My husband's parents had been long-time customers of Plata y Oro. He knew he wanted to custom-make my engagement ring, and they worked wonderfully with him every step of the way! When it came to buy wedding bands, they custom fitted the band I ...wanted and ordered the specific rings he was interested in. We were traveling from out of town, and they always tried to work us in if/when we'd be in town! I think they are on the pricier side, but you absolutely are paying for the amazing quality that you receive. Would definitely recommend!
