ood that was served cold., appetizer which the called a deconstructed crab cake was served on a platter in plastic teaspoons. There was not enough food and the way it was set up like a highschool cafeteria. They left behind a pile of trash., that was supposed to be cleaned. I come to find out that my now daughter in law has to chase one of the owners down the last month. They had another wedding that looked amazing. We now know where our children's money went. We have chefs in our family that are real chefs nur just people that call themselves chef because of Instagram. I have reached out several times for the owners to rectify this with no answer back. Evidently not real business owners. Next step BBB. I just don't want to see another young couple taken like this. Update from reply. I've tried calling you prior to this and you gave no response this is the only platform you are answering me on. The tips were given to the staff there because that is the respectful thing to do at a wedding it doesn't mean the service was good. Also, just because you have certificate from an instution doesn't mean the person is credible or good. The crab cake deconstructed was literally watery mayonnaise on a spoon with crab. There was no crostoni bar. They were left on plates the tomatoes were cut huge. The schaffers looked like a school cafeteria there was no decorations what so ever only the venu that decorated. The pasta had sauce it was all absorbed there was no additional sauce on the side there was no cheese on the side. and you're right $10,950.00 which is more than enough money for low quality production and a CIA graduate would know that. Once I have pictures I'll be happy to share the set up on here, but who knows because it was so low quality no one even has pictures. Also, the venue was the one that set up the display because they felt bad at how mediocre it was. We didn't ask for that to be done and you would have known that if you were there. You aren't truly sorry because if you were you would have called me back so we could have discussed this. The irony of this is i'm never one to even go this far, but I truly don't want another couple to experience this. So disappointed with this business. I should have listened to the person who left the 3 star review prior but gave you the benefit of the doubt. There was a bigger event and this wedding food service suffered because of this. Picture is of the pasta with barely any marinara sauce and the alfredo was non existent when you see the picture it looks like buttered noodles. and that wasn't short rib the meat was either chuck or eye round with no au jus or demi glaze which is classic which a CIA would know goes with short rib

d my at the time fiancee started looking into flowers, decorations, and catering. We started getting recommendations for people from the venue host, family and friends, etc. each one falling short due to availability, options, etc. then we found our holy grail. When a catering company that was busy that weekend recommended us to these amazing people. I was blown away with how things unfolded and I highly recommend this catering for anybody who can get them. Firstly, very responsive, very respectful, and very mindful to the stress already going through our heads. Secondly, they are able to do most of anything, if you can dream it, they can probably make it. Thirdly, one of our dessert stations we got where decorate your own cupcakes, as one of the wedding party is allergic to dairy products and couldn’t eat the wedding cake. The catering company knowing this, made sure to have fully dairy free frosting for this person so they could enjoy the station with everyone else. The crew they had with them were all so nice, and considerate. As well as the ability to keep the extra food at the end of the night was especially great as not a lot of it was eaten! And lastly, over all, they matched the decorations to my wedding. They brought flower arrangements, back drops, etc. to go on their gorgeous wooden tables/stations. This was the best catering I could have ever asked for. Do not hesitate to choose them. Once you read this review, understand, it’s 100% worth it.

their open fire cooking concept. It was a huge hit for us and our guests. The food was incredible and the visual representation was exceptional. Our guests could not stop raving about everything. For our wedding, we had so many fun options and stations set up. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. We had mozzarella made from scratch in front of our guests! My brother even gave a shout out to their wood fired pizza in the speech he gave. Even more over than anything, I can tell you about how great the food and presentation were, but let me tell you how amazing Adrienne, Randy and their entire staff are. They made both our rehearsal and wedding memories that will last us a lifetime. They were worked tirelessly to make the vision a reality. Weather was not in any of our favor on either day and they made it the most beautiful of experiences. We are so grateful to have found them. We don't think there are enough words in any language to express just how appreciative we are for every single thing they did for us. We cannot recommend Plate & Graze enough. Adrienne, Randy & their team were an absolute dream to work with and I look forward to working with them for any future events we have. Top notch- 5 stars is not enough.

over the phone, I felt an immediate connection and sense of comfort. My husband and I decided on a Fall menu for our reception and looked forward to a seasonal spread with pumpkin, apple, squash, maple, autumn spice, and all the wonderful flavors of October sprinkled in. Adrienne and Randy took our vision and ran with it, truly delivering the most unique experience for our party. We had butternut squash soup shooters, Gouda mac and cheese, maple-glazed salmon, stuffed dates, pumpkin cupcakes, mini apple pies, among so much more! Not only was the food out of this world, the presentation was "chef's kiss". So many of my family and friends commented about how fantastic the food was, "tasting Fall in every bite".. which is exactly what we were looking for! Adrienne and Randy brought beautiful tabletop displays and decorations, unique lighting displays that Randy built from scratch, and everything that they needed to bring the vision to life. As a DIY bride, it was such a gift to be able to trust Adrienne with dressing up the food and beverage area, while I focused on other things. As a vendor, Adrienne and Randy were flexible, genuine, creative, and full of passion. Their down-to-earth spirits and warm nature are the best, and I look forward to seeing them again soon and greeting them with the biggest hug! Thank you Adrienne and Randy!!!

The food was exceptional, especially the passed appetizers, which were absolutely delicious. s and our guests. The cocktail hour was STUNNING. The grazing table they put together was so beautifully done. There was more than enough food on the table - and plenty of variety for our pickier guests. The highlight of cocktail hour was definitely the mac and cheese bar. I had seen a TikTok about it and shared it with Adrienne, who fully brought my dreams to life!! They built a fantastic stand to showcase all the toppings and brought a massive 36-inch pan filled with creamy mac and cheese. Our guests couldn’t stop RAVING about it! As if that wasn’t enough, the dinner was equally impressive. The wood-fired pizzas were a huge hit—everyone, including my older guests who tend to be more picky, loved them. We’ve been enjoying the leftovers all week! The buffet with chicken, eggplant parm, roasted veggies, and a salad bar was also a fantastic addition, providing something for everyone. They displayed all of these options beautifully, incorporating my decor throughout! We ended the night with some late-night grilled cheese. They were SO good. We thought a classic grilled cheese would be the perfect tipsy snack, and they executed them perfectly. The grilled cheese I ate while heading home from our afterparty was probably the most satisfying grilled cheese I’ve had in my life. We left with a ton of leftover food that we continued to use throughout the weekend while entertaining our out-of-town guests. Adrienne and Randy’s support was incredible throughout the planning process. They even met us the day before to give us plates, utensils, and glasses for the tables. Everything was handled beautifully, and we truly felt taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for better food or a better team to work with!!! Highly recommend!
