After, I said yes in July 2015, Amarae was one of my first calls after sharing the news with a few family and friends. Plan Perfectly kept us organized, was always a phone call away, and eloquently executed our big day. Shortly thereafter, we started with our wedding inspiration consult. Amarae took us through a set of questions, emphasizing our shared desires. At the end of the conversation, our top 3 wedding day descriptive requirements were Simple, Elegant, and Memorable! During our planning process we considered a destination wedding, cruise wedding and finally decided on an intimate Florida-based event. By providing detailed budget consultations, Amarae strategically planned out all expenses and assisted in finalizing our prospective budget. Plan Perfectly’s expertise helped us to evaluate our desires in relation to our budget constraints and find a perfect fit. Amarae listened, took notes, and remained supportive as we explored several different settings, price points, and guest lists. Amarae assisted with it all! She recommended travel agents, coordinated logistics with wedding vendors, set up appointments for dress fittings, assisted with color scheme decisions, emailed vision boards for inspiration, and recommended wedding websites to visit and wedding events to attend. Quite honestly, Plan Perfectly did whatever it took to create an event that was true to our desires. Amarae eloquently delivered a Simple and Elegant wedding with Class and Sass! The company kept track of everything by providing us with a timeline and deadlines. Amarae worked her magic and everything fell into place. Plan Perfectly recommended and booked all vendor consultations to include wedding officiant, makeup artist, florist, tuxedo and dress purchases. She organized all of our vendor contracts and kept track of when payments were due. The wedding week consisted of daily check-in calls and ironing out last minute details. All of our vendors received a detailed wedding day timeline. Everything flowed smoothly from start to finish. The day of was absolutely stress free. Everything was PLANNED PERFECTLY! I can’t imagine the process of creating this perfect wedding experience without the help of Plan Perfectly.
