Stacey is an extremely organized and effective wedding planner, and she always goes to bat for her brides. We had begun planning our wedding with a different wedding planner, but about 6 months in it became clear that he just could not handle the job. So we were stuck with a wedding that was behind schedule, and Stacey was able to step in and take over every annoying aspect that we had been wrestling with for the past 6 months on our own. From the moment we hired Stacey onward we were able to relax and actually enjoy the wedding planning experience. Stacey is also great because she won't lie to you or just be a "yes" woman; she'll actually make sure you understand the full implications (either cost or otherwise) of decisions you're making, and really push back and make sure you're getting exactly what you what, not just what sounds good on paper. She definitely veered us away from some decisions that would have been bad in retrospect, but she was never overbearing. Even a couple of times when I absolutely refused to follow her advice, she was happy to give us what we wanted. She's always got her brides' best interests at heart. She has also been doing this for long enough that she knows all the pitfalls to look out for, and all of the best ways to save some money here or there. She is a fantastic planner and I would highly recommend her for any event.

I was absolutely blown away by the elevated execution and attention to detail from the church to the reception at Trump National Country Club in Bedminster, NJ. Also, I was extremely impressed that Stacey was present at the bridal shower and the entire day of wedding to ensure that every detail was executed flawlessly allowing my friend to relax and enjoy every moment of her special day. Stacey Levy is a life saver. She efficiently and seamlessly coordinated my daughter's engagement party for 100 people. From the food,flowers,rentals to execution was flawless. Next up is a wedding for 200+. Stacey has been there for us every step of the way and we have no doubt the wedding will be fantastic! My wife and I were married last Dec. Stacey was wonderful for day-of coordination and very helpful and professional. At our first meeting we went over top level details and she told me which of my ideas were really feasible and which were not in the wedding timeline. It was great to have the perspective of someone who actually knows so realistic expectations can be set early on. At our second meeting she came to the venue with us for a walkthrough and talk with our venue coordinator on all our special touches and requests. When the wedding day came she was indispensable to getting everyone where they needed to be when they needed to be there. She helped me manage my stress and didn't waver for mini bridal meltdowns (even if they were only on the inside). I would definitely recommend Planned to Perfection for any NYC or tri-state wedding.

I highly recommend Stacey Levy, Planned to Perfection. Stacey helped us plan our October wedding for 250 people in Manhattan. The wedding was amazing and we couldn’t have done it without her. My husband and I knew we didn’t want a long engagement, and with full time jobs we knew we couldn’t plan the wedding alone. We contacted Stacey and found her professional and very experienced. She set up appointments with venues and attended them with us. She negotiated with venues and was able to get us a great rate on the one we liked, a venue that would be otherwise out of our budget. She then set up appointments with other vendors (invitations, decorators, photographers, cake, band) and attended those appointments with us, providing guidance from her many years of experience. We chose to use the vendors she recommended, and were so happy with all of them. On the day of the wedding Stacey’s help was invaluable. She managed all the vendors, making sure everything was perfect for our wedding. I didn’t realize at the time but there were a lot of issues on the day of the wedding because there was an awful snowstorm-our officiant was stuck in New Jersey, our band lost power, etc. Stacey handled each of these issues and many more and did not involve myself or my husband as she knew we were so nervous on our wedding day! She also handled complicated family issues very well. I honestly think our wedding would not have been, as many of our guests said “the best wedding they have ever attended” without Stacey’s help and can confidently recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

I had always wanted to hire a wedding planner, I have a busy work life so I knew I would not be able to pull everything off on my own. When we decided to have our destination wedding in Manhattan (and we live in Pittsburgh), I found Stacey through TheKnot.com. From the first moment I met her to the very last second of my wedding evening I am so thankful I had Stacey with me every step of the way. She made the whole process so easy and relaxing. She had amazing ideas and ways to take our dreams and turn them into reality. When we needed to make some adjustments due to our budget, she did not bat an eye and found several alternatives. She knows the wedding circuit and vendors and introduced us to some amazing vendors that made our big day perfect! My husband was originally skeptical about hiring a wedding planner for such a small wedding (we had 25 guests in the end), but after the wedding he said that he could not imagine planning our wedding without Stacey. First of all, she is lovely to work with, very pleasant and sweet, responsive, accommodating and flexible, and patient with a very inexperienced bride that I was. Second, she is very punctual, organized and detail oriented, and her taste is fabulous. Every vendor she recommended was superb! Invitations, flowers, photographer, cake, makeup - I cannot imagine choosing anyone more qualified than the people Stacey recommended. The best thing a bride can do is trust Stacey! Finally, Stacey will not rest until she finds something you absolutely love. She drove with me for 12 hours on a Saturday (the only day I could do it) to find the venue for my wedding, and the first place we visited was the most beautiful, romantic, perfect venue I could have dreamed of. This perfect place was unfortunately out of my budget, but, because I loved the place so much, Stacey (probably using her magical powers) negotiated an absolutely great deal, so that I could have my perfect wedding! Everything she arranged was done with perfection! I can truly say that my wedding day was the happiest day of my life thanks to Stacey's tireless efforts and hard work.

I have to say that my wedding had to be one of my most beautiful and most happy days ever. My husband and I had not originally intended to hire a wedding planner. We figured we can handle this on our one, how difficult could it really be??
