My name is Serena Jane, and I am the owner and coordinator of Planned by Jane. I was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona and I want to help couples have a stress-free, magical day. I served in the US Army for 7.5 years and I bring all the skills I learned in the service with me to execute your perfect day, whatever that may look like. My time in the military gave me the tools to plan and bring together an event and the romantic in me loves to see couples celebrate. I love LOVE and all the beautiful celebrations, big or small, that come with it.

Serena was truly a jack of all trades for our wedding, from setting up decor, queuing playlists, and operating the bubble gun for our grand exit. Her planning skills were also impeccable, no stone was left unturned, and the timeline she made got compliments from our other vendors for how thorough it was. I personally didn't have a lot of hard opinions when it came to the wedding, and Serena helped walk me through the different options and really helped pull all the small details together that I hadn't even thought about. She even saved the day when I had forgotten my bouquet at our Airbnb 30 minutes before I was supposed to walk down the aisle, somehow making it through all the traffic. Overall, she was so helpful and allowed for everything to go smoothly- we definitely asked a lot of her and she exceeded any of our expectations.

Serena was our wedding day coordinator for our wedding on 1/20/25. I seriously could not recommend her enough! She took care of anything I asked of her (which by the end was most decisions because I was brain dead!) and she took it with stride. She did such an amazing job helping to make the day go by smoothly so that I could just enjoy my wedding day and not worry that anything was going to go wrong! If you need a wedding planner I seriously could not recommend Serena enough!!

Serena was a fantastic addition to our wedding planning. We asked her at the last minute for help (the day right before the wedding), but she stepped right in, and everything went smoothly and she basically saved the day for us. From floral and table placements to hanging fairy lights to ensuring benches were dry after a day full of rain for the ceremony, wrangling my absolute chaotic family, and the wedding party for the procession and grand entrance, she managed all that and more. My photos won't upload so I can't show her beautiful work. But I couldn’t have asked for a better day-of coordinator!
