Leah and her crew were so wonderful! Leah was in regular contact with us, offering options and assistance. She and her crew went out of their way to make our daughter's wedding d...
reams come true. And the food was fabulous! We had great comments from guests about the venue, food, and service. For the privacy, personal touches, and pricing, this venue cannot be beat!
was flexible with my outdoor wedding needing to be moved indoors; food and service were great; coordinator was very helpful
I loved working with Leah at the Platteview Country Club. She was very accommodating to everything that we asked for. She was always available to answer my questions and was very h...
elpful with things that I had not thought about. The Country Club has beautiful big windows with a great deck - which is exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely choose the exact same location for our reception. Thanks Leah!!!!
I'll start by noting that the only reason I did not give Platteview Country Club five stars was the lack of chairs. They have some very nice formal chairs but only about 70 of them...
. All the rest of the chairs were metal folding chairs. Granted, they were all covered in beautiful chair covers and sashes, the chairs looked a little off due to the height difference. Other than that, we could not have asked for a better venue! Leah worked with us every step of the way and really helped to make our wedding beautiful. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful outdoor ceremony. We also had our reception here and while the place seems like it really can't hold 200 people, it can hold quite a bit. We had 130 guests and I believe you could have 150-160 comfortably. 200 seems too tight.
