rious food allergies and Taryn helped us make choices that made dinner easy for all of our guests, including those folks. They even did a boxed meal for a guest who needed to be sure there was no cross contamination. All the food was delicious, our guests loved it and so did we! Taryn was very responsive to emails, always flexible, and easy to work with! I would definitely recommend plate perfect to cater your wedding!

ection of food is wide and we were able to pull together the most delicious menu. We mostly picked from the Mama Ricottas menu since we love Italian food. Even with replanning and an ever changing head count, they were so amazing about updating the plans over and over again!
We also originally had a buffet style and they have been on top of all the protocol changes with COVID that we were easily able to update the plating, serving, etc to be compliant and make our guests comfortable and safe!

l times requesting the croutons for the salad be kept on the side, but when I got there they were tossed on site. Apparently it said croutons on the side on one line of the contract and the next line said "toss salad on site" which confused the servers. It was disappointing the day of the event, but the coordinator Laura was so nice and attentive via e-mail before hand, and afterwords she e-mailed asking for feed back. I let her know what happened and she was genuinely apologetic. Before the wedding she even worked with the chef to review the menu for allergens to make sure we could post them for our guests with allergies. I'm so glad I made the right choice and they're preferred caterers with a lot of local Charlotte Venues.

BBQ setup. Beth and her staff were exceptional from beginning to end and the food was delicious! The food displays were gorgeous and they presented everything in such a professional and creative way.
