have even thought of.
During the entire wedding weekend, Maria was there. My husband and I did not have to stress about a single thing other than getting married to each other and having the greatest day of our lives. For example, my husband and I were in two separate getting-ready rooms on opposite sides of the venue, and she checked in, helped, and kept us and the vendors on schedule for both me and my husband.
I can’t imagine planning a wedding without her. Thank you so much Maria for everything!! We highly recommend working with Maria when it comes to planning your wedding.
We are still on cloud nine from our amazing wedding day and wanted to thank Maria for all of her amazing help. It would not have happened without her.

ith everything, from keeping everything on schedule to making sure everyone was where they needed to be and all the others tasks that she did that day (which was more than I’m sure we even know), she made our perfect day a reality. Our friends and family continually told us how amazing she was and how much behind the scenes work she was doing to make sure that everything ran smoothly.
We are so appreciative of Maria running the day like an orchestra conductor. It was a dream being able to soak up every second because we knew that Maria was on top of every detail.
It was such a pleasure working with Maria leading up to our wedding. We knew from early on that with her, everything was going to be great. Answering all of our many, many questions with poise and insight was more comforting than we can hope to detail here. Her creation and maintenance of timelines, organization on our day and keeping every little detail in order made sure that everything was perfect!
It was absolutely wonderful working with her and we could not recommend her more highly :)
Maria did an INCREDIBLE job as a planner for our wedding!! Her attention to detail, fast communication, and warm and welcoming demeanor helped make the wedding planning experience ...
as stress-free as possible. I felt like Maria was very on top of everything and super detail oriented, which made me feel at ease during the wedding planning process. She took a lot of time to talk with us about all of the details for our day and was always available to answer questions and help out wherever was needed. On the day of the wedding, she was especially good at coordinating, implementing my vision, and making sure everything went to plan. I was especially impressed with Maria because she had a lot to handle at our venue. We brought our own catering, ceremony chairs, full kitchen equipment, alcohol and bar equipment, decorations, and tablescape rentals and Maria helped to coordinate everything. She even went above and beyond and used her car to help transport my bridal party around the property as we were taking photos. She was so kind and easy to work with, and I would absolutely recommend Maria to anyone who is looking for a fantastic wedding planner at an affordable price!

ments, ways of working, timeline genius, and communication with all of my vendors as my "month-out and day-of" coordinator. She made sure to handle all of those things that I thought would keep me up at night. She kept us on schedule even with a large wedding party, helped with setting up decorations, made sure we had food all day, and was just a positive presence in what could have been a stressful day. I couldn't recommend her more for your wedding!
Maria from P2P was truly the best and 100% worth every penny! Besides our venue, P2P was the first vendor we secured through the wedding planning process, and I am so glad that we ...
did! Not only was Maria our day-of coordinator, she accompanied us through our venue walkthrough 2 months out and created a timeline specific to our day and flow of events. She walked through every detail with me on this 2 weeks before our big day to make sure everything was in line. Despite the rain and the challenges that came with that, Maria was there every step of the way and ensured that our day was ran smoothly the entire time. We can't thank her enough!

Additionally, 3 days prior to our wedding, our DJ unexpectedly fell through and Maria helped us find a replacement within our budget within a few hours, which was HUGE.
Overall she was easy to work with, well organized, and enthusiastic.

t a hitch, and Maria played a huge roll in making sure that happened. She worked closely with the venue staff and vendors and we didn’t have to worry about a thing! We weren’t bothered once all day with questions regarding anything related to the logistics at the venue and Church. Maria also helped keep track of the time and ensured we had a stress free day!
Maria was a great day of coordinator. She kept the timeline on track and helped to coordinate all of our vendors. She was very helpful during the rehearsal and very efficient!

anted someone we trusted to be our day-of coordinator that could carry out our vision while we enjoyed our wedding day. Maria was super friendly and organized from the start, understanding exactly our needs and following our lead. Her awesome assistant Jax was our actual day-of coordinator, but all three of us met a few times before wedding day. I'm sure not many brides and grooms can say this, but truly we had zero stress on our wedding day. I barely looked at my phone all day because I knew Jax was taking care of everything. Additionally, Jax showed up with some goodies of things she remembered that we liked and genuinely made the day feel personalized to us. Above and beyond! Even if you're organized like I am, I highly recommend a day-of coordinator, specifically Planned 2 Perfection, that will help you to make the most of your wedding day!

ized I was wrong to think I could do it alone and soon found Maria through another planner's recommendation. Maria was very easy to work with and helped me find a plan what worked best for our venue and budget. She was able to blend all my ideas and create our dream wedding. She was very professional as my day of coordinator throughout the entire process. She did more than what was expected of her. She helped us in a huge way during set up, ceremony and with our cake and decor. Everything that I was unable to complete myself by the morning of the wedding, Maria just waived her magic wand and all was a taken care of by the time guests arrived.
So many people complimented how natural and seamless our wedding day was was from start to finish. Maria worked behind the scenes and made that happen. Our wedding was practically perfect and I owe a huge thanks to the one woman band Maria at Planned 2 Perfection!!! No matter how big or small I think this woman could do it all.

moving parts of your wedding. This is why what Maria does is such a valuable service. She conducted herself with the utmost professionalism and kept us on schedule the entire day. As the bride and groom, our needs were completely met. She brought us food and drink when necessary, and made sure all of the details were taken care of. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a day-of planner.
