This simple menu was disaster; all the food was served cold and of poor quality. The seafood gumbo was terrible; baked chicken was not cleaned; had no seasoning and was under cooked. The brisket was fatty and poorly prepared. The jambalaya was not seasoned and had no flavor; she included tiny pieces of sausages. She was understaffed, did not clear the tables during our wedding and was very unprofessional. Please do not waste your money. We paid $900 for a dessert tree and she provided one small tray of cookies; and a few other boxed desserts that were displayed in their original boxes across one table.
