to respond to my phone calls and emails, and I could tell that she really wanted to make my wedding perfect. Through a few different changes in times and ceremony, she was always flexible and helpful. She went over every detail with us, making sure that we had everything we wanted and needed, and steered us away from unnecessary extras. She was present all night and made sure that everything was just as we wanted. The venue is beautiful, Shannon is amazing, and the prices were very fair. I love and highly recommend Plantation Preserve!

I got so many compliments of the venue and food. I can't wait to go back on our anniversary for brunch one day! Highly recommend this venue. I was concerned that max. capcity was 150. The saff worked to make the space look presentable even thought they had to use long and round table. The chef also went above and beyond creating a unique menu w/ a carribean style flavor.
