and I don't usually feel comfortable in front of the camera but Aimee brought out a side of us in front of the camera that we didn't know we had! She attentively listened to our preferences, making us feel truly comfortable throughout the process. For our wedding day, she DELIVERED with her photos. She brought to life my dream. You can feel the love through her photos. She captured moments that I didn't know happened. My family was taking about her for days after the wedding. 10/10, highly recommend! You won't regret it.

ng with her we knew we found our photographer. My husband and I planned our wedding from across the country, so we could only talk with vendors via email, phone calls, and zoom meetings. Meeting Aimee for the first time via zoom was like talking to a friend. We went with the 2 photographer package, and on the day they were amazing, and didn't miss a thing. My husband and I have a pretty large family, and Aimee did a fantastic job at keeping the portraits running smoothly and our communication open despite the chaos of family running around and asking questions. She was a joy all day, blending into the background to capture the moments you didn't think about at the time, and smiling and laughing along when we wanted group photos. We got our sneak peak within 2 days, and that was the absolute perfect way to start our honeymoon! It included about 50 photos, including our first kiss - which she kindly edited so our officiant was taken out (without losing the intimacy of the moment). When our final gallery came, we received almost 1000 photos! We didn't hire a videographer, but honestly didn't need one; we look back on our photos often, and can relive every moment so clearly through Aimee's photography. Our only issue is trying to choose our favorite photos from the day, because we have hundreds of amazing moments captured. If you're thinking of hiring Please Don't Blink, I can't encourage you enough to just do it. Thank you, Aimee!

My sister-in-law is a wedding photographer herself and said, upon seeing Aimee's photos, "WOW- if you go with her people will be floored and ask you who took your photos. Her style is so unique and beautiful." My husband and I could not agree more! Her documentary-style photography made our portfolio of photos extra special and ensured we didn't have a 'canned' set of wedding photos that looked staged. I feel like we really got the day captured in photos thanks to Aimee's vision. There is also a lot of positive things to note about her personality and working style alongside her work itself. Aimee was always prompt in her responses, super relaxed in our engagement shoot, and always encouraged us to just be ourselves. After our engagement shoot, my husband said "I felt so relaxed with her- it felt like we were hanging out with a friend." She was the same exact way on our wedding day, hardly noticeable in the emotional moments of the day yet always present and kind. She was even cool with my sister-in-law taking some photos too, and I think that takes a really strong professional to navigate and embrace like Aimee did. We loved that she was down for some of our crazier ideas; photos on a parking garage, immediately leaving the ceremony for a nursing home, she was excited to make it happen. On our wedding day, it rained from start to finish but she came completely prepared. When we weren't sure about posing, she encouraged us to just act natural and she would do the rest; she delivered every time. She also captured some of the best moments of our wedding in the best way, including the first look with my parents, and the moment my husband ripped his pants on the dance floor... The day of the wedding was so fun; Aimee fit right in, adding a fun flair with her high energy personality, while somehow managing to still capture everything . She helps just enough with some VERY natural posing but also photographed so many organic sweet little moments. needing to stay within a tight budget, Isabel Dalition showed me her wedding album from July 2019 and we instantly fell in love with her ability to capture love and relationships in their most raw form. Aimee's responsiveness from the minute I texted her was everything a bride could ask for (calls, texts, emails, you name it). By the end of wedding planning, Aimee felt more like a best friend and made our engagement session with her feel effortless, as she is so easy to talk to and just a fun and kind, amazing person all around. When COVID hit, we had to change our date and without a doubt, Aimee was our easiest vendor to coordinate with, being flexible and so accommodating as well as SO understanding of how difficult pandemic planning was (and judgement free). She was compassionate and supportive in a time where I'm sure she had massive obstacles herself. When our wedding day came, Aimee actually listened to the one time we had mentioned that we hoped to make it to cocktail hour. Our buses ran an hour late, and Aimee and her amazing photography partner made sure to get the staple portraits. They were so efficient and we were able to make it to cocktail hour as we had hoped, while still getting all the pictures we'd wanted. Looking back at our wedding album this past week, she was able to capture every single special moment without intruding on our day. Our wedding gallery, upon first opening it, literally brought tears to my eyes, we felt we were reliving the whole day again. It was exactly what we had hoped to get from our pictures, natural but so beautiful, not too posed and not over-edited, but so timeless.
