Working with Jill and her team for my wedding was a dream come true. From our first interactions, her attention to detail and talent were evident. I love that she is not only an experienced horticulturist, but has years of knowledge and experience regarding the logistics and execution of weddings and events. I get endless compliments on the florals for my events. They were somehow lush and delicate at the same time and she truly works to understand the couples vision and aesthetic. She was the heart of our vendor team and worked seamlessly with my linens/planning/ and photography team. Platinum Petals exceeded our highest expectations, and we cannot thank them enough for making our special day truly unforgettable.

Y'all Jill and her team are absolutely incredible. My planner recommended a few florists, and I was sold on Jill simply by reading her "About Me" page - I felt like I was reading my own writing LOL I loved it. We set up a meeting with Jill and got to talk out all the design ideas with her - she not only helped me solidify my initial design ideas, but she also guided and educated me on different floral types, time of year, and even introduced me to flowers I didn't know existed! I had spoken to a few other florists and honestly Jill is the best out there…she is genuine, down to earth, and can make magic happen within your budget so long as you as a client are being realistic about the cost of your vision! The day of the wedding - I almost cried when I got to see all the florals. It was an absolute vision - just like the inspiration on my Pinterest page all those years. We had a very rainy wedding (thankfully all inside) and it ended up making our florals pop even MORE due to the blue and white tones. Jill is absolutely amazing!!! She is super easy to work with, excellent in her craft, and incredibly sweet and thoughtful. I was not an “easy” client in that I wasn’t great at articulating what I wanted or providing inspo pics. Despite all that, she was super easy to work with and very understanding. She proposed really smart and thoughtful components that provided a cohesive look with some unique points of interest. She basically read my mind and gave me exactly what I wanted! I was never stressed or concerned about florals because I felt very comfortable trusting her. When she delivered the bouquets to the getting-ready suite, I was immediately put at ease by her bright smile, the gorgeous bouquets, and hearing her words of excitement. Once my husband and I finally saw the reception area before guests arrived, we were blown away by all of the stunning arrangements. It is very obvious that Jill is great at her work, really enjoys doing it, and truly cares about each of her clients. Thank you for everything, Jill!

What is one word to describe Jill of Platinum Petals, amazing! She was so easy to work with and her excitement for our wedding made us even more excited to see the end product. The design we envisioned was outside of the box and we didn’t see any examples of this style in any of her posts. But once we had a conversation with her and she put together her proposal of the design we knew she was the right person for the job. Day of her work exceeded our expectations and we received so many compliments on our flowers. My mom loves flowers and she can be a hard person to please but she absolutely raved about our flowers even months later. If I could give every single person getting married one piece of advice... it would be to hire Jill as your florist! Not only does she take what you say and somehow create beautiful masterpieces, but she learns who you are as a person and what you want your wedding to feel like and then reflects all of that, in flower form! It's unbelievable! She manages to take your words and your "inspo" pictures, and create something unique, memorable, and even better than what you ever imagined! She is professional, hard working, trustworthy, and just an all around incredible human! There truly aren't enough kind and positive words I could say about Jill and the work she does. I also want to add that flowers can be expensive, but Jill will work with you and discuss where you can cut back and what floral arrangements will work best with your budget. Jill was the BEST florist we could have ever hoped for. From our first meeting, she was so genuine and easy to work with. She truly listened to what we wanted for our wedding and was never pushy or trying to "sell" us on anything. You can see how passionate she is in the way that she works. Our wonderful planner, Meredith Commender (Significant Events of Texas) recommended Jill for our garden wedding at The Dallas Arboretum. I knew the Arboretum would speak for itself, but I wanted the colorful blooms carried through out all aspects of our garden wedding. From my first sit down with Jill, I felt like I was chatting with a friend versus a potential wedding vendor. We lost track of time while she went through each and every inspo pic that I provided. She was eager to listen and offered suggestion after suggestion. She sent a vision board to us the following morning, but my husband knows I knew she was the one for us the moment that I hopped back in the car. We were incredibly lucky to have Jill as our wedding florist. She brought our wedding vision to life. All of her work was perfect. I connected with several florists when I started my wedding planning, and it was so clear from my first interaction with Jill that she was the best in the business. The amount of care she put into our conversations and planning was unmatched. I could immediately tell how much she cared about her work and about making my reception venue look stunning. My floral budget was small, and she was so willing to work with me to make my vision come to life. When I got to the venue on my wedding day, I was absolutely stunned. I had looked through millions of photos of my venue before my wedding, and it truly looked more beautiful than I had EVER seen it look. We got SO many compliments on how magical our venue looked and how gorgeous our bouquets and even boutonnieres were. Every little detail was perfection. Jill did a fabulous job with our wedding flowers! She is so organized and responsive and attentive to every single detail. A lot of vendors we worked with were not so responsive and professional so her constant communication went a long way with us. I didn't know where to begin with flowers and was very intimidated by the process, I didn't know what direction to go in. I explained that to Jill and we started by looking at some photos I liked and it took off from there. i loved working with jill! i saw her work from a friends wedding and knew i had to have her!! i gave her all my ideas from pinterest and she made it come to life with no questions asked. She takes the time to schedule a meeting and sit down with you to discuss every flower and detail, all candle selections, ribbon selections and then just makes it happen!! i love to do flowers myself so i had high expectations for my florist & she surpassed this expectation!

