Pleasant View Bed and Breakfast was amazing! The owners think of everything, and they make it so comfortable, fun, and stress-free. Honestly, the idea of a whole wedding weekend is genius, and it checked off so many things from our to-do lost: where to wed, to stay, to house our parents, to eat breakfast, to have the reception, etc. Everything is there, and the pictures came out gorgeous! There are multiple locations you can pick on the farm to have the actual ceremony, too. We loved every minute.

Nancy is wonderful to work with and even helped me remain calm within the last couple weeks til the wedding! She sent us check lists and reminders which made our day go seamlessly. The property is absolutely gorgeous and everything we were looking for! Our guest could not stop commenting on how beautiful Pleasant View was! Nancy also makes a wonderful breakfast and her home made granola bars are to die for! Thank you for making our wedding day feel like a fairy tale!

Nancy and Mike are fabulous hosts. Their property is absolutely beautiful. All things are put into consideration to ensure you have a comfortable stay and your event goes off without a hitch. You have the entire cottage (3 rooms) for your stay. We only used one room to stay in and used the other two to get ready. The property has multiple locations the Stable, Barn, lakeside, pond, gazebo...all beautiful options for photos. In addition to being available and punctual to meet your vendors guests, Nancy and Mike also have a golf cart available to help you move around on your day when needed. I would highly recommend for events or even just a weekend stay. I know I didn’t want to leave. There’s so much to say but words don’t do it justice, take a visits to see Nancy and Mike!

We had an amazing experience having our wedding at this venue. Nancy, the owner, was so helpful throughout the entire experience. Many of our guests commented on how great the venue was. It was super convenient to get to stay on site the night before and after our wedding. The rooms were spacious, cozy and beautiful. The breakfasts were also amazing! I would highly recommend looking into this venue if you are getting married in central PA.

What a beautiful farm, B&B, home, and venue! The value that you get for your money spent is amazing. Nothing we looked at came close to comparing once you added everything up. Not to mention the sweetest owners. Nancy is so helpful and knowledgeable to help make your day perfect. I was so pleased, not only with how beautiful this venue is, but how helpful Nancy (the owner) is and what is included. The barn is breathtaking and was the perfect backdrop for our chilly November ceremony. There were multiple photo-op locations that are all stunning and the reception hall is perfect. We had access to the whole property for Friday-Sunday, which was great for our rehearsal, getting ready with my bridesmaids in the morning, and having our ceremony and reception. Breakfast is included both days and was delicious! And Nancy is with you every step of the way, offering helpful checklists to keep everything in order leading up to your big day. Highly recommend!

My husband and I got married at Pleasant View Farm Bed and Breakfast Inn this past August 24, 2019 and we could not have been any happier with our experience. Not only is the farm the perfect combination of quaint, cozy, and romantic, but the owners (especially Nancy) are a breath of fresh air. Throughout the year leading up to our big day, Nancy sent us preferred vendor suggestions, to-do lists, and updates to help make the whole wedding planning process less stressful. She met with us and our vendors without any hesitation on a couple of different occasions just so we could run through all of the details even more. Another perk to the farm is that Nancy makes a wonderful customized breakfast for you and your loved ones on your big day as well as the following day. That's right, you have the farm for the whole weekend!! This really takes a lot of weight off your backs because it allows you to set up the day before and tear down the day after. On your big day all you have to do is relax, get pampered, and enjoy your special convenance with your newlywed! And if you're the bride and you're hiding away in one of the lovely provided suites you get to stay in throughout the weekend, don't worry--Nancy gives you a play-by-play throughout the day leading up to your ceremony so that you know exactly what's going on and that everything is in order! She could not have been anymore kind, caring, and helpful and Pleasant View is filled with so much charm for all of your memorable photo-ops! (She even takes some of her own photos and shares them with you and she captured some that my own photographer missed!) She eased so much anxiety for me throughout the whole process--Pleasant View is truly a hidden gem! You will not be disappointed!

