We felt like he cared and was invested in the success of our night. All of Joe's recommendations worked perfectly on the night of the wedding (from the lights and location of the set up to the music and transitions throughout). We had everyone at the wedding on the dance floor the entire night (including all of the kids and up through the grandparents). s. He provides you with all the info you need to get the music ready for your wedding, and he does a great montage that he allows you to play around with until you like it. After the wedding he gives you digital copies of all the pictures you gave him to scan. Joe provides everything you need for a wedding and he has descent and lower price than most of these huge DJ companies out there that want you to sell your soul for some uplighting. His service is also reliable, I was able to count on him. I showed up to my wedding and didn't have to approach him once about anything he had to do. Everything was taken care of if it was discussed at our meetings. He also serviced my sister's wedding this past summer where everything that could have went horrifically wrong, did. There was a nasty storm that took out the power and the venue did not have a good generator (cause they were sucky people). Joe did everything he could to make the event happen despite the lack of electricity and air conditioning in the summer heat. He ran around everywhere to try and get his equipment working. It was a massively great effort on his part. His MC was great and so was his candid picture guy. All in all.. I highly recommend him for your wedding! Like I said.. Joe is a pretty cool DJ. He transitioned flawlessly between ethnic, recent top hits, club, dance, house, hip-hop and reggae. The one compliment we received more than anything was the MUSIC 1st and the food 2nd. We had shopped around, but after meeting Joe Giorgio, and discussing our plans, it was a no-brainer as to who we were going to use. We met at his office, he was very cordial, informative, and discussed all of the available options he had to offer. He showed us the equipment he uses which is all state of the art, and played us some videos of his work. His prices are very competitive, and after using them, and experiencing their quality work, seemed very fair. He followed up with us diligently as our day was approaching and fine tuned every possible aspect that we desired. We met Joe and his MC Lenny before our guests arrived. They went over any last minute details, songs, name pronunciations, etc, and made us feel completely comfortable. The wedding reception was a huge hit and these guys delivered every step of the way. Our guests were very impressed as they played an excellent mix of music that appealed to all the different age groups in attendance. Joe is an accomplished DJ who has years of experience in working in some of the hottest clubs in NJ, and Lenny has a voice that is tailor made for an MC. To know music and to know people you MUST have had experience playing for big crowds and in nightclubs. After All, that's where the very best DJ's are. from what I had heard, of course I had to figure this out for myself. I met with Joe in January of 2012 for our May 2013 wedding. Almost immediately I knew he'd be the guy for the job. He has a great personality and is really easy to talk to. His prices are completely reasonable and appropriate for the expectations. He has the coolest set up, which I think was the nicest I've ever seen at a wedding. Once you book with him he gives you a link to this database of music where you can compile lists of music you want to hear at your wedding, it is so handy and Joe is very helpful through the music selection process! The day of the wedding was incredible, Joe and his MC - Len E were just on point. They had the party started before the bridal party even walked through the doors. There was never a dull moment in the night, Len E was awesome at keeping the energy alive and people on the dance floor. It's been one month, tomorrow, since our wedding and STILL everyone talks about how amazing our music was, I am so happy to hear this! If I could post pictures with this review, you would see an entire dance floor full of people without even an inch of room to spare and my 77 year old grandfather in the middle of the party all night long! They were incredible, Platinum Sound is the way to go!
