ith everything, from keeping everything on schedule to making sure everyone was where they needed to be and all the others tasks that she did that day (which was more than I’m sure we even know), she made our perfect day a reality. Our friends and family continually told us how amazing she was and how much behind the scenes work she was doing to make sure that everything ran smoothly.
We are so appreciative of Maria running the day like an orchestra conductor. It was a dream being able to soak up every second because we knew that Maria was on top of every detail.
It was such a pleasure working with Maria leading up to our wedding. We knew from early on that with her, everything was going to be great. Answering all of our many, many questions with poise and insight was more comforting than we can hope to detail here. Her creation and maintenance of timelines, organization on our day and keeping every little detail in order made sure that everything was perfect!

She took a lot of time to talk with us about all of the details for our day and was always available to answer questions and help out wherever was needed. On the day of the wedding, she was especially good at coordinating, implementing my vision, and making sure everything went to plan. I was especially impressed with Maria because she had a lot to handle at our venue. We brought our own catering, ceremony chairs, full kitchen equipment, alcohol and bar equipment, decorations, and tablescape rentals and Maria helped to coordinate everything. She even went above and beyond and used her car to help transport my bridal party around the property as we were taking photos. She was so kind and easy to work with, and I would absolutely recommend Maria to anyone who is looking for a fantastic wedding planner at an affordable price!

She made sure to handle all of those things that I thought would keep me up at night. Maria was super friendly and organized from the start, understanding exactly our needs and following our lead. Her awesome assistant Jax was our actual day-of coordinator, but all three of us met a few times before wedding day. I'm sure not many brides and grooms can say this, but truly we had zero stress on our wedding day. I barely looked at my phone all day because I knew Jax was taking care of everything.
