I liked that the driver was very friendly and he helped me get in and out of the limo. Sometimes, when there are so many things going on at your wedding, simple things like someone helping you get in and out of your car when you are wearing a voluminous gown is so precious! I really appreciated that. On the way back though, it was hot in the limo. It only started to get cool when we were close to the hotel already. Maybe next time, it will be good to start the A/C 10-15 minutes before the wedding party gets in or just park in a cool area!

The limo was 40 minutes late to start off with after being late and showing up at the wrong hotel. Then the driver did not know how to drive to the wedding site and took the longest way possible around the island. The management did a great job refunding us a little of our money due to the complications, but the driver was horrible.

Our driver was very courteous and friendly. We set up the limo and forgot all about it. They were great, didn't have to worry about a thing.

Great company with accommodating drivers. Everyone was courteous and went out to the way to make it all happen. Great fleet condition. Just wish they provided beverages for drop off service.

Platinum Limousine was terrific - they took us to our hotel following our wedding. Our reservation was made without a hitch and our driver could not have been nicer! On time, clean vehicle, overall a great way to relax after our busy day.

The limo's were beautiful and the drivers were very friendly.;You need to book early and give them an early time because they might be running late.

It was big enough to transport everyone in the wedding party.;Make sure that the AC in the limo is working. Bad experience on my wedding day, the AC was not working as good. it was Hot!

Our driver was very friendly, was on time, got us around unexpected construction areas, and was a pleasure to work with. He also took the time to make sure and complement on everyone on how they looked, which on your wedding day is something you like to hear!

They were so easy to work with and were willing to work within my budget.;We had an issue getting in and out of the hotel and reception venues' driveways (stretch SUV was too big/low), but that's not the vendor's fault. A/C was not working properly on the ride out, but we had a different vehicle on the way back.