We have nothing but good things to say about Pleasant View Farm Bed & Breakfast. It was the only venue we looked at, and we knew right away it was a great fit for us. Right from the start, we liked that it had an indoor and outdoor option for the ceremony and a heated/air conditioned option for the reception. We also liked that we were able to use the venue from midday Friday through midday Sunday so we had plenty of time to set up and clean up, while still being able to relax and enjoy our wedding. We enjoyed staying on the property on Friday and Saturday nights and the amazing breakfasts Nancy cooked for us each morning. Nancy seemed to think of everything from recommending vendors, to sending out regular checklists, to having all of the necessary amenities in the rooms, to providing direction and updates on the day of the wedding. We received lots of compliments on the property from our guests as well. Thank you for helping to make our wedding day amazing!

The entire experience of planning and having our wedding here was easier than I imagined. Nan kept us on point with helpful checklists over the 16 months from when we booked their venue til our wedding day. Nan and Mike were so accommodating to our guests and us, everyone is still telling us how beautiful their farm is. Nan kept me informed as the vendors arrived and I didn't have to worry about anything but getting myself ready. I can't say enough about how perfect our weekend was and how much we enjoyed working with them.

Nancy and Mike are the nicest people to work with and own an amazingly beautiful property. Our guests couldn't stop raving about Pleasant View - from the ceremony site (lakeside) to the cocktail hour on the patio and the rustic barn where we held our reception, everyone was blown away by how gorgeous our day was. The property is right off the highway but has a remote and private feel. Nancy goes above and beyond by sending periodic checklists to keep you on track with planning and interacts with your vendors so that your day is as stress-free as possible. We also appreciated her going around taking photos so not even the little details will be forgotten! Having the venue the entire weekend makes setting up and tearing down a breeze, and it's so helpful to have the option of multiple sites for your ceremony/reception on the property. Nancy provides amazing breakfasts the morning of and after your wedding, and you can tell she and Mike greatly value the couples they work with, as well as their family and friends. We highly recommend having your event at Pleasant View - your day will be magical!

My husband and I just happened to come across Pleasant View Farm Bed and Breakfast Inn as we first began our wedding planning process and I will forever be grateful that we did. It was hands down the best decision we made in the chaos of planning our wedding. From the very beginning and throughout the months and days leading up to our wedding, Nancy responded to our questions in a timely manner and provided thorough information about the venue and options available. Also, she was so organized and knowledgeable, which was a huge help. In addition to that, Nancy provides a wonderful and delicious breakfast each morning. It was wonderful being able to access the farm starting Friday, stay the night and then be there all day for our wedding, plus be able to stay the night of our wedding and have until 3 PM the next day to get everything cleaned up. We could not say enough about how wonderful Nancy and Mike are. Their hospitality, kindness, and beautiful souls surely made our special day that much more special. We look forward to returning to the farm in the future for our anniversary. We highly recommend this venue for any event, but especially your wedding. It’s a beautiful venue with the best owners and it’s so affordable! We had so many guests that commented on how beautiful the property is! :)

When I was looking for the perfect place to hold my wedding I wanted a place that was not only open and rustic but beautiful. I had looked at many other places but none were as nice as Pleasant View Farm Bed and Breakfast. The owners Nancy and Mike are very friendly and have lots of experience. Nancy used to be a wedding planner for many years and is able to give lots of advice and suggestions. One of the nice things about Pleasant View is you're able to hold a ceremony, a reception, and stay all at one location. It saves a couple the trouble of having to run around from a bunch of different locations on the day of their wedding. Both my husband and I have no complaints about this location. We were both very satisfied from the beginning. Nancy always got back to us in a timely manner with answers to any questions we had. Nancy also provided us with a monthly or weekly checklist to help us stay on track as we planned our wedding. My husband and I are already talking about wanting to go back to Pleasant View Farm Bed and Breakfast for our anniversary. I can honestly say my wedding day would not have been the same had I not held it at this location. I just want to say again thank you Nancy and Mike for everything you made my big day very special.
