My sister even asked at our wedding if she could hire Stephanie to be her personal assistant (as a joke... but maybe a little bit serious lol). My husband and I loved that we could relax and didn't have to think about logistics at all on our wedding day, because we knew Stephanie had it all under control, and that also allowed our family members to enjoy the day too. She's just a great person and fun to be around. Several months later, we still talk about how amazing Stephanie is! I'd absolutely hire her again.

Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She helped with the timeline, created the floor plan, and managed all the vendor contacts. She even came to vendor meetings with me when needed, which was such a relief. On the wedding day, Stephanie and her team handled all the setup and breakdown, so my family and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her experience and professionalism really showed, and she made me feel so calm during a stressful time. If you need a wedding coordinator who is experienced, professional, and genuinely cares about making your day perfect, Stephanie is the one. I’m so grateful for everything she did to make my wedding day unforgettable. Her price point is also impossible to beat.

was amazing with me and my family. She put out so many small little fires the day of my wedding and was such a blessing to have around. She even fixed the ceremony flowers when they broke during me and my husband’s first look. I didn’t worry about a thing because I knew Stephanie had it covered! If you’re questioning if you need a wedding planner or coordinator… you definitely need Stephanie! We had so much peace of mind on our wedding day knowing Stephanie had everything covered☺️

pt us on track with budget and payments and brought samples for us to view when we had a hard time deciding on details. She was always a text or an email away and she made our wedding seamless! We had a few vendors fall through a few months out and she quickly scheduled us with new ones and found us the right florist at the last minute. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and our families got to be with us the whole time instead of running around managing everything. She managed all the set up, tear down, timings and vendors on the day of so I didn’t have to do much except enjoy. Plus she is just a lovely person and we enjoyed spending time with her. We highly recommend her!

thinking we were in the home stretch when we were hit with another COVID hurdle. Stephanie was so supportive, encouraging, and optimistic. On our wedding day she seamlessly directed everything behind the scenes, and our wedding stayed right on track. She set up our entire reception venue, prepared the tables just the way we had hoped. She met our vendors, got our cake prepared, ordered lunches, everything. I didn’t even realize how many awesome things she did for us until I came home after the wedding to find all the snacks I set out for my bridesmaids packed away in ziplock, in the fridge, and the plates/trays rinsed and in the sink. Stephanie, thank you so much. Mark and I were so happy to have you as part of our team. To all future brides and grooms, definitely book with Stephanie!

that I had in my planning process. We were able to have an initial meeting and then a meeting two weeks before the wedding to go over any last minute details. It was so amazing to have her there at the rehearsal to help tell all of us what to do and where to stand and just the flow of how things would go. I could not imagine Saturday going as perfect as it had without her being there. She actually went and picked up my flowers and brought them to the venue (which was so amazing) Saturday morning she brought the girls lunch while we were getting ready and then began the process of decorating for the ceremony and reception. She set out all of the tablecloths, centerpieces, floral arrangements, and decorated everything by herself. It looked amazing! Not to mention she periodically came up to the house and checked on me and all of the girls letting us know how we were on time and to ask if we needed anything. There was no point where I felt stressed about anything. Right after the ceremony ended and we had pictures taken she was right there to ask if I needed anything and if I wanted to change out of my heels and more importantly if I needed a drink! Throughout the reception she worked side by side with all of the other vendors making sure we were good on time and that everything was flowing well. As the night went on she helped to keep tables clear and once the night was over helped to clean everything up. I couldn’t imagine my wedding day without Stephanie being there. She was so much help and I would recommend her to everyone!

I cannot express how grateful I am for her and I would wholeheartedly recommend Stephanie to anyone who is looking for assistance in planning their wedding. Stephanie's personality is so well suited for this role. She is exceptionally calm and even-keeled, and helped to ease stressful situations seemingly effortlessly. She often handled stressful situations, or coordination, with our vendors without us even knowing! She is also extremely responsive and always provided me with updates - often, before I even asked for them! Our wedding went off without a hitch in large part due to Stephanie's excellent coordination and organization. She is also very well respected in the community by wedding vendors. All of my vendors had heard of Stephanie and I could tell by their interactions that they respected her and appreciated her. This is extremely helpful, as Stephanie was often the main conduit between us and our vendors. This was also evident in the recommendations that Stephanie gave us (i.e. a company to rent chargers from, linen rentals, etc). She knows her stuff and recommends quality items. She is available to help at any time of day and is always prepared with a solution. She is willing to go above and beyond (i.e. she checked me into my hotel room on the night of the wedding with my bags, she created and delivered our welcome bags to our hotel block, she bought snacks/lunch for the wedding party on the day of the wedding...the list could go on and on!). She exceeds the typical job description of a wedding coordinator. My mother-in-law also hired Stephanie for the Rehearsal Dinner and had nothing but compliments for her. She was impressed by Stephanie's organization and effectiveness and appreciated how she was proactive in addressing potential risks or issues. I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful she made our wedding. We keep talking about how perfect everything was and it was because of Stephanie! I don't know what we would have done without her. She is truly PHENOMENAL and you won't regret working with her!!

e instead of a pleasure. I had no idea where to start, so I called a few event planners in the area and was referred to Planned Perfection Events by another planner that was unavailable for our date. I was told, “If Stephanie is available, book her immediately! She is fabulous!” How right they were. From the first conversation I had with Stephanie, I knew we were in great hands. We met with Stephanie about a month before our wedding and went through every single detail. Throughout the whole meeting, I never felt hurried or rushed and it was clear that she really wanted to understand what was important to us. We’re pretty non-traditional as far as weddings are concerned, so we took much of the focus off of us and spent our energy ensuring that our family and friends felt welcome, loved and appreciated for traveling to Louisville to spend the weekend with us. She immediately embraced our vision as if it was her own and took on a significant portion of the work involved. From the moment she said she would handle something, I knew I didn’t have to worry about it and I got to spend my time doing all the fun stuff! When Stephanie says she loves a party, she’s not kidding. You can literally see the excitement on her face! She treats every decision as if she were making it for herself and she takes a great amount of pride in what she does. I like to think I was a pretty relaxed bride, but I’ll admit I’m a perfectionist and I definitely had a few moments. However, Stephanie has this way about her that is so calming and, because of her, our day turned out even better than we ever imagined. She’s professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring, passionate and incredibly poised. Not only is she a wonderful planner, she’s a wonderful person. Consider yourself lucky if you ever have the pleasure of working with her. I can’t wait for our next big event; we’ll definitely be doing it in Louisville just so we can have Stephanie plan it!!
