The planning process was so smooth all thanks to Caitlynn!  The day of our wedding Caitlynn and her assistant Brianna got to the venue and started coordinating decor and all of our vendors. They worked seamlessly with our venue to make sure my vision came to life. I don’t think I fielded one vendor question all day which was exactly why I wanted a planner in the first place. Caitlynn was there every step of the way making sure we had everything we needed and were sticking to the schedule. The day felt so smooth and not rushed at all.  I 100% recommend booking an assistant too. Having Bri there was a huge help and she’s a master at decor. I bought a bunch of random stuff for our sweetheart table and with very little direction Bri was able to make it look better than I ever imagined.  Caitlynn and Bri truly went above and beyond and even helped watch my matron of honor’s kids (2 year old and 5 month old) while we took photos or were doing other things since their dad was also our officiant and a groomsman. I know that helped a lot with the parent’s stress levels and they were able to enjoy the day too.  If you’re thinking about booking do it!!

and you would have thought she’d been involved from day one. Her packages are extremely reasonable for the service she provides. Her character also stood out as she was the only coordinator we reached out to that led with empathy for our situation and didn’t price gouge with “rush fees” for the tight timeline. Within 48 hours she was not only completely up to speed but had recommendations and considerations that ended up being critical to our day running smoothly. Caitlynn is the calm in the storm, was somehow everywhere at once, and we were able to just enjoy our day knowing she had everything handled. I can’t recommend her enough and I’m so grateful that she was able to be a part of our day!

We had some ups and downs with our event, Caitlyn was always ready to help however she could, making me feel like she would drop anything and everything to be available for whatever we needed. Caitlynn is an angel. Now, let’s talk about Liz. The day of our wedding, we were scheduled to work with Liz. If you think Caitlyn is a sweetheart, wait until you meet Liz. She was also part of quite a few meetings and met with us at our venue a few times prior to our wedding. Our wedding day would not have ran nearly as smoothly as it did if we didn’t have Liz there with us that day. She was prepared for anything and everything, and never once made us feel like we were a burden. Our bridal party, families, my husband and I all can collectively agree that we feel like Liz was a part of our lives for our entire life. She is so easy to get along. Not to mention, she’s also great with getting content for us with an album of it all shared with us the very next day. From running back and forth between our rooms while we were getting ready, to spending time with our niece keeping her calm during our ceremony, Liz was AMAZING.  My husband and I can’t thank Caitlyn and Liz enough for everything they did for us for our wedding.  HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

She was everywhere at once; managing vendors, checking in on us, making sure every setup detail matched our vision, and smoothing out anything that came up before anyone even noticed. She spoke up when she saw ways to make things easier or more beautiful, and I completely trusted her judgment. Because of her, I was able to be fully present and enjoy every single moment of the day without worrying about a thing. My husband was confused and skeptical about hiring a day of coordinator but the day of our wedding he mentioned multiple times how amazing Caitlynn is and that she was a great investment in our wedding. We can honestly say that we don’t know what we would’ve done without her. If you’re even considering hiring Caitlynn, do it. She is everything you could ever want in a day-of coordinator; organized, thoughtful, confident, and truly invested in her couples. Thanks to her, our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. I’ll always be so grateful for everything she did to make it so special.

We felt so together leading up to our Big Day and like we didn’t have any missing pieces. When our Day came, Caitlynn was there above and beyond what we even imagined. Our church ceremony ran late, and Caitlynn helped to coordinate our shuttle to wait for our guests and still kept our timeline. There were so many little things throughout the day that we didn’t have to worry about at all because we knew Caitlynn had it all handled. Our day was absolutely perfect and everything went so smooth, and we owe so much of that to Caitlynn!!

She was so organized, attentive and had everyone in line (even the groomsman). Many people came up to us after saying she was amazing. Truly one of the best decisions we made was hiring her for day of coordination. You wont regret it!
