About this vendor
Hello, sweet couple, and congratulations on your engagement and upcoming wedding! We have served Evansville, Newburgh, Indiana, Owensboro, KY, and nearby areas for TWO decades.
This is such an exciting time for you, but it can also be overwhelming. Some of our couples are super organized and love planning, but life (work, grad school, 28 other responsibilities) keeps them from finding the time to invest in the legwork and the gazillion wedding tasks that need to be accomplished. It’s okay; we totally get that. There are just only so many hours during the day to get everything done.
That’s why you need us. We want to be your collaborative creative partner and an advocate for you. We’ll give you the peace of mind that you are securing the best event professional team and aesthetic for your celebration. But more than that, we will help tell your unique story and set up the best possible moments because those are the memories that are treasured and remembered forever.

I can't imagine how much MORE I would've had to do, had I not invested in the month-of wedding coordination package that Planning...Forever offers. While Saundra (owner) did not he...
lp the day of my actual wedding, she was always just an email or phone call away during the planning process. Kerry, who DID coordinate my wedding, was fabulous. Saundra even gave Kerry two assistants to make sure all of our DIY elements were executed flawlessly. Kerry was calm and collected the entire time, and if there were any hiccups, I knew nothing of them. She made sure we were hydrated, fed, and relaxed the whole day. Everything went off without a hitch. A coordinator may fall on the back burner of your budget, but if you can trim in other places and splurge on it, it is SO worth the money. Highly recommended!
Saundra went above and beyond!!!

we needed. My day went so smooth that I didn't even realize what all had been done until I was walking down the aisle. It was perfect!
good.
Owner Saundra Hadley and her planning team were completely invaluable to planning our wedding in New Harmony, IN. Not only is she creative and fun, but she is also very organized ...
and knows how to get the job done! She took care of all the minor details that no bride wants to think about on her wedding day and my husband and I TRULY felt like guests at our own wedding! Oh yeah, she also has the BEST collection of Chuck Taylors ever!
