From the moment I booked her, she immediately stood out because of how organized and proactive she was. Even before our official three-month contract began, she reached out multiple times just to check in, answer questions, and help me feel prepared. It meant so much to me during a time that felt so overwhelming. As the wedding got closer, Caitlynn made everything feel manageable. She stayed on top of every single detail, kept me calm and confident, and made sure that all of our vendors were in sync. She didn’t just “do her job”  she genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect for us. She even reminded me of things I had forgotten about or just not even thought about. You can tell she truly loves what she does and takes so much pride in helping couples enjoy their day. On the day of our wedding, Caitlynn was an absolute rock star. She was everywhere at once; managing vendors, checking in on us, making sure every setup detail matched our vision, and smoothing out anything that came up before anyone even noticed. She spoke up when she saw ways to make things easier or more beautiful, and I completely trusted her judgment. Because of her, I was able to be fully present and enjoy every single moment of the day without worrying about a thing. My husband was confused and skeptical about hiring a day of coordinator but the day of our wedding he mentioned multiple times how amazing Caitlynn is and that she was a great investment in our wedding. We can honestly say that we don’t know what we would’ve done without her. If you’re even considering hiring Caitlynn, do it. She is everything you could ever want in a day-of coordinator; organized, thoughtful, confident, and truly invested in her couples. Thanks to her, our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. I’ll always be so grateful for everything she did to make it so special.

Caitlynn was amazing to work with! We had a backyard wedding, and I was worried about so many things that could go wrong. From the initial meeting I knew I could trust her, she understood my vision for the day and made sure everything was perfect. She went above and beyond my expectations and helped me not only during the planning process, keeping us on track and planning every little detail, but also executing our vision making our day perfect. She communicated with vendors, kept track of timeline, pictures, and all the things needed for the day of. Caitlynn had everything handled and I did not have to worry about one thing during our wedding day. I cannot thank Caitlynn enough for everything she has done for us. She made sure the day was perfect, and I could not have done that without her! We were lucky enough to have both Caitlynn and Taylor at our wedding and cannot thank them enough! They were not only organized and kept everything running smoothly, but also are so kind and amazing to work with! I highly recommend Caitlynn and her team!

We cannot thank Caitlynn enough!! We started planning our wedding and realized that we would need someone trustworthy to take care of all our needs, and when we found Caitlynn we knew she was perfect. She called us so much more than just the month of, and was always there to help keep us on track! We felt so together leading up to our Big Day and like we didn’t have any missing pieces. When our Day came, Caitlynn was there above and beyond what we even imagined. Our church ceremony ran late, and Caitlynn helped to coordinate our shuttle to wait for our guests and still kept our timeline. There were so many little things throughout the day that we didn’t have to worry about at all because we knew Caitlynn had it all handled. Our day was absolutely perfect and everything went so smooth, and we owe so much of that to Caitlynn!!

Caitlynn was the absolute best! We did a backyard wedding and brought in everything ourselves. We used her for the partial planning packages. She was able to make sure we didn’t miss anything and that we were able to execute every personalized detail we wanted to include in our special day. We can’t thank her enough!