Jill and her team are the absolute dream team! From the moment I came across her floral business, I knew she would be great! She was very quick to respond, scheduled a meeting with me ASAP and was able to give me a quote quickly. She was great to work with for design as well. I can not even began to explain how much stress Jill has taken off of me. We have rescheduled our wedding due to the pandemic multiple times and not once has she ever made me feel like I was inconveniencing or bothering her. Her work is absolutely stunning, and her heart is the biggest. She truly loves her clients like they’re family and goes above and beyond. Jill left me speechless on my wedding day. When we met to discuss details, she listened and helped me create all my ideas into a beautiful vision for my wedding day. On the day of our wedding, I was blown away by our amazing florals. Everyone kept saying how much they loved all the florals, how dreamy they made the whole wedding feel, and how perfect they were. Jill is such a joy to work with! I can't say enough good things and will recommend her to every bride I know. After our initial meeting, I walked out of her studio so happy and knew that I could trust her completely to execute my vision. I love bright garden style flowers and arrangements and she gave me so many great options and ideas on her vision board. Unfortunately, our wedding date was 3/21/20, which was essentially the first date impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic capacity regulations in Dallas. Sadly, the Monday before our wedding, we had to downsize our 300 person event to an intimate wedding ceremony with our immediate families only. This obviously left us with a BUNCH of florals since everything had already been ordered as the wedding was less than a week away. I was feeling all the emotions that many 2020 brides have endured this year, but Jill was so amazing. She started advertising floral bundles on her instagram account to offset some of the cost for us. She also offered us the un-arranged flowers for wholesale value. My mom worked with her the day before the wedding to decorate my parents house so when we arrived to Dallas that day, we walked into the most gorgeous floral paradise. It's been a rough year for many, but Jill has been above and beyond sweet and supportive by sending us cards and little treats to cheer up. We are excited to be using her again for our 1 year anniversary celebration in 2021 with our extended family and friends and I can't wait to see it all come together! I still get teary eyed remembering our wedding day... and despite how different it was than we planned, one of my happiest memories is being surrounded by the those we love the most amongst the most beautiful and cheerful flowers from Jill.

Hands down, favorite vendor I hired for my wedding. Our wedding was postponed due to the pandemic and Jill was the first vendor I contacted after finding out I had to switch my date. I replanned my entire wedding based on what dates she had available- she is THAT GOOD. Platinum Petals supported me through the entire wedding planning process and went out of their way to order me the flowers I wanted since they were no longer in season. Jill is great about taking all of your ideas and turning them into one beautiful masterpiece. She is creative, punctual, and professional. Jill responds quickly to texts/emails and returns calls the same day- if you are early in your planning, you will see just how important this is as your wedding day gets closer. I will be referring Platinum Petals to every bride I know from here on out. If you do not have a florist... you need to book Platinum Petals- you will not find anyone better!

I was initially impressed with Jill once she responded to my initial inquiry in minutes. After receiving many other floral quotes via email I was then over joyed to have this one on one personable consultation with Jill. After showing her pintrest pictures she just totally got me and my vision for my wedding! It was so refreshing during this busy time, it was like she said yes, yes yes I get that every time I showed her something. She even showed me some pictures of stuff she has done in the past that was even more beautiful then the vision I had! I knew I could completely trust her with my perfect day! I had a very floral wedding and she was extremely reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. Of course I booked her and from the rest of the process she was easy to work with, very accommodating and organized. I knew she loved her job. The day of my wedding every floral piece was beyond gorgeous! She even created an entire flower wall for me for picture taking. Something I just had to have, she brought it to light! Everything was absolutely perfect and she was amazing. Not to mention the Christmas ornament I received on my husband and I's first Christmas together with dried flowers from our wedding in it. We chose to book with Jill because she was decently priced compared to other florists and our online DIY options. But most importantly, we hired her because she is an amazing person! We had a BLAST at our consultation, and she immediately understood our vision just based on a few phrases and online pics that we shared. She shared many options with us to help us stay within our budget and was very patient while we decided what was best. Throughout the whole process Jill was very response and a great sounding board for our decoration ideas. On the day of the wedding, she and her team absolutely transformed our ceremony and reception space. Jill went above and beyond our expectations in both quality and quantity. My bridal bouquet was GORGEOUS and perfectly incorporated the only two specific plants I asked for: kale and succulents! Our guests could not stop taking photos of her floral designs and snapped quite a bit of inspiration for their own future weddings! What's so great about Jill is that she really thinks about the whole space and ties it all together. If she felt a space was missing a little something extra, she filled in that space by re-working what she brought. Jill really brought our wedding to the next level, and I highly recommend hiring her for your floral needs!
