d up a picture frame went to the counter and stood there again. Still no acknowledgement. I wanted to purchase Pandora items and sorority items but not one employee spoke to me or offered to assist me with the Pandora. I placed the frame back where I found it and left the store. There was one other customer at the counter and the employees were all just talking to each other and the other lady. I hope she purchased a lot because you just lost a $500 sale. Customer service is a big deal and this store needs some intense training in customer service.
